The Secret Space Program: In this lecture Richard Dolan argues that the UFO phenomenon is infinitely more complex than many have previously suggested, and that human and non-human groups are behind what we call UFOs.

Within the human, classified part, breakthroughs have leap-frogged over each other to produce a society with substantially more advanced scientific, technological, and cosmological ideas -- a society that can accurately be called a "breakaway civilization."

This covert civilization has continued to interact with our own "official" society, but at the same time appears to have interactions or encounters with one or more of the non-human groups that are here on Planet Earth. The result is a clandestine cold war, very possibly with multiple human and non-human factions."

I believe there are several threads on MILAB's, Break Away Civilizations and Secret Space Programs that tie in very important information. It is my personal beliefe that there are "Break Away Civilizations" from Prior Civilizations here on Earth that have risen and fallen while the Break Away's survived... There are also the Current Break Away Civilization's that are in a cold war footing that also work together when benefitial.

We have the ET/ED civilizations that have been interfearing in this planets affairs for many, many thousands of years working both with these break away's and alone on their own agenda's. There are being's of our and higher spectrum of density that are in the mix all with their own self serving agenda's as well as some "Service to Others" groups that manage things within their own moral confines which we do not understand (Or would despise out of our own experience/understanding).

We have watched this topic go from saucers and little green men to grey's and reptillians and then after channelings and whistle blower testimony we started opening up to more and more over the decades... Yet we still with our limited consciousness try to put all of this in a neat little box of understanding which is quite honestly still just a bit beyond our perception (Which we in our denail and bruised Ego's refuse to accept...). We fail to accept that each of us poison information with our pre-conceived idea's and manipulated perceptions of reality. ALL OF US DO!

This over all topic has so many sub topics that are so hard to understand and are already misunderstood that it is impossible for any ONE person or any ONE group to have ALL of the answers. That includes the groups visiting and manipulating us. Based on my Experience and IMHO...

I think we all knew MUFON was a sleeper ?. Bill Cooper informed me of this in the very beginning of my journey into this mess with his 1989 speech they stopped him from giving at the main venue.

KGRA Radio might start showing signs next. How long before they drop Richard Dolan's show ? I wouldn't blame him if he just quit.
