Thank you for posting this. Just watched the full three hour version, phew... I hope other counties, cities and neighbourhoods start sending letters to the EPA et al. However, one of the biggest obstacles such letters will find is the high level of coordinated intrigue required to consistently fly these flights within our closely guarded and heavily monitored air space and borders. The global scope and reach of this plan IS gargantuan..

I've just come in from up town this morning , it started out quite bright and sunny
as per weather forecast , airliners have been and still are going over in all
directions, ( We are on a North south air corridor ) from Bristol and other local and
international airports and there is a naval airbase at Yeovil and airforce bases in the
Gloucester and Wiltshire area , so all types of planes fly over regularly from
micro lights to jumbo jets. Vapour trails have always come from piston engine
bombers in WW11 onwards and probably before.

The difference is that they did not leave the sky in milky haze after 'vaporising' it
leaving mile long trails that gradually expand and linger for hours, as oppose to
the regular contrails which disappear after seconds a few minutes at most,
that I also see all the time. So there is a obvious distinction between the two,
there is no argument about that imo,

The debate is are they due to changes in aviation fuel mixture, air temp ,etc
although I see planes leaving contrails and chemtrails /vaporising at the time as
they fly past each other. Or experimental programmes that has side effects that
have been kicking in over the past decades and is why Monsanto has be trying to
create resistant crops . This leads to whether this is part of a bigger agenda 21 plan
and what goes with that , and most of the topics from Georgia guide Stones , Neo

they've done these tests in Shasta County CA. Individuals have. I have seen results posted from labs in different parts of the world that show ridiculously high levels of metals like aluminum.

The Internet is littered with stories of "chemtrails" and geoengineering to
combat "global warming" and until recently I took these stories with a grain of salt.
One of the main reasons for my skepticism was that I rarely saw what they were
describing in the skies. But over the past several years I have notice a great
number of these trails and I have to admit they are not like the contrails I grew up
seeing in the skies. They are extensive, quite broad, are laid in a definite pattern
and slowly evolve into artificial clouds. Of particular concern is that there are now
so many ­dozens every day are littering the skies.

My major concern is that there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized
aluminum compounds. It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical
literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense
inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern is the effect of these
nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative
diseases, including Alzheimer's dementia, Parkinson's disease and Lou Gehrig's
disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.

Nanoparticles of aluminum are not only infinitely more inflammatory, they also
easily penetrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory
nerves (the smell nerves in the nose). Studies have shown that these particles pass
along the olfactory neural tracts, which connect directly to the area of the brain
that is not only most effected by Alzheimer's disease, but also the earliest affected
in the course of the disease. It also has the highest level of brain aluminum in
Alzheimer's cases.

The intranasal route of exposure makes spraying of massive amounts of
nanoaluminum into the skies especially hazardous, as it will be inhaled by people of
all ages, including babies and small children for many hours. We know that older
people have the greatest reaction to this airborne aluminum. Because of the
nanosizing of the aluminum particles being used, home filtering system will not
remove the aluminum, thus prolonging exposure, even indoors.
In addition to inhaling nanoaluminum, such spraying will saturate the ground,
water and vegetation with high levels of aluminum. Normally, aluminum is poorly
absorbed from the GI tract, but nanoaluminum is absorbed in much higher
amounts. This absorbed aluminum has been shown to be distributed to a number of
organs and tissues including the brain and spinal cord. Inhaling this
environmentally suspended nanoaluminum will also produce tremendous
inflammatory reaction within the lungs, which will pose a significant hazard to
children and adults with asthma and pulmonary diseases.

I pray that the pilots who are spraying this dangerous substance fully understand
that they are destroying the life and health of their families as well. This is also true
of our political officials. Once the soil, plants and water sources are heavily
contaminated there will be no way to reverse the damage that has been done.

