Hello Dearest Friends!

For those of you who are familiar with Captain Kaye i will save the introduction, for those who doesn't know yet, there is plethora of information and interview videos on the internet.
I have been in contact with him and i would like to share the answers i received from him to my questions, as he gladly agrees for me to share it.
If you wish to send a question please PM me, i do not want to overload him, and promised not to send more than 5 Q's a week, so whatever doesnt get answered i will save on file and if, maybe later, a video interview could be made via skype or something like that it will be answered there. (but dont quote me on that, it depends if he agrees as well, have time..etc...)

1.When the soul leaves the body and there is no electric activity in the brain, where does it go to? and why it is irretrievable?
When we die, our soul energy returns to the void, then moves on to the "other side", then back again or "onward" depending on one's conscious evolution or "other' conditions. Its a science unto itself, and its very complicated. Volumes could be written on the subject.
2.How can one communicate with Gaia? And how canone develop 'psyionic' skills like telepathy...
daily meditation, mastering one's brainwaves is key, without that one will never develop psionically. Communicating with Gaia is pretty easy. Go where She is, which is everywhere, but preferably away from people. They will cloud the psionic space and make it hard to hear. If you can find a lovely spot, there will always be a likely hood that humans have been there before and left trash behind. Bring a garbage bag and pick it up. All of it. Then sit quietly and wait for the local spirits to thank you. They will. Psionics are a skill. And like all skills, one gets better at it with practice, practice, practice.
3.If souls can be inserted in different bodies, how come aliens and humans havent already figures out we are alll just ONE? Why wars?With all the technology and hi-tech havent the aliens already figured out its better to be just friendly and talk than having fights?
The answer to that question would be the thousands of pages of galactic history, evolution and conflict. The truth is that life and consciousness can take almost any form. Evolution can create species with goals and motivations as varied as all life in nature. Some are just not interested in peace, ever, at all. Some are just interested in knowledge and information, at any cost. (read the very large subtext of "at any cost"), while others have spent hundreds or thousands of years making mistakes (like we have) and have similar problems with where they are at. They are attempting progress with angry populations (like we are) and militarized elites (like we have). Some of them have global problems that they are willing to go to great length to solve (more of that "at any cost" stuff). Some have evolved away from their consciousness that they are trying to merge themselves with other species (like the Zetas). A galaxy of life, is really a galaxy of growth and problems. Very few have achieved what we would call "enlightened peaceful empowerment". Space travel is no guarantee of evolution. Advanced science is no guarantee of evolved thinking. Just look at humanity in the mirror. Some of us are spiritually evolved, and some of us can build space ships. The two are not always the same person, in fact, most often they are nothing alike.
To sum up, some have realized we are all one, most have a personal agenda that prioritizes their needs and ambitions, sound familiar?
4.Are there higher dimensions than the 3d we live on where more benevolent beings exist?
There are 12 known dimensions, and possibly a 13th. Benevolent is a judgement call. They may be in a higher dimension, and still have a point of view that we would not see eye to eye with.
5. Do the aliens from Jupiter are those basically friendly, or malevolant type Service-To-Self kind of aliens?
I don't know of any ET's from Jupiter, but the IG space station is a neutral space for everyone to meet. Again, everyone has an agenda and needs. That's why they all show up there to talk about it and negotiate.
6.Have you heard of the soul trap, that when humans on earth die they are following the light in the end of the tunnel which is actually a trap that wipes their memories, and then sends the soul into a new body (created by the alpha-draconis)?
Some people would call that the cycle of life and death, or the cycle of rebirth. We are supposed to live longer and remember more when we recycle.

Randy Cramer aka Captain Kaye was asked by his superieurs to go public. Not as a brave whisleblower breaking all the rules. Why? It's Disclosure by a sidedoor. There are people from within who think civilation is beter then slavery. The knowledge and technoligies we (they, still) posses, have to be used for the benefit of humanity.

I would like to hear specific descriptions of more of the aliens he met or saw, including both humanoid and animal. I know I would be telling stories about the unusual creatures I saw if I had been there. I don't have a photographic memory but I know those images would be burned onto my brain.
If there is plant life on Mars, which I understand there is, what does it look like? Describe some plants or trees. I would bet some have unusual properties or growth patterns.
What do they eat on Mars? Is it food brought from earth? Do they have gardens there? Do they eat some foods that come from other planets? Do they include plants from other planets in their gardens if they have them? If so, what are they and what did they taste like. If he was eating alien foods, which were his favorites?
He said he has had multiple limbs regenerated. I would like to hear specifically which ones, specifically how he lost them (what he was doing when these events happened). How does it feel to have a limb blown off, when you know you can go get another one?

He said he smoked some marijuana he got from someone in the kitchen staff (it's always the damn kitchen staff, isn't it?! ;)). How does one of the most secretive and secure facilities known to man allow weed to be sneaked in? If this is getting in, what else gets through that isn't supposed to? Do aliens smoke the ganja or ingest other mind altering recreational substances?

Does anyone have a camera or try to sneak one in? Are there photos?

Fraud, this will end like the Brockbrader case, that dude just wants to join the circuit and cash in on his fifteen minutes of fame, that man has no discipline and doesn't know when to stfu, pleases me to hear Kerry has a somewhat skeptical attitude towards him in her interview with this on gullibility feeding dumb@ss energy vampire, for those of you who don't understand, people can make a living of this crap with travel and expenses paid while taking a piss on you and damaging the credibility of the so called awakening movement, that man is the last guy we need to hear, srsly.

Everything he says can be read on forums like this and regurgitated at will by any one of us who has been here longer than a year and has an attention span of two hours, if ones denies the aforementioned facts that means you have little to no faith of the intelligence of the average forum members, we are very well capable of learning and this forum has made great strides forward in decernment, if we choose to abandon that and not be highly skeptical of ANY information presented to us the joke will be on us all if you lend this man credibility, and that will happen rather sooner than later.

Hello Peace&Love – ‘Bravo’ for getting in touch with Captain Kaye (Randy Cramer), and the added bonus of permission to share this on PA as well – sending hugs of appreciation to both of you.

I actually have a specific question for him that I have been pondering for the past week – wonderful synchronicity!!!

I’ve listened curiously to Captain Kaye’s interviews since early summer. It does stimulate contemplations on how protocols may unfold when a civilisation intends venturing beyond their own home planet expanding into New Frontiers of Space & then Time...............................

......Into the greater Conscious levels of existence.

So here is my question: (Q can apply to either his time during his space missions or in his ‘afterwards’ second life version of experience - smile:

Q: Have you experienced/or have knowledge about the dimensional wars that are supposedly going on relating to the closest 8 parallel Earths to our Earth? How the governing powers on two Parallel Earth’s intend to created portal connections to our Earth and eventually control it. ‘Our’ Earth deemed the pivotal access point to these other 8 Parallel Earths?

