There is another reason they refer to us as "the dead"... In the statutory legal interpretation which IS related to occult interpretation, all legal fictions, such as corporations, which are also referred to as Persons... are considered to be dead entities... designed to be operated like a "puppet" by a physical living man or woman. Except the lesser educated (not 100% their fault) got caught in the trap... and took on the liability of the legal entity that was created for them, that they were entitled to use.

There is no reason for us to take on the liability when people like Winston Shrout and what Jim Traficant who was ultimately jailed for publicly stating while an agent for the corporation... That the US Inc is operating in a private Chapter 13 bankruptcy (reorganization) (i.e. not just hating on the Zionists... that was a subtle misdirection... although related)

HJR-192 was declared, substance was removed from the public commerce, and the BCs (Birth Certificates) were issued as indemnity bonds giving us authorization to exercise what was provided by HJR-192. I have crystal clear evidence that shows the government NEVER refers to it as an ID... and that we were to never, and still it is recommended today, NOT use it for ID or to CREATE ID with it... (It was supposed to be operated as a trust...)

This issue of Corporations as dead entities isn't a problem per se in and of itself... We were each issued a "Corporation" for our use to protect us (by allowing us to REMAIN in the PRIVATE... by allowing us the option to operate in the private "IF WE SO CHOSE" with the corporation as our FRONT in the public with full liability regarding all things statutory (i.e. non-Common Law, i.e. liabilities in the public)

The problem lies in the fact that they DIDN'T provide the necessary education to allow people to be aware of and to utilize this Corporation for use in the public... and btw, that knowledge would need to be taught to us from childhood into adulthood in order to be able to properly utilize and understand it...

So it is a knowledge gap that separates the rich and elite from the poor... or, if some "well to do" are too stupid to understand this, they could still afford a lawyer to do it for them... as for the poor, they don't have these options, in fact, just a superficial pretension as substitute... So their only escape is that they will have to learn it, a double burden... this is not a fair game at all... but that is what it is... it was designed to allow the rich to become richer, and make the poor, poorer... And the real sad tragedy is that most people don't even know that there is a game, let alone what the game is and how it is being played.

i.e. this is all consistent with my other interpretation, that there are two different definitions of Slavery... the one everyone thinks from watching Movies and Television and studying statutory law.... i.e. That Slavery is involuntary servitude. Kidnapping and holding people against their will for personal gain.

And yet a closer look at today's legal system clearly points that Winston Shrout's supposition is far more apt and practical and consistent with what they are repeatedly telling us... and that is:

Slavery was originally a Roman concept of voluntary servitude.

Its purpose being to pay off a debt to another. It was by mutual consent. It is very clear in this model that Slavery is by Consent... And fits perfectly the model of today's statutory legal system, where it is repeated that the whole system is based on consent.

The whole point of this system is that it was designed so that the most educated and privileged (the elite) could use that to leverage themselves... and to deceive the lower classes. "Let he who would be deceived, BE deceived"...

there is a pro-active connotation in that maxim if you read it closely enough...

I've had my misgivings about Mark Passio, while recognizing that my bias could be rooted in my own shortcomings, I try and keep an open mind and an open heart, with the notion that I could be wrong.

Well, after listening to Mark this morning, either he is starting to sound a lot more like me, or I'm starting to sound a lot more like Mark, or the veil is lifting from my shrouded eyes, or Mark is getting more succinct... I dunno.

WE support the agenda, and we are asleep (most of the 7 billion) and therefore when the ruling class looks at us as apathetic, they are essentially correct. This ties nicely into the other thread here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?75409-Kevin-Annett-Euro-Police-join-ITCCS-take-down-of-Satanic-networks-in-Vatican-Monarchies-Cargillon) exposing the satanic agenda and bringing it into the light of day, although Mark says they don't care because they believe their system is so entrenched, there is nothing we can do about it, and as a matter of fact, if you try, your own peers will take you down and ridicule you for even speaking up, in most cases.

So, can we, and will we stand up and take down these elite owners and rulers of this planet?