Steps need to be taken now to prevent an impending health disaster of enormous
proportions if this project is not stopped immediately. Otherwise we will see an
explosive increase in neurodegenerative diseases occurring in adults and the elderly
in unprecedented rates as well as neurodevelopmental disorders in our children. We
are already seeing a dramatic increase in these neurological disorders and it is
occurring in younger people than ever before.

This report has been in the back of my mind for years when I first
saw the report on the local news , this is another reason I find it
very plausible the military and their superiors are capable of
anything. This is on my doorstep.

on the planet from all sides , the scientists who create the bombs,
chemicals, virus's etc are never really blamed. Its the same with
the arms manufacturers, Banksters etc. They build the weapons

They sprayed in the past over this area of Somerset and Wiltshire,
spraying from land rover and planes. This might explain why so
many chemtrails are over this area. Certain parts of each country
are probably sprayed more than others. Anyway I certainly do not
trust the military are telling the truth about many things. They are
entitled to lie in the national interest and if security issues dictate.
At the end of the report they say the MOD reserve the right to
experiment on the public if they need to.......

That says it all.....Chemtrailing is definitely possible from their mentaliy

This clip from the first series of BBC West Inside Out broadcasts contains a reconstruction of one of CDEE Porton
Down's most dangerous Large Area Coverage (LAC) BW experiments ever conducted in populated areas of the UK.
At 10:45 on 01 February 1961, a specially converted Land Rover, carrying scientist from the Chemical Defence
Experimental Establishment Porton Down, left Ilchester and travelled north at a steady 22 mph. With good reason
the Porton scientists wore protective equipment (Respirators, white combination overalls, rubber boots, thick
neoprene elbow-length gloves,and surgeons caps) as they knew that they were about to spray populated areas
of south-western England with large quantities of a breathable hazardous material - Zinc Cadmium sulphide (ZnCds).
By 11:33 the Land Rover had passed through the village of Wedmore, continuously spraying the ZnCds particles as
it travelled ever northwards.
By 12:18 it had reached Bishopsworth and while most people were on a lunch-break the Land Rover passed through
the centre of Bristol, still disseminating its hazardous cargo. By 13:12 the spray vehicle reached its final destination -
the village of Newport, many miles north of Bristol. The resulting massive cadmium compound aerosol was carried
eastwards across southern England, and sampled by mobile teams of Porton scientists at distances of 13 km, 40 km and 75 km.
As one might imagine, those living close to the route travelled by Porton's Land Rover, or those travelling in close
proximity of the spray vehicle, would have been significantly exposed to a hazardous material specifically designed
to mimic the physical properties of a real Biological Warfare agent. The ZnCds particles were designed to be of the
same size as a real BW agent - between 1-5 microns. This size enabled the particles to evade the body's natural
defences and penetrate the deepest part of the lungs - the alvioli.

This declassified MOD film is the uncensored version. It contains the following end-statement which the MOD,
for reasons as yet unknown, removed from the version made available to the press a number of years ago.

"Whilst these trials were designed for specific research purposes, they demonstrated, in a striking way, the
feasibility of small scale biological warfare.An appreciable dose of viable bacteria was achieved over an area
greater than 1,000 square miles by the release of only 120 gallons of suspension."

During the early 1960s, scientists from the Microbiological Research Establishment Porton Down were tasked
to investigate whether similar results could be obtained by using live bacteria instead of the chemical compound
(ZnCds) that was used in previous experiments. According to declassified MRE Porton Down documents, South
Dorset was eventually selected as the trials site because it met with three important, and still valid, requirements.

(1) Lyme Bay is semi-circular (radius 25-30 miles) which allows the use of any wind direction between 070
through south to 280 degrees.

(2) It has a nearby dockyard (Portland Naval Base, now Portland Port PLC) which facilitated the spray ship.

(3) It is only 50 miles from the laboratories of Porton Down, which enabled overnight examination of
radioactively labelled antibody samples.