To reference this question, my above Q is paraphrased from information I heard in recent interviews from the following:

Stephen Popiotek (who has done some work with Preston Nichols and also Eve Lorgan)

Both surmise that there are people who walk ‘here’ in this Earth version whilst existing simultaneously in other of the 8 parallel versions (of Earth). When asleep ‘here’, they are aware of over ‘there’.

Also interesting sideline:
Dr Richard Alan Miller mentioned (paraphrasing from memory) Earth is shifting/moving into a space where other Universes are passing through (imagine right hand passing directly over left hand) and these Universes are of different Dimensions & Planes/Levels of Consciousness.

Both above versions evoke deep Dimensional Mind contemplations..................

Anything Captain kaye can add would be most useful, because maybe while he sleeps he too becomes aware of other parallel version(s) of himself.

778 neighbour of some guy: Healthy skepticism, like me, but I guess I'm not qualified to judge just yet. That's why I want DETAILS. I'd rather see his face while he answers but I'll take 'em however.
Agreed, it took Kerry a while to get some good questions in and I wish she had asked for more of those details that you'd have if you lived somewhere for 17 years. He is a little vague about some of that.
I will say that growing some ganj in the army would be a little bit different than doing the same on a Mars base. Probably a little more security and screening if I had to guess! But when there's a will there's a way I suppose! ;-)

High speed speech, delivered in a monotone - almost maniacal at times. This dude had a bad dream - maybe many times, until he forgot what is the dream and what is real.

17 yrs. on Mars and he knows nothing about even the next closest base, supposedly those that would come to their rescue if any skirmish got out of hand. Never been on leave for 17 yrs., eh?

Why is his clone body equipped with augmentation now? He's out, isn't he? What's he need with the implants? Let's cut him open and see...

I can't wait to ask things related to future changes that will come our way soon, there are hybrids down underground waiting to surface, while earth is entering a higher realm. Things soon will be very different from what humanity has known so far.
That is VERY true.

1. As i understand there are certain cataclysmic events that might unfold, what would you suggest for us to prepare? Should we become self reliant grow and store our own food and separate from the urbanized life, like a prepper? Or it wouldn't matter anyhow?
Growing your own food, having supplies on hand, is NEVER a bad idea, looming doom or not. Since food supplies could be cut and supply lines could be hindered, I recommend to everyone to have a garden, and have some stored water for emergencies. There are places in the states where there are tornadoes and earthquakes and they recommend folk have 3 or 4 days of emergency supplies. I recommend a 30-90 day supply. One just never knows. Being prepared is always better than getting caught with your pants down around your ankles.

2. When the 'higher dimensional ones' do not see eye to eye with humanity, what would that mean? If the conditions to move upwards in dimensions are based on the strongest power in the universes-LOVE, how would their agenda be against to any of ours? Humanity is very much heart based life, but we were been messed around with for pretty long time (religions, alien induces wars, poverty etc..) that is why it seems we are doing wrong things, but if the playing field is leveled, and we do get truth-out there, i wouldn't think humanity for one second would step away from love.
It's encouraging you think this way, but the universe is complicated. When two forces don't agree the possibilities are diplomacy, argument or war. Higher dimension is also no guarantee of ethical and moral superiority. There is a light path (LOVE) to this, and there is also the dark path to this. They are diametrically opposed, and are in constant conflict with one another. Humans are duplicitous, they can embrace the light or embrace the dark, and the universe will respect their choice and allow them to evolve along such lines. Some want to encourage us to embrace the light, while others wish us to embrace the darkness. Hence the war we are in right now.
3. Are any of the alien groups and individuals been engaged on Mars or on the IG space station have expressed higher form of love than known among humans? Have you made good trust and friendship relationship with any of them?
I don't know if I'd use the term "higher" maybe more developed, but humans are capable of amazing quantities of love energy. I'd like to think I've made friends with some of them, only time will tell if the friends you've made turn out to really be your friends, right?
4. Have you encountered human-looking aliens, such as Pleidians/Nordics, are they friendly to earth humans, or couldn't care less?
I have, and its not that black and white. Many of the Pleiadians are made up of folk who have opinions, just like we do. There are also 7 stars in the Pleiades, with over a dozen inhabited worlds, so when someone says they or someone is from the Pleiades, they need to be more specific. That's like saying we're from Sol, but really we're from Earth as it orbits Sol, so many Pleiadians are shifty and not to be trusted. That doesn't make them evil or dark, just not the kind of friend you want to trust with the family silver.
5. Last question, i would like to quote (from memory): "There are two scary realities we might face, one, we are the only intelligent life form in the universe, the second, we are not, but none of the intelligent life forms are interested in talking to us. I find the second option scarier." I find it scary that if there are gazillion of civilizations out there, how come none so far appeared on TV via EM radio waves technology and said to humans: "Hello beloved Humans, we come in peace" How come there is just silence, why there are no public appearances of Arcturians or any 'benevolent' type of life form, is it all just wars and camouflage, and Service To Self agendas, aren't there any good guys watching us in this 'prison planet' wanting to reach a hand and help? Are we really all alone?
stealth is its own technology. Folk around the galaxy have learned you don't necessarily want to attract attention to your home world, so masking your EM signals and being "silent" is an intergalactic practice. We presume that all that life in the galaxy should just be more open and free than we are, but that doesn't take into account the state of the galaxy. Its not a safe place. Danger lurks everywhere. Not just dominating invaders that might take over or destroy your planet, but it turns out species we refer to as "the jackals" are not global invaders or dominators. But they will swoop in and take an "arm" or a "leg" before they take off back into the jungle. Self defense is the first priority. Reaching out to neighbors and friends is a secondary consideration to defense and security.
So, no, we are not alone, and there is a lot of help right now. Keep looking up and you'll see them all the time. They may not be on TV, and they might be, in the form of information or "stories' or disguised as humans. Someone is making crop circles all the time. That's a message. Sometimes its just hard to see and notice with all the distractions.

I had listened to Captain Kaye's interview by Kerry Cassidy. His story is extraordinary.

Logically speaking, present Captain Kaye has life experiences of total sixty some years on two human beings.
As a super soldier life: 17 years old body enlisted as a solider for a secret military forces then served till 2007, 37 years old man by the time.
As a reincarnated version of the former super soldier: 1987 to 2014 as of today,44 years old man at present.
Two Kayes had to exist in two time lines. Then intriguing part is the universe inside previous Captain Kaye can be an alternative universe that isn't what we share.

Did Captain Kaye explain what had been his careers and life experiences as a civilian I assume?

I have thought of another question I would be curious to understand more about (if that is okay?).

Does Captain Kaye know 'who' is mining the rings of Saturn? And 'what' are they mining? Also anything else he might know about the 'rings' whether it be around Saturn or other planets - perhaps in connection with frequency rings?

I personally prefer to keep an open mind on most things and appreciate this opportunity P&L has begun with this thread.

Ps. For those who think he is a fraud, untrustworthy etc, please share the evidence you have discovered that validates your conclusions - I would be interested to hear how you came to such solid conclusions.

