I just read this and burst out laughing , obviously NASA thought that the 'budget
Vimana ' was unlikely to get to Mars let alone go into orbit. I bet the phone was
'red hot' as the calls were put into Dehli.....

India and Uncle Sam new best buddies beginning a new special relationship.....

"If you see anything strange on Mars, ruins or US Secret Space Programme
vehicles or personnel keep it quite buddy, and you can join our club ".

"But we will still be monitoring your call services and your scientists from GHQ / NSA
Have a nice day "....

The space agencies of India and the US have signed an agreement on future co-
operation at Mars and at Earth.

The nations have just put satellites in orbit around the Red Planet, and plan a joint
radar spacecraft to study our home world in 2020.

But the charter signed by Nasa and the Indian Space Research Organisation will
also examine additional opportunities.

The agreement was signed by agencies' two leaders at the 65th International
Astronautical Congress in Toronto.

India's Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM), also known as Mangalyaan, arrived in orbit at
Mars on 24 September to image the planet and study its atmosphere.

It was preceded by the American Maven satellite by two days. the US orbiter will
also investigate the Mars' atmosphere.

The Toronto charter sets up a working group, which, among its activities, will
explore ways for the two Red Planet missions to work together.

The joint Nasa-Isro Synthetic Aperture Radar mission (NISAR) will detail land
change on Earth.

Recently a new “whistleblower” has come forward via ExoPolitics.org and Dr.
Michael Salla. The “whistleblower” named “Capt. Kaye” claims he spent 17 years in
the Secret Space Program on Mars and an additional three years assigned to the
ships in the Solar Warden fleet.

Last night Clyde Lewis from Ground Zero Radio interviewed Capt. Kaye in an
amazing interview where they explored the full range of Capt. Kayes involvement in
the Secret Space Program. It was a fascinating interview that should not be missed.

RUSSIA, INDIA SIGN SPACE COOPERATION PROTOCOL (http://www.esa.int/About_Us/ESA_Permanent_Mission_in_Russia/Russia_India_sign_space_cooperation_protocol)

18 July 2004

India and Russia on July 18 signed a protocol to boost co-operation in space including joint development of the GLONASS navigation system and launching Russian GLONASS spacecraft by Indian rockets.

The protocol signed by Anatoly Perminov of the Russian Federal Space Agency and ISRO Chairman Gopalan Madhavan Nair also provides for the joint projects in space exploration.

Nair and Perminov discussed the prospects for the restoration and joint use of the global satellite network for navigation (GLONASS) and the possibility of launching Russian spacecraft on Indian-made space launch vehicles, FSA spokesman Vyacheslav Davidenko said. The cooperation in the area also provides for joint development of new-generation navigation satellites and end-user equipment, stressed Davidenko. Possible options of sending Russian experts to India and Indian experts to Russian companies were also discussed.

India and Russia are also exploring the possibility of developing equipment for Earth probes, joint research in the area of electric engines for spacecraft, and joint projects for probing lunar surface and building a space-based solar observatory to study X-ray radiation. Russia has also indicated its desire to join India’s Chandrayan Lunar project.