A suitable base for the mobile laboratory (codename Night Ferry) and control vehicle (Golden Arrow) was
found at Fleet, a few miles west of Weymouth. This base was Crown Property and overlooked the main
trials area, Lyme Bay. The nearby Moonfleet Hotel provided accommodation for the MRE Porton scientists.

The trials procedure was for the spray ship (ETV ICEWHALE) to sail a straight line cross-wind track across
Lyme Bay, all the while spraying massive amounts of two types of live bacteria from equipment mounted
on its stern. The resulting massive (Porton's own description) bacterial aerosol cloud was carried onshore
by the prevailing wind - where mobile teams of Porton scientists attempted to sample the cloud as it
travelled up to 50 miles inland.

Two types of live bacteria were released in these field trials: E coli MRE162; and, Bacillus subtilius var
niger (aka Bacillus globigii or BG).

MRE Porton Down obtained the Bacillus globigii from the US Army Biological Warfare Laboratory at Fort
Detrick. In 2004, the US Institute of Medicine (part of the US National Academy of Sciences) identified
Bacillus globigii as a human pathogen (capable of causing disease in humans).

The second type of live bacteria that was used in the Lyme Bay Trials, E.coli MRE162, was isolated from
a toilet bowl at Porton Down during 1949, and given the MRE culture collection number 162. An Independent
Review of the possible health effects of those exposed to the bacterial aerosols found that any infections
caused by the release of the massive amounts of bacteria would probably have been restricted to individuals who were

The US had a very large military presence in the UK and Europe as part of NATO,
so it was logical for them to be involved with these tests. So there is no reason why
co operation in this field as with others that experiment did not continue and are
still going on............

BBC Spotlight report that Porton Down & US Army repeatedly sprayed populated areas of South Dorset
with live bacteria during a 1971 series of Germ Warfare experiments. On 16 separate occasions during
November 1971, massive amounts of a bacterial suspension were sprayed from a ship sailing off the
South Dorset coast. These bacterial aerosols were carried inland by the wind and over the target area
(the AUWE compound at Portland Bill), and surrounding South Dorset countryside (including Weymouth
and Dorchester). Two types of bacteria were sprayed: Inactivated Serratia marcescens (ISM); and live
Bacillus globigii (BG). A recent US National Academy of Sciences report concludes that Bacillus globigii is
now considerd to be a human pathogen - an organism capable of causing disease in humans.
In January 2010, the US Army declassified a scientific report which revealed that in 1975 Porton Down
and US Army scientists came back to South Dorset and conducted a larger series of similar germ warfare
tests. The 1975 experiments involved 24 sprayings of ISM and live BG - on occasion, three sprayings per day!

This declassified Porton Down film, which is Crown Copyright, shows a Valetta aircraft making a number of passes in front of the camera -
all the time spraying the Biological Warfare simulant - Zinc Cadmium sulphide. These particular experiments were conducted during March
1958, and were conducted to determine the characteristics of an aircraft mounted Zinc Cadmium sulphide dispenser. The resulting information
was then used in Porton Down's later public area BW experiments, some of which (the Large Area Coverage or LAC) contaminated vast
swathes of the UK. A BW simulant is a supposedly harmless substance which mimics the physical properties of a real BW agent, in this
case, size (between 1-5 microns). BW simulants are used in BW experiments in which, for safety reasons, a real BW agent could not be used.

A similar procedure was adopted for the 1963/64 Norwich Trials. An aircraft, this time a Devon, sprayed the BW simulant Zinc Cadmium
sulphide, at a rate of 2-3 lbs per mile, as it flew along a 62 nm track across Norfolk - at a distance of 24 miles upwind of the city of Norwich.
When the massive aerosol cloud reached its target area, Porton Down scientists conducted clandestine sampling of the air at a large number
of locations, across the city and surrounding countryside.