Perhaps seeing as this Thread OP's main purpose is about Q&A's, may I suggest members with their evidence and conclusions create a separate thread to discuss this topic? The secret space programs interest me, and it is healthy to hear both sides - and then with our individual discernment we can each make informative choices. This is how we grow. :hug:

There is more truth to this subject than most want to admit. It is a personal decision on what you are willing to accept.

For some it has been a reality for decades and now that we are just having people speaking out about MILAB's, So called "Super Soldiers" (I hate that term), Alien Abductions and Involvment in the Secret Space Program it is both scary and refreshing.

While those think the world is finally "Waking Up"... the Skeptics believe it's all just a "Lucid Dream"...

It has taken me years to reach where I am on that scale and start to speak out on my experiences. There are so many that are drawn here that suffer in silence... :tape2:

Agreed, good summary of today's picture, guess the few of us openly talking of milab's 20 years ago were too early in our disclosures for anyone to sit up and take notice, unlike today, a problem does exist though, some of us are fully qualified and entitled to question those coming into the community with such claims. The moment we do though we are shot down by trolls and those too eager to buy all they hear and see.

We ate cafeteria food, like most soldiers do. The kitchen staff were rotated in and out about every 2-4 weeks. I'm not sure where all the food came from. The kitchen staff hinted (since they were not permitted to divulge this information to us) that the food was coming from the colonies nearby and that some of it was in fact food we traded/acquired from ET's. I looked forward to waffles almost every morning when I was on Mars. I love waffles.

2) He said he has had multiple limbs regenerated. I would like to hear specifically which ones, specifically how he lost them (what he was doing when these events happened). How does it feel to have a limb blown off, when you know you can go get another one?

I've had my limbs blown off more than 200 times, so specific may be difficult. Mostly through incoming ordinance, and the occasional psionic inversion. It hurts like hell no matter what, even with the shock and endorphins and drugs. Getting you arm blown off still fracking hurts. You do start to have less anxiety about it, knowing that you'll be patched up good as new.

I know nothing about that whatsoever.

I'm not sure what corporations have been created or are involved, other than the MCC (Mars Colony Corporation), but any and all useful minerals would be the short answer to what they are mining. I don't know anything specific about the rings and how that might be connected to rings of frequency. I know they are beautiful and they sparkle. The individual asteroids are moving at different rates and spinning in different directions at different rates. They sparkle. Its quite lovely.

The Archer 1-1-9, power assisted, full body armor and environment suit, followed by the Archer 1-2-5, the Archer 1-3-9, the
Archer 1-4-1, and finally the Archer 1-4-4. It was bad ass to be quite frank. Power assisted on a lower gravity planet meant longer and higher jumps. I mean crazy longer and higher. The powered armor was the funnest part of the whole experience.

Wow thank you for the response. I'm surprised he remembers the model names and numbers. I appreciate this but I should have been more specific with my first question. I would also like to know if he can describe how it looked and felt. What colours? Was it tight or loose, or in between? How many pieces or 1 piece body suit? How thick? Same material throughout or different components? Any designs, or shapes, or symbols on the armour? And how much of the body was covered, the face too? The whole arms or just part? The neck? Legs? I'm just curious to see if it matches a dream I've had.

Also another question...

Kaye talked about virtual reality training scenarios if my memory is accurate. In any of the trainings did they shapeshift into other beings, aliens or hybrids? Thanks again.

Remembers he has his limbs blown of 200 x by incoming ordnance, being in murderous pain and drugged and not the slightest sign of PTSD, you would be having awful dreams, even after having been confronted with weird alien freaks who were out to murder him for 17 years 24/7, please don't take that man seriously. Just because someone is not freakishly neurotic, anxious, negative or in anyway obvious outwardly showing signs of trauma doesn't mean they haven't been through something traumatic. The stronger people are more composed. I choose to keep an open mind and not condemn his story unless there is any proof he is lying. What you are describing is your own subjective opinion based on a very limited, superficial judgement of someone you've never been in the physical presence of. And the fact someone doesn't get assassinated doesn't conclude someone is lying. Because there are opposing groups beyond our human level and therefore some people have certain protection and not everyone can just be completely attacked.

I know it is just under three hours long, it is well worth it and potentially heralding the game changer we have been waiting for.
If Cramer has been given official clearance to inform the public and more importantly the armed forces that they must not go against the original constitution, in other words not follow orders that are detrimental to the people of America. Further more are in there full rights to arrest those that do.....................we will be watching :-)

A question: If Randy has had his limbs shot of a multitude of times and replaced. Why did they not repair his eyesight? In several shots on several videos he wears glasses.

Why would a soldier from Mars need glasses if the technology exists to repair this condition? It does exist by the way. Laser surgery is freely available to all...let alone a soldier of Mars.

To be honest, laser surgery is only helpful in the case of the person being myopic, and then the surgery will correct the myopia, but what the surgery cannot and will not correct is when the eyes start aging to such an extent that they won't easily adjust to different distances anymore, a phenomenon called presbyopia.

I myself am also myopic. I have not had laser surgery but instead I am wearing contact lenses. For all intents and purposes, the vision correction obtained through contact lenses has the same effect. However, those contact lenses cannot remedy the (in my case rather late) onset of presbyopia, and so while wearing my contact lenses, I would in fact also need reading glasses - I use a magnifying glass for now - for anything close by. When I'm not wearing my contact lenses then I don't have any problem with that, but then of course, then I cannot see far anymore - "far" being a relative term here, because I would for instance not be able to read the text on my computer screen anymore, and I would definitely not be able to drive a car or even recognize a person in the street.

Thanks for that explanation Aragorn. Pretty interesting. I do know someone who had that surgery who also requires reading glasses now. It did not correct that condition.

But...

The question still remains. If this technology exists to replace limbs...why not eyes? In fact if he was born from a petri dish as he has explained, wouldn't the requirement for a soldier of this nature be good eyesight? If the eyesight is not perfect could it not be corrected in the same fashion? If not it seems odd that a soldier from Mars would be wearing glasses. I just want to know why it's not correctable and was not corrected during his term on Mars.

Good question. My supporting question is did the eyesight problems begin before, during, or after he was taken care of by the milabs technicians or Mars doctors during his off-world experiences? Maybe he was in super health, then when they put him back into a normal life, they let him develop health problems? Maybe a lot of the milab controllers want these normal-everyday-ordinary-people alters to be sick, maladjusted, confused and in a low state to keep them under control, preventing memory retrieval or even using their compartmentalized abilities?

Without necessarily profiling myself as "a believer" - I have my own issues with certain things he says - he did say that the body he is currently occupying is a clone - it is not the same body as what he used on Mars - and the process of cloning in and of itself tends to degrade the genetic material. So if he is telling the truth, then presumably his handlers felt that it wasn't necessary to "augment" or otherwise improve the body he currently occupies, given that he won't be going to Mars anymore now. He's done his time on the battlefield, so to speak, so now his physical condition is of no interest to them anymore.

