I don't think the government is prepared to admit disclosure at this time because then the general public will know how long they have been hiding it and the people are already pissed off at the government as it is, why would they want to deal with all these angry people on top of everything else? At the same time individuals are seeing things in the sky and having contact on a personal level so it is ongoing even if the US government admits it or no. I kind of think that people relying on the government to make this big announcement is like looking up at big Daddy to say yes, it is happening like a kid looks up at a parent who is a unreliable and deceptive parent. Kind of giving your power away. I am really not interested in the Government admitting this. If they did, I think it would be for some very nefarious reason and they would not be honest and truthful, they have an addiction to lying. The end goal would be continued slavery of the people. My thought is that the ongoing contact with the people will reach a tipping point and it will pop out into the general timeline with the government dragging it feet every inch of the way. They will not handle it well and it will just add to their collective demise.

IMO,,,,, I personally believe that we are currently having a privatized, 1 on 1 contact/experience tutoring to those individuals whom are now fully readied on the path spiritually. This in my mind will be its initial stages or form of mentoring. I myself feel that there is no need for a full blown contact, but perhaps some light seed planting with the basics of ET knowledge through spirituality blends creating that infrastructure base. This knowledge im sure of is now being mentored in many vehicles, as for example in data packets,,,if you will or however its to be distributed, again to those that are ready, now and in the future to come. When the student is ready, i believe then the teacher will teach.

From information and claims going around it does seem like some sort of official disclosure may take place. It also depends on what you class as disclosure. To many people this would simply mean our Governments declaring that extraterrestials entities exist and some contact has been made.

However the biggest worry for the illuminati and Cabal is the COST of keeping the secrets. Not just monetary but the crimes against humanity. I would imagine that an amnesty would be provided to those involved before any disclosure takes place.

They'll likely argue that disclosure could not take place any earlier because they did not fully understand what they were dealing with and the fear of causing religious, financial and civil unrest was too great to risk. They were of course acting in our best interests

The whole racism thing is big part of the whole problem , in my opinion . True , it's not 'prevalent' anymore but it still exists . And till this kind of stupid divisiveness exists , based on looks , and colors , and other forms of morphology , and your passport colors , and country flags , and you all know what I mean ..

This doesn't mean racists still don't exist. It merely means you either don't recognize them or don't encounter them in ways someone else in a different situation/economic/ethnic situation may. It still exists. You simply aren't willing or able to recognize it.

Disclosure isn't up to any government people. Let me float this allegory.

A group of children in a class room are not paying attention to what the teacher is telling them, they are running riot. A couple of the kids are trying to learn, but struggling because of the competing noise. The teacher is getting tired of screaming.

The classroom is one of two dozen or so classrooms in the school, and everyone single classroom is experiencing the same riotous behaviour. The teachers are trying to keep control, out of about 500 or so students, 15 are actually making the attempt to learn, and 2 of those are actually learning.

Finally, the teachers have enough, go to the principle. The principle (this is where this gets funny) is actually one principle of about 30 schools, and every school is undergoing the same horrible experience. She tells the teachers to go back, be patient, and try to get a handle on things. They are after all children, and they will eventually (hopefully) have to grow up. But the teachers are getting restless, angry, frustrated, afraid. So the principle goes to the district board.

Now the board (about 12-15 people sit on the board that regulate educational policy) have about 50 principles in their district. The principles are getting upset because they can't handle the teachers. So the board has to decide what to do, they go to the minister.

The minister of education tells the board, be calm. These are just people trying their best, you must be calm and they will in turn calm down. The principles go back, calm. They tell the teachers to be calm, same thing happens. Except when they get to the classroom, the kids don't calm down.

So one school catches fire, is burned to the ground, the teachers get out and take 15 students with them, the ones rational enough to know to get out when the fire alarm goes off. The rest are burned, killed, because they are too eager to discover who started the fire, what caused the fire, what properties the fire has...knowing in the back of their minds they started it themselves, but not wanting to take ownership.

We are one school among hundreds of millions.

It'll happen when we least expect it and need it the most and it would've been right in front of us, all this time.

It doesn't take a rocket engineer to understand that we are all made from star dust and lets add that for us the multiverse is mind boggling and everything that dies and is reborn is some form. So we have a few billion years before our own sun makes a super nova out of our own solar system so eventually it will not be a case of if but when.

