Marco claims to be a volunteer from Arcturus on a mission to help with the rising of consciousness on planet earth. He has a warning for people regarding earth changes and the pole shift that we are currently going through. He was living in California but moved to Colorado to be at a higher elevation for what he believes will be rising water levels on Southern Coasts.

In this radio show Dr. Hildy interview Marc from Arcturus who talks about the earth changes. This week on One Cell One Light Radio, Dr. Hildy welcomes returning guest, Marc the Arcturian to discuss major changes on our planet – the tilt of the earth, oceans rising, volcanoes, earthquakes, plates colliding, weather changes, big winds and more - and it is all prophesized in his 2012 video.

Among the topics being discussed is the notion that the Earth is tilted on its axis far past it's usual 23.5-degree tilt. While challenged by some scientists, many believe that the planet may have changed its axial tile by as much as 20 degrees – an enormous change that would have disastrous effects on our climate and seasons.

In addition, Dr. Hildy and Marc will discuss the increase in earthquake activity in Oklahoma. Since 2008, more than 2,500 earthquakes have shaken this area, with no clear answer as to why. Some point to the increase of fracking in the area. But is the problem indicative of something greater, hundreds of miles away?

In Yellowstone National Park there lies a dormant danger that could mean the end of life as we know it on the planet. A supervolcano that is overdue to blow threatens the entirety of the country.

Whether or not he's from Arcturus, I do agree with Marc that the pole has shifted.

The sun appears to rise at summer solstice farther to the north than due east. At summer solstice its apparent rise should be no farther north than due east. At it's farthest point in the summer, it appears to rise ten to twenty degrees north from due east on the horizon. It sets slightly farther north than due west.

This is in Wisconsin quite far north in latitude so the summer sunrise should never appear north of due east here. In fact, it should appear south of due east.

I don't have a comparison to years ago since I just began tracking the summer sun rise about ten years ago. In those ten years the sun has steadily risen farther to the north each summer.

I know the light angle is different and I believe that it, along with chemtrails, is having a negative effect on my garden.

Yeah, it really does seem like something so way out there as to be impossible to believe. But, then there is Greenland. The place that celebrates the returning sun with a festival on January 13 - only it started returning instead on January 11. You just can't get around that one. Either the sun moved or the earth moved. End of argument.

My first tendency is to write this off...we have heard it so many times. But the truth is one of these predictions will be accurate at some time in the future. Edgar Cayce frequently spoke of a polar shift occurring. I think there are indications that it is going to occur soon. But, in the scheme of eternity , I am not sure what constitutes "soon".

Never mind Bill Ryan's favorite that all amateur astronomers would find out about it if there were even a few seconds of arc discrepancy because their tracking telescopes would immediately be off track!

This is exactly wrong. You are describing sunrise at the equator. The further north you go, the further north the sunrise goes, until you reach the north pole and the sun doesn't rise/set at all for a time.

I have been saying for more than two years now that the North Star, (Polaris) is much higher in the sky than it used to be. And it doesn't bother me one little bit that nobody seems to listen. Who am I? Nobody. My word means nothing when compared to the people that live where this does matter and nobody listens to them either, for after all, they are just a bunch of dummies who never been to "Star School".

On the flip side, I also notice that the Sun is much higher in the sky. Makes me wonder what all those "Experts" watch, cuz they don't seem to be watchin the samething as me. chuckle chuckle.

And sometimes I wonder what all you backyard watchers watch, cuz you don't seem to be seein what I'm seein, and are just listening to all those "Experts". Just in case Y'all aint noticed, the Big Dippers off too. Oh yah, and the Moon ain't actin right either.

If experts AND backyard watchers aren't seeing it, and you're the only one who is...

It's pretty simple, just ask a planetarium attendant or use the software that comes with the self aligning telescopes. No one seems to be complaining that their software is not tracking correctly and I haven't heard of a planetarium attendant saying anything is off...