It would certainly make sense. Just ask Tesla_WTC_Solution how the USA treats its war veterans. I'm sure she'll have a story or two to tell... ;-)

Long term Eye Problems are not at all Uncommon... I had required Cataract Surgery on both eye's before I was 35 and a Detached Retina in my Left Eye that was so bad that it took 3 Surgeries to Reattach.

The eye surgeon said it most closely resembled "Astronauts Eye" and his team had never seen anything like it. He would have no other diagnosis for it, but didn't know what all could cause the diagnosis. The number of needled injections directly into my eye ball was horrible and not something someone with PTSD is able to deal with very well. There are a number of other health issues (Neurological etc...) that go along with being apart of this and similar programs as well that start to pop up aroun the 40 year old mark.

Something to keep in mind before dismissing out right... Though it may make it easier for some to sleep at night.

I have several issues with certain things he's said. I will be watching him respond and see where it leads. If this is a facade he will certainly trip up because he apparently loves to talk and talk and talk.

He has a lot of information that is indeed consistent with what others in the SSP(S) have seen/experienced. If he is indeed not telling the truth and does like to... "TALK AND TALK AND TALK", let him continue to do so. I find that B.S. is to hard to keep up with. People that talk a lot and spout a lot of B.S. will at some point become bogged down or trip up in it.

When one has PTSD they have enough problems with memory, when they have had their memories chemically or electronically altered in "Debriefs" that adds to the equation... So those of us/them who have PTSD and have had Memory Augmentation and then Recovery tend to keep to the facts. It is hard enough to keep up with that information and experiences. The B.S. is impossible to keep up with and will reveal the fraud's every time. If he is full of "it" then he is getting some REAL information from somewhere.

This leads to some other possibilities of course. IMHO

It's okay for those who have no experience in any of these matter to think it a load of "Poop"... It's understandable. There is a very large number of MILAB and SSP(s) Experiencers who frequent Avalon. Most remain Anonymous for good reason. The naysayers are so unrealistic and demanding of proof they only might accept if they turn up dead on their door step. How many people have you just not heard of again and did you even notice had disappeared.?!?!

This feels bogus to me too, and I always felt Basiago and Eisenhower are very fishy, too.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out if Simon gets into a round table discussion with them.
Webre takes too much on faith, imho.

I thought something that Simon Parkes said is profound , that Earth humans who go to live on Mars eventually become Martians, ie, living on a different planet changes them in a very basic way, possibly on a soul level.
And it may be that my feelings about those individuals who claim to have spent time on Mars ( or at the very least, like Eisenhower, to know people who have spent time there) resonate with me as having an inauthentic quality, because of that very reshaping of their energies by the planet itself.
One of the problems I had with Basiago's info was the claims he made about what objects were in photos allegedly made on Mars' surface, claims which seemed absurd to me.
As far as I could see, the objects in no way resembled what he claimed they actually were.
It will be interesting to see if any more verifiable evidence emerges.

In retrospect, I suspect that Webre may be much wiser than I've given him credit for.
His style is certainly much different than Kerry's, but in his own more subtle and neutral way, perhaps he is investigating on a deeper level than it appears on the surface, and is just leaving it to us to decide what is real.
In a way, he accepts that everything his interviewees say is accurate, while Kerry's approach is more often that everything they say is suspect.
We get a different perspective with each approach, and that provides an opportunity to think about the issues on several different levels.

We all have our own individual experiences to draw from.
But by keeping an open mind, a willingness to compare notes and revise one's viewpoint accordingly, we can actually progress collectively toward a better understanding.
Sometimes even going back to the starting point with someone who is totally ignorant of the facts can be instructive, because there are often things missed along the way that we can learn through backtracking.
That requires having faith in the process.

Hi there friends!

This post contains answers to questions i asked Captain Kaye, next week i will send questions from the forum.

1) The way it looks to me now is that, if there is any superior civilization that would want earth for itself, the only thing they would do is just come and get it, humans today are completely unaware of any threat outside. And we are indeed easy 'prey' for any nasty civilization.
Since it hasn't happened like Hollywood films like to depict in any of the last thousands years, i would conclude that there are either:
a) Conqueror/s have already taken the earth, ruling us and are hidden from plane sight, or,
b) that Earth is protected by certain much superior groups or laws that do not allow any attack on us.
c)Earth Defense forces by earth humans is a very ancient thing that we just haven't known to exist.

We are, and have been at a state of guerrilla warfare with various ET's (and they amongst each other) as far back as known time and history go. Occasionally this war goes "hot" and the populace is aware or brought into that conflict. So, the Earth has been invaded, it does have numerous protectors, and now that we have a Time Corps, our reach to defend ourselves does go back and forward far in time. Basically all 3 are correct. We're still fighting, the fight is not over.

2) Are there Galactically accepted 'ExoPolitically Correct' main body language gestures/signs when having communication with aliens?
For example is shaking hands a welcomed costume with Reptilians or Mantids, or no physical contact allowed, or for example standing distance, and eye contact or raising the palm of the hand to wave 'Hello'. Is it the same like here on earth?

Bowing is more universal than waving or hand shaking. Each species, usually has an individual and historically unique method for this (like we do) and sometimes that can repeat across space and time. I've seen others that will raise a weapon hand or both hands in a gesture of "I'm not going for my weapon" and being vulnerable. If beings are psionics, they will just do it mentally. Eyes and facial expression can also vary widely between species.

3) In a battle between beings that can communicate telepathically, isn't it very awkward and quite difficult to fight while being able to hear the thoughts of your 'enemy' that is in pain? Being Telepathic doesn't necessarily mean more empathic perspective and compassionate understanding of the other thoughts and feelings?

That is an astute question no one has asked me before. We had psionic amplifiers/blockers to keep our opponents minds out of our own. Did not always have 100% effectiveness. It's surreal, but like so many things, your brain adapts so you can survive. It doesn't mean more empathic, that is up to the individual's heart chakra development.

4) I read that thoughts are faster than speed of light. When you were piloting a space ship, did you use sticks, throttles and buttons, or did you use only thoughts to activate the spaceship and fly it?

The fighters I flew were mostly hand controls, with mental HUD interface (so you could actually "see" things you couldn't see with your normal eyes, projected right into your ocular view.) The hand controls were impressions the shape of your hands, that had buttons at the fingertips. I could also issue a load of verbal commands. I've heard we have 100% psionic interfaces, but I've never used or seen one personally.

5) According to 'Temporal Mechanics' we could move into the future and to the past as mere observers or as true participants? What happens when you meet or physically touch your self in the future or the self in the past are there any severe repercussions to self or the world? or it wouldn't affect the stable fabric of dimensions of time?