I guess when our education system changes for the masses we will be getting programmed for what will come but whilst we have Jihad John slicing necks as tabloid news we are far from that era.

Even when 40% of the population believes we have advanced races roaming around our own planet using advanced to us dimensions, we will still be kept in the dark. But we were ready at one point I think.. and I guess or hope that this is a case of going backwards to move forward.

But if death, religion, and money pretty much controls everything then can you imagine the amount of birds they'd want to hit with such a stone as disclosure.

I guess all in all the human race even at the top are just experiments that when the truth be told would surpass anything we could possibly imagine.

Only when the elites have decimated global society with nuclear and biological warfare will ET reveal their presence to us in knowing that the few suffering survivors will readily accept their presence in the sheer desperation for their help. Exactly. Disclosure requires no official government acceptance. Government never leads the people. Government responds to the people. The people ARE the disclosure movement and, look around, there is a LOT of disclosure going on. We need to stop waiting for government and the controlled media to legitimize our efforts and confirm our knowing. If it is left to them, it will not happen. Good thing it doesn't depend on them. Let them instead respond or not to OUR movement of truth. We're going to get there with or without "official" sources.

I don't believe any of this stuff about not being ready etc. If you needed an invite to the galactic club how did the supposedly negative ERs get their green card? Any species that develops FTL technology will obviously use it. By some accounts we already are. There may be rules of this club which would no doubt be communicated to any species who achieves FTL travel but it looks as if some members don't always play by the rules. No doubt contact has been going on at different levels for ever. I do wonder if the situation on Earth is unique or unusual at least. I mean, without all the vested interests and power struggles, whether we've invented FTL travel or cribbed it from downed UFOs you would think that as soon as that happened there would be much rejoicing, queues of people wanting to boldly go etc. Instead we may have the means (as Ben Rich alluded) and we may be having the contacts, but we plebs aren't supposed to know about it. It would be really weird if while we have all these visitors their folks back home don't know about it because their society is in thrall to bankers and politicians, so the people flying around are all part of their own military black ops etc. If so then all God's creatures are wrongly wired up, but I don't believe it. It may well be true though, that ET is not going to interfere with our domestic arrangements, if you will, because of the 'Prime Directive' - which although comes from Star Trek makes sense and I seem to recall that this was channelled (yeah, OK) and communicated to Gene Roddeneberry? It's a kind of Catch 22. I remain hopeful that disclosure will come about in my lifetime, and I do see some signs that it might, maybe just like that. I am quite convinced that we are being visited by many ET species and it's absurd to think this can be concealed for ever, it's like the Elephant in the Room. Can't be ignored for ever. When? Tomorrow is always like today while you are still in today, but things do change and then it's hard to imagine what it was like before.

And certain elements within the elite know very well that without the people's consent they can do nothing,
which is why they use the trickery of media manipulation to get the people to where they want them to be.

But the people always have a choice, and those of us who have broken free
from being manipulated hopefully can show the rest of the crowd that it can be done, although it may not be easy.

There needs to be quite a lot of overcoming first, against a general collective apathy,
and a desire for others to take the lead and do our thinking for us.

So instead of disclosure we will have discovery, one soul at a time.

Being over two hours, I had to break the video up into smaller chunks of time to view. The point of disclosure was something I believe we will continuously debate until the day it happens and is more than apparent to everyone on the planet as the darn mothership hovers over their head.

I found the following aspect of the video very interesting. As Simon Parkes is giving new data on crime, negative and positive behaviors which resulted after December 21, 2012, Alfred Webre theorizes that there was a timeline shift form the previous negative timeline where Edgar Cayce saw a global coastal event, and in 1971 the DARPA project (~1971), with the Chrono-visor viewer, also saw the Supreme Court under brackish water in 2013. Due to the DARPA project, Nixon, Rumsfield, and Kissinger made the executive decision to secretly start build trillions upon trillions of dollars of D.U.M.B.S. Then you have Courtney Brown's huge remote viewing project in 2010, which again saw the Capitol under water in 2013, which made the decision to build those bases a good decision. ( It didn't happen in 2013)

Why, because the shift began and we are on another timeline. I like Webre, believe the Mayan calendar wasn't just a time map, but a map of consciousness. Positive timeline = positive future. Each human through positive intentions and meditations, can tune into this morphic field of Unity Consciousness. We can take advantage of this to learn and grow.

Now it will be possible for more people to accept ET's and inter-dimensionals.