By "airborne" in that article, they are referring to potentially being spread via larger mucous particles via the act of sneezing. Most viruses aren't robust enough to last more than a few seconds outside a body, a few can such as rhinoviruses, a few coronaviruses, a few influenza viruses. I found it a bit annoying there were no links to the original sources in that article as well.

No cases has ever been confirmed of Ebola transferring without close contact and some exchange of fluids. I'm still waiting to see that case where it has been confirmed, and I'll never believe that it will be aerosolized - it is likely not even plausible.

Deforestation adversely affects the environment in many ways, including the process of photosynthesis by which trees convert carbon dioxide into oxygen. The massive loss of forests means more carbon dioxide and less oxygen. Watershed and species habitat are lost, and spreading aridity further depletes ground and surface water. If these results are the consequences of weather modification experiments, the experiments should be stopped.

In North Georgia where I spend some summers, during 2013 it rained for 60 consecutive days, not all day, but every day, and some days the rainfall was 12 inches–hurricane level–and roads were washed out. I received last summer 4 automated telephone warnings from local counties not to drive and not to attempt to drive through accumulations of water on the highways.

One consequence of the excess of water in the East is that this year there are no acorns in North Georgia. Zilch, zero, nada. Nothing. There is no food for the deer, the turkeys, the bear, the rodents. Starving deer will strip bark from the trees. Bears will be unable to hibernate or will be able only to partially hibernate, forced to seek food from garbage. Black bears are already invading homes in search of food.

Unusual drought in the West and unusual flood in the East could be coincidental or they could be consequences of weather modification experiments.

The US, along with most of the world, already had a water problem prior to possible disruptions of rainfall by geo-engineering. In his book, Elixir, Brian Fagan tells the story of humankind’s mostly unsuccessful struggle with water. Both groundwater and surface water are vanishing. The water needs of large cities, such as Los Angeles and Phoenix, and the irrigation farming that depends on the Ogallala aquifer are unsustainable. Fagan reminds us that “the world’s supply of freshwater is finite,” just like the rest of nature’s resources. Avoiding cataclysm requires long-range thinking, but humanity is focused on immediate needs. Long-range thinking is limited to finding another water source to deplete. Cities and agriculture have turned eyes to the Great Lakes.

Los Angeles exists because the city was able to steal water from hundreds of miles away. The city drained Owens Lake, leaving a huge salt flat in its place, drained the Owens Valley aquifer, and diverted the Owens River to LA via aqueduct. Farming and ranching in the Owens Valley collapsed. Today LA takes water from the Colorado River, which originates in Wyoming and Colorado, and from Lake Perris 440 miles away.

Water depletion is not just an American problem. Fagan reports that “underground aquifers in many places are shrinking so rapidly that NASA satellites are detecting changes in the earth’s gravity.”

If the government is experimenting with weather engineering, scientists are playing God when they have no idea of the consequences. It is a tendency of scientists to become absorbed by the ability to experiment and to ignore unintended consequences.

Readers have asked me to write about Fukushima and chemtrails because they trust me to tell them the truth. The problem is that I am not qualified to write about these matters with anything approaching the same confidence that I bring to economic, war and police state matters.

The only advice I can give is that when you hear the presstitute media smear a concern or explanation as “conspiracy theory,” have a closer look. The divergence between what is happening and what you are told is so vast that it pays to be suspicious, cynical even, of what “your” government and “your” presstitute media tell you. The chances are high that it is a lie.

I think the reference is not dependent upon Ebola being airborne, but rather that our immune systems have obviously been harmed over long periods of time by pollution, including destruction of plant nutrition. We have 1 in every 3 Americans having cancer now. Also, here in NJ we have citizens, young and old, suffering fractures and stress fractures due to low Vitamin D levels. Some of our youths have been described as being in "near rickets" stages. We have heavy and frequent chemtrail activity here.

I've been searching an hour to figure out whats up all video access is been blocked , Something up with my computer, blocking videos, but the link here works ?