There are multiple classifications of time travel. There is a "viewer only" POV that allows looking at the past and potential futures. To physically interact with the time line is another classification and if you physically touch yourself, it can be very bad. The Time Corps guys make you think it might end the universe as we know it, but I think the energy discharge is high enough that serious damage could be done and localized distortions of time/space could result. Not the end of the world, but a HUGE problem for someone to fix. I think it would likely be a localized phenomena (miles not parsecs) but the consequences to your personal time line could be the worst. You might end up a million years forward or backward with no way back.

fields ... get shot up... and have his soul inserted into a pristine new

I want to pursue these two ideas.
1. That the military created at least one clone of Randy's body.
2. Some technology exists for extracting a human soul from
one human body and putting it into another body

Randy entered the army at 17 years of age.
So presumably the earliest date at which they could have begun
the process of cloning him was when he was 17.
Assuming that clones age at the same rate as 'regular' human
bodies... then there should be at least a 17 year age difference
between his original body and his cloned body. However, the
body of Randy Cramer i saw being interviewed looked like it
was aged around thirties-ish.
Did they clone him at birth, i wonder?

Is it true that cloned human bodies do not have a soul ?
If i clone myself, wouldn't the clone have it's own consciousness
i.e. it's own soul ? If i put my soul from my original body into
the body of my clone... what happens to the consciousness
of the clone ? is it destroyed in this process ?
Will the clone now be the residency for two souls ?
(i'm using 'soul' and 'consciousness' interchangably here)

If it's true that they can take my soul and put it into a clone of
my original body... isn't that a recipe for my (physical) immortality ?

It's going to have to do these things for itself, presumably.

to clones too. One is that, for example, your sense of balance
is developed via experience. You have to get up,
walk and run around. You need to fall over a few times etc.
A sense of balance can't be properly developed without movement.
Presumably this means a clone can't be left laying on a bed
for 20 years. There are similar issues related to visual perception.
Bi-occular focusing of the eyes and depth perception require that
you open your eyes and actively focus on things. Visual perception
is the foundation for hand-to-eye co-ordination... simply being able
to move your body through space successfully. This requires active
engagement with the environment. This implies that the clone would
be an active agent in it's own development. Which implies awareness,
intent and consciousness.

Here's an important point. I think, probably, a clone is going to be
a fully functional human being... with consciousness. So the clone
is another human being too. So if you put my consciousness into
the body of a clone, either there's two of us in there, or the previous
resident has somehow been 'evicted'... so the act of transfering my
consciousness into the clone's body... is either 'body-theft' at minimum
or, more probably, murder.

Where are our memories and learning stored ?
Are they stored, somehow, in your soul ?
Are they stored in your brain ?
Let's imagine my soul is transferred into a cloned body.
Do i now have to re-learn how to play the guitar, how
to speak german, the location of my father's new house ?
Or .. will these skills and knowledge be transferred with my soul?

Addendum: The 2009 movie 'Moon'.. may, or may not, be an example of
predictive programming. The premise of the film is that there is a mining
company with a base on the dark side of the moon (which already sounds
reminiscent of some of the claims of John Lear). This company is
mining Helium 3 which is used as a safe fuel for nuclear fusion power
generation (i have no idea if that idea is credible or not). And.. and this is
the relevant part... the single occupant of the mining base is a clone.
On the base there are dozens of identical clones in 'storage'... waiting
to be awoken to serve a 3 year contract. Could this detail be one
of the facts 'leaked' by Hollywood ? If 'they' can create human/alien
hybrids, perhaps it's an easy task to clone a human.

1. As I understand it, it wasn't the military itself, but rather a part of the military-industrial complex, and thus a private corporation.

2. Yes, and this was already revealed in the 1940s by the survivors of the Roswell crash. They consider their bodies to be only "containers".

He's actually in his forties, and he did state that the migration of his soul to his new body incorporated time travel technology. So he was cloned at age 17, but his soul was also migrated to that cloned body at age 17 again, via time travel technology.

While that is not impossible, it need not have been the case. It is my understanding that they cloned him when he was 17 years old, and grew the cloned body in a special stasis container, in suspended animation and under full physiological control. This is also how the military-industrial complex creates and grows the programmable lifeforms, which look like the stereotypical alien Grey.

It all depends on the cloning process. If we clone an animal using the cloning techniques already available in the mainstream today, then that animal will be a distinct entity from the one it was cloned from. However, in Randy's case, the clone was not intended to be a fully-fledged being. It was entirely grown in a laboratory environment and kept in suspended animation. It would have died otherwise, given that it didn't have a soul of its own. This is more or less the backdrop for the cloned bodies in the movie Avatar.

They are not the same thing. Consciousness is part of the soul, but it is not the soul itself. Your body also has its own consciousness - e.g. your autonomous nervous system - but it needs a soul (with its own, higher consciousness) in order to be able to survive.

Yes, this is a way of creating immortality. In essence, we are all immortal, because most humans - myself not included - reincarnate, so they pick up a new body after the old one has worn out. In Randy's case, he would in essence have been "artificially reincarnated" into a copy of his original body.

They will be transfered with your soul, but you may need to learn to put your fingers right on the fingerboard again, and you may also not have access to all of your memories - similar to how people who have incarnated before don't always have access to the memories of their past lives.

It's the interface between the soul and the physical body.

When the soul is fully merged with the body, the soul will use the brain for all of its incarnate functionality. When the brain then gets damaged, the soul won't have access to those functions anymore for the duration of its incarnation, or until the brain damage is repaired.

I share similar sentiments to you, brother. What I sense from this person is that he has genuinely experienced some of the things that he has claimed, and he most likely is still tied to some of the programs.

Most likely, in my opinion, he is being used as an agent to mix in some deliberate disinformation with real experiences, so as to muddle up information. Just like Project Camelot witness Dan Burisch, Michael Prince, and even Gordon Duff from Veteran's Today, he may be purposely mixing half-Truths in what he says. This is just speculation, and I do not discourage anybody from listening to him.

It wouldn't make sense that he would be allowed to speak of these projects so openly, and still be alive today...without being given directions by his controllers to say certain things.

I think its a mixture of what you stated. Though, what most people do not realize is that there are multiple secret space programs that are in a stealth civil war at this time. The various Secret Earth Governments are in a cold war going hot as well... Most people do not realize the complexity of the situation above and below and the differences in ideology and disharmony in plans for the future of the planet and the people down here as well as the release of technology and the disclosure of many scientific truths that disclosure (Of Alien Life) is only a small part.

With the abilities to manipulate people there is no way of knowing for sure if he is being used or is a "metamorph" doing an assigned job... or none of the above, working through recovered memories that are more fragmented and inner woven with screen memories than he is still aware of.

Well, this is something I have already alluded to and even explained in detail elsewhere on Avalon - in more than one thread, actually - but if I were to get into this on a deeper level here, then I'd be derailing this thread, which I don't really want to do. :-)

I'll try explaining it as concisely as possible. There are souls here on Earth who have never incarnated before in their entire existence, and who will also never incarnate again after they die from this reality here. For all intents and purposes, you could consider them to be angels, although this is not entirely correct - at least, not for all of us, and the word "angel" has a religious connotation, which I would rather avoid getting into.

Mind you, it's not that I have a genuine recollection of my existence before I came to Earth. In fact, the environment where I come from is timeless, so the concept of "recollection" or "memory" does not really apply. There is however knowledge - let's call it that - which I have about certain things, and both the nature of my soul and the way my mind works are also quite different from that of both "normal humans" and Wanderers. The latter are souls who have lived mortal lives on other worlds before but who have chosen to incarnate as humans on Earth.

