You can use the aTube Catcher software:
http://www.atube.me/video/Its a good soft to catch some videos and you can even choose what kind extension you want. Very easy and friendly. There is another one (multipurpose) : Jdownloader. With this one, you can catch anything in a webpage, but not so user friendly..
Finally, there is DownThemAll! plugin for Firefox.. its a good alternative too :)