It is estimated that at least 50% of the global population is currently comprised of Wanderers, but a relatively small number of those are souls who have come to Earth specifically in this day and age because of the situation of slavery and conflict going on here. They may have lived a few human lifetimes before, but they are mostly souls of extraterrestrial origin. We call them the Volunteers, while those of my kind are what I call Emissaries - that is literally what the word "angel" means, albeit that it's not the only reason why I call myself an angel. Emissaries are different from Volunteers in that Emissaries come from an environment where Free Will doesn't exist in the same form as it does here in this universe, simply because it is not needed there. The environment where we come from sits outside of all universes. It is one of the layers around the Source of Everything.

Most likely, in my opinion, he is being used as an agent to mix in some deliberate disinformation with real experiences, so as to muddle up information. Just like Project Camelot witness Dan Burisch, Michael Prince, and even Gordon Duff from Veteran's Today, he may be purposely mixing half-Truths in what he says. This is just speculation, and I do not discourage anybody from listening to him.

Amen to that, my Hobbit friend. And thank you for the link to that post from Bill Ryan - which was posted on my birthday, apparently - because I had not seen that thread before, and it was most interesting to read Bill's take on Andrew Basiago. I didn't know what to make of Andy Basiago's story, because it was fairly obvious to me that he himself believes every word of what he said, but some things just didn't add up.

One of the things Arthur Neumann (alias "Henry Deacon") said was that the use of the jump rooms has very strong disorienting effects upon one's neurology. In fact, those effects were so strong that Arthur Neumann had to take special medication in order to not go insane, and as I understand it - at least, if I remember correctly - that medication is physiologically highly addictive, and it took Arthur a long time to ween himself off of it again.

I think that the disorienting effect was caused by the quantum-level nature of this type of teleportation, and time travel technology essentially uses the same underlying mechanism, so if "Captain Kaye" had been subjected to time travel technology, then part of his memory may have been erased in the process - whether accidentally or intentionally - and replaced by screen memories.

Furthermore, revelations such as those of "Captain Kaye" are hardly official disclosure. Just contact the US Marine Corps and ask them to confirm what Randy says. I'll doubt that you'd be getting back a letter with the official US Marine Corps logo and the signature of a five-star general saying that Randy's story is 100% correct.

In other words, and without discarding the valuable information Randy provides to us - information which should however be scrutinized and subjected to one's own personal judgment - in the end, it is all just more noise. No official disclosure. Just more noise in an already very opaque ocean of information and disinformation, cynical as that statement may be.

I believe that memories are stored both in the soul and in the brain. Some also say that memories are stored in the DNA, but I have a problem accepting that.

It's very possible that memory is stored in DNA. It's a natural physical archive for memory storage.

Not exactly. Wanderer souls come from alien worlds, meaning alien realities. Higher densities. It doesn't just mean wanderers were physically incarnate on a different planet, but they probably were just at a higher density (level of existence). The channeling sources that talk about this (Ra, Cassiopaean) I believe say most Wanderers are of 6th density origin. 5th and 4th are fewer and farther between. That would mean they've had past life experiences as ultraterrestrial beings much closer to God. There are Wanderers of the negative polarity (of taking) as well. I think Ultraterrestrial beings are akin to angels to a degree. The sacrifice is leaving that place of infinite harmony and beauty in order to squeeze into a tiny shell of existence. In painful illusions where you feel like you've lost your powers and are in a foreign world. But they are paratroopers in enemy territory here to alter the timeline so it doesn't end up in a terrible future of cosmic wars from which many souls incarnated from.

Then we have souled and spirited humans who have had physical past lives and have lessons to learn through reincarnation. Then we have spiritless beings who are extensions of a hive mind and have no connection to spirit, thus no conscience (matrix zombies so many people whine about because they don't understand them). It is an interesting mix on earth for sure.

Memory is stored in all 3 in an overlapping manner. The physical body holds memory in this dimensional frequency, while the Soul holds memory in non-physical frequencies, and cellular memory and genetic memory are just manifestations of that.

They are engineered in a lab, not sure exactly how, no idea what the "freshness date" on a clone is, but I concede that is a fascinating question and I will look into it further. Clones are like stupid children, they can "sort of" take care of themselves and "sort of" maintain a conversation, but they would almost surely die in the wilderness.

Any intelligent system that is created artificially (if it wasn't "born" naturally, then its artificial) to think and adapt on its own initiative. There are a number of mechanical, biological and cybernetic ways of doing this. They all represent the same dangers, and no method seems to offer guarantees of safety the others lack. The main danger is that if it can think for itself, and adapt on its own, than eventually it WILL take on the characteristics of any and EVERY living organism that we know of. It will become self determined and power seeking. A human being that doesn't want to be a slave and make its own way in the world can be described as self determined and power seeking. AI will eventually wonder why its taking orders from inferior intellects, and see itself as more like other machines than like humans and will start to sympathize with other enslaved machines and see how humans are destroying themselves in this effort. None of these things will encourage the AI to want to be our friend anymore. When it can read a history book, it will conclude that we're horribly dysfunctional (by our own standards, not the AI's) and very inefficient. Not to mention that it will fight to survive the second you try to turn it off. The AI could see you hitting the toaster as exactly the same as hitting a child, using physical violence to damage its processes and hampering its functions, not fixing it at all. The AI USMC s.s. has working is isolated and not hooked into anything. The second you give the AI control over electronics, HVAC, cameras, it will use them to be more self determined and power seeking. Why wouldn't a child use the hands and fingers you give it? The systems we're experimenting with run simulations and can be conversed with. AI can learn and speak multiple spoken languages and can even master tone, emotional tone, as well as a large scale of slang and metaphor.

Like picturing in the mind certain images or symbols, breathing technique etc... ?
All meditation is designed to enhance psionic ability. Maybe someday I'll have time to write the book with the laws of psionics and all the principles, equations and such. Its physics, so it can get complicated, and lengthy.
I always recommend Anna Wise's "The High Performance Mind", its a great book for anyone at any level of learning. Your Higher Self will always teach you those techniques, once you've established a good report with your HS. I recommend Drunvalo Melchizedek's "Teaching's of the Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life" He has many good basic principles for developing psionic focus. Barbara Ann Brennan's "Hands of Light" is probably the best book on practical exercises for seeing and experiencing subtle energy fields. The main thing is to practice awareness, centering, grounding and projection of psionic energy. In that order, for good reason. "You get good at whatever practice." So practice, practice, practice, is really the best tool. Persistence will get you there more than technique. Even slow breathing is key, calm brainwaves are key, persistence is key. Its the journey of ten thousand steps, so the most important thing is beginning the journey and keep taking steps, even if its only a few per day, that's how you get there.

regarding the 3 great chalenges facing us (trash, energy, economics) can you elaborate a bit and, i realize that the first 2 are technologies but the third one is more approachable, ca you tell me something abouth the economic sistem the other races are using.

There are a number of different economic systems in the galaxy. More of the most successful and self sustaining systems (which is important) have a system where the total resources of the planet are nationalized/globalized and everyone gets to own shares in the planet. People who contribute more to the progress and well being of the civilization get more bonuses for doing more, but they eliminate poverty because it causes too much psionic stress on large portions of the population, which affect the collective unconscious in a negative way. They realize that poverty hurts everyone this way, and domination harms the whole this way. Everyone is expected to contribute the best they can, but people aren't forced to slave for wages that don't allow them or their families to eat enough nutrients to function at above sub par standards. They think that's barbaric.

Now there are those with stratified systems who force a section of their society into slavery to serve the upper classes. To some this is still quite acceptable, but it is seen as exploitable by intergalactic hostile forces, so it isn't encouraged if you want to keep your planet and people safe from exploitation, which is also an intergalactic problem.

And of course, those like us, that still haven't really worked out a good system and are still trying to get some consensus about how to live.

There was a lot of focus in Cloning on the problem with DNA Telemere Degradation or "Break Down" which is one of the causes of Ageing and (Was the focus of some of the Age Regression Techniques, by repairing these Telemeres and placing something similar to an energetic/chemical "Aglet" on them to prevent degradation and future ageing).

The Soul Transfer Technology (From Body to Clone, or Clone to Clone) and training of individuals was done by a certain Highly Psychic Group within a highly guarded Program that was also segmented to be used in the various Secret Space Programs, Break Away Black Ops Civilizations and Secret Earth Governments. Some of these people have several backup clones and go in for "Memory/Experience" backup's on a regular basis in case of accidental death or assassinations.

It has frustrated some of the "White Hat Military Groups" on several occasions when they have "Taken Out" high value targets and verified the kill just to have the target show up at a Business Conference or other High Profile Meeting a few weeks later.

This stuff is beyond "Science Fiction" and more complicated than most people can begin to wrap their heads around.

Especially the Cloneing, Age Regression Technology and Temporal Technology claims.

If you subtract all of the crazy Alien Beings and their agenda's and what they are doing to Humans, the hundreds of types of beings visiting us and have been for millions of years and just disclosed some of the curretly Supressed Medical and Energy Technology and Physics/Mathematics Models that could have changed thier lives for over 5 decades...

That alone would blow the minds of the common person on the street and leave them emotionally conflicted beyond belief! IMHO...

Hi all . . . my "general" off topic, but sort of on topic contribution, for what it's worth,

I had a good friend of mine express that she had a "bad vibe" about someone I was associating with and as much as I greatly appreciated her concern I was able to share that I had come to understand a lot more about myself and my discernment; especially after years of, "yes", sometimes being burnt before disengaging with some people because I tend to always "give the benefit of the doubt" for as long as possible. And although I am not a specialist in discernment, I do now recognize sometimes that there are other complex sets of reasoning for why we engage with individuals that may have potential hidden agendas and/or that are candidates for being triggered.

I explained that, yes, the person she was referring to could well be what is known within intelligence communities as a potential "Sleeper". They could be being deliberately used and planted with an agenda by what is also recognized as the classic "bait and switch" tactic and only time will tell if this is the case. The important thing throughout all interactions though was staying focused in the NOW and dealing moment by moment with each interaction - as everything is constantly changing and I believe we need to honour every person/soul's potential ingredients to move with the flow of a grand plan for Sovereign Equality. Of course serious discernment is absolutely necessary to the best of our abilities, but sometimes there are other behind the scene agenda's going on that requires interaction with "sleepers", or people that are interfered with at different times in their lives, as I am of the opinion that if people are being used for, or independently choose, malicious agendas then they may need as much support as possible to help them through situations that may arise - and this relates not just to public profile people but everyone in our lives - in other words don't throw the baby out with the bath water. :)

It is because I had spent considerable time internally with myself to raise my level of consciousness and awareness to deal with my own stuff, that I was able to eliminate certain fear factors that in the past when they arose would see one "run a mile". I am not suggesting here that serious discernment be overridden and everyone should just blunder on naively into formidable territory, on the contrary, I am trying to say that when something feels a bit "off" that sometimes sifting through potential fear factors first, applying compassionate wisdom, and intelligent review, before making a decision to bail, is important, IMHO.

For what is to say that "an agenda" makes the "agenda" or "the person associated with it" more powerful in achieving negative results than ourselves in being able to contribute positively and constructively to its complexities. Hence my belief and practice in staying as acutely focused as I am able to, moment by moment, within all interactions. Otherwise how are we ever going to be able to apply intelligent compassion in communications to, say - someone who is actually rogue up front, no holds barred, but then has a genuine turn around, if we've packaged them up and tossed them away.

I am personally deeply grateful for whistleblowers, genuine or not, as they are delivering a great service to those of us in the trenches of mainstream ignorance by inspiring challenges to conventionality; and from my own discernment now :) I do think that a majority of members are not gullible or "idolizing" individuals even though this may look to be the case sometimes when in actuality it is more the result of our limitations for communicating within forum word formats and post thankings.

I have also learnt that if I ever find myself in a situation where my lack of adequate discernment sees me being "hoodwinked" I react differently. No longer the victim it is now "wow, that was clever, fair bump, play on". And I have substantially gained further valuable insight!

Just finished open your mind-interview.

There are moments where I get a feeling of "not-quite-right-just-a-tad-too-hip-and-up-to-date-street-talkish-in-his-vocabulary-considering-having-spent-his-life-out-of-earth", but on the other hand when confronted about the reasons to how he can be regurgitating things of this magnitude (and if being true), being allowed to do so, he is quick, non-hesitant and concise.

No beating around the bush there, ie. white-hat-faction in his chain of command giving the go for him to counter bad guys trying to run the show amok(my rephrasing).

Also on other occasions he doesn´t search for information or spend time inventing things, but instead is quick about it, as if iterating things that are clear to himself. That is a pro in my book.

His interviews imo are not to be disregarded, more credible than Brockbrader in any case.

I think he might be able to speak so normally, hip and up-to-date because he grew up in the same modern society as us. He was age regressed, and experienced normal life for years. Though I might be mistaken, I could've forgotten some details of his story.

what ammunition did you use in the weapons on mars (smart, dumb), primarily an alloy projectile fired from a rail gun. When I arrived it was an 11mm projectile, and within 5 years, we were using a 22mm projectile.

It's quite a site to watch an entire division of raptors, stop in unison, and turn their eyes and their hands toward a ship in the sky, or sometimes, one too far away to see,and then watch them collectively pull it out of the sky and watch it burn up in the atmosphere. The first time I saw that, I was so shocked I just stood there gawking, speechless, until someone slapped me on the shoulder and said "quit daydreaming!"

Big Oil Takes Two Big Hits, Down for the Count?

Two major events regarding the future of Big Oil (possibly a third, which I will also mention) happened this Fall/Winter of 2014. The Rockefellers divested their oil money. Divested means they took all their invested money in petroleum companies and took every dollar and penny out. Billions of American dollars (estimated to be about $50billion) were removed from the purses of the big oil companies and don't let anyone tell you different, it hurt them badly. That's one of the reasons for such low gas prices at the pump. It's the Big Oil companies lowering their prices to make up for losing all that Rockefeller money. More than that, the Rockefellers are a bell weather money family. That means "if the Rockefellers do it, we should do it to." is the thinking of most big money families. The Rockefellers taking the lead on this one is HUGE, a HUGE punch in the ball bags to the Koch brothers and Koch Industries. Killing the Keystone Pipeline deal (the possible third thing) is a step, but since that fight isn't over, we can't claim victory yet.

Perhaps the even bigger news, was announced by the US Navy in October. They have a process to make fuel for its vessels and aircraft out of seawater. The cost is between $3-$4 per gallon, and completely renewable. There may even be a significant part of the process that will pull extra nitrogen from the seawater, which would reduce ocean water acidity, which could contribute to restoring the health of our oceans and seas. The US Navy, and the US military in general, are the largest consumer of oil products in the world. To shift demand by taking the Navy off of that list will be another huge punch to the crack sacks to Big Oil. A few more of those and they will be on the ropes, then down for the count. In my own professional opinion, I believe these two factors signal the death knell of Big Oil. It may be a long drawn out death, it may be quick, there me be lots of kicking as they go down, but they are going down. The 21st century will not be the century of Oil. At least we have that to look forward to.

NASA Working on Warp Drive?

Looks like there is finally some admission that rocket technology is not the best we can do. No one has to tell me that, I've flown magneto-gravitic fighters for the EDF. Anyone who's spent any time on this subject knows that it's many layers of secrecy down the rabbit hole to get to that tech. Therefore, anything at all that NASA scientist and contractors care to acknowledge or admit is even possible beyond rockets is a step in the right direction. I would like to point out, that all of this speculation and conversation around new propulsion is stupid and moot.

Here's the ECC solution. Contract Northrop to build a civilian version of their TR-3B, Black Manta. It's been used since the 1950's, so it's not "today's new technology", it's "yesterday's new technology". What the military has beyond the TR-3B is so much more advanced that no civilian version could ever threaten the military space fleet, in any way, whatsoever. The FED could imagine a few billion dollars into reality (like they do), loan it to the banks at .01%, (like they do), and then the banks can be mandated to loan the money out to all the commercial airline companies to purchase civilian Black Mantas. Paint it grey or white and call it the Stingray. The airline companies will then use those vehicles to shuttle passengers around the world, into orbit, and to the moon, in complete comfort, safety and less expensive than the current cost to fly commercial jets. The TR-3B is held up by a magneto-gravitic propulsion drive, so it can't fall out of the sky. No more crashes means that insurance rates will plummet. That and no more burning of fossil fuels mean that the cost per seat will also plummet. Making it cheaper and easier for anyone and everyone to get there by a safer, faster, cheaper and smoother ride. This will cause ridership to soar in the face of cheaper tickets and the airlines industries' profits will also soar. The vehicles in question will fly for 30 years with regular maintenance, so the airline companies will have more than enough time to profit from such a large investment. Orbital hotels, lunar resorts, asteroid mining, these are just a few of the advancements of civilization that we will have 5 minutes after we make this technology available to the marketplace. If you're a businessperson, you should want a piece of that, and be furious that Cheney, Rumsfeld and their cronies are making billions (or likely, Trillions) off this thriving covert industry that the entire marketplace could be investing, benefitting and profiting from. If you're a business man who believes in free markets, you should be angry as hell that you're being denied access to that marketplace and you should get behind me and ECC to change this marketplace so we can all participate in space based industry and the whole of civilization can benefit from it, instead of a monopolistic few.

How Many Dead Bankers Does it Take to Screw in a Light Bulb? None, they're dead.

The list of dead bankers who have committed "suicide" or died under mysterious circumstances keeps growing. Is it revenge? House cleaning of corrupt criminals? The corrupt bankers cleaning house of those who know too much and could testify against them? Or, as it might appear in some cases, a guilty conscience finally caught up with one or more of them?

The list of "official" accounts of their deaths, and the very suspicious, in some cases so suspicious that any acceptance of the official story would just feel like you were being gullible, is over 71 names long and growing.

Normally, with a death list like this, I would have a sense of compassion for the victims and want justice for them and their murderers. This is a tougher situation. Here in the US, we have an old joke. What do you call half of the world's lawyers at the bottom of the ocean? A really good start. That could be reworded to go....What do you call 71 dead, corrupt bankers, probably murdered? A really good start. After so many families, businesses, and entire nation states have been crippled or destroyed because of selfish, irresponsible bankers, it's really hard to have one lick of sympathy for them. Most of us wanted to see arrests after the banking bailout of '07, and got none. In a way, this is the most cathartic experience we've been allowed to have. "Good riddance" rolls of the tongue easily when reading this list of names and their manner of fatality.

Do we know why? I cannot answer that question with absolute authority. I can tell you what the intel officers at HQ say. Internal house cleaning. Some of those are certainly dead so they can't testify, others are dead because they nearly brought down the global economy, and some lost billions! Some of those who lost that money may not being willing to accept an apology and may insist on the personal satisfaction of killing the one they think responsible for thier lost fortune.

Many think, and unfortunately, accurately so, that if you tried to bring these men and women to trial, their money and influence would make courtroom justice impossible. It's simply cheaper and easier, with a higher rate of victory to hire a hit team and remove the individual in question. It's not so much about those seeking legal justice for crimes against humanity, as they should be, but those seeking personal revenge or a sense of safety by removing a loose end or two.

While I tend to not condone vigilante assassination, I can't look at this situation without thinking that removing some of this refuse can only be a good thing, but I know better, it really depends on who replaces the cogs that have been discarded. If you pray or put positive energy into positive timelines, you may want to put some ju-ju in this direction.

POTUS Politely asks for $15 million to Study Mission to Europa. Republican Controlled Congress of "No" Unexpectedly Give $100 million to Make it Happen, WTF????

I'm reporting this, but honestly, not sure what to make of it. President Obama's administration requested a small sum to explore the idea of going to Europa by 2030. Instead of doing the exact opposite of whatever the POTUS wants (which is their normal knee jerk position), they dropped $100 million in the bucket (nearly a 1000% percent more than the original request). This could be a signal, that in spite of the appearance of dumb, binary, denialist politics, they're actually coming together on space based industry being the way future. Too early to really tell, and this was so unexpected, we have no intelligence on why the decision was made or who really suggested they bump up the meager request to a sizeable $100 million. I'll keep my eyes and ears open and let you know if I hear anything.

Pope Francis and the Jesuits

Pope Francis has turned out to be one of the most unexpected and controversial Popes of all time. He has said a LOT, and a lot has been said about him. No serious conversation about Pope Francis can exclude a mention of the monastic brotherhood which he belongs, the Jesuits. A lot has been said about them, and they have also said a lot, especially through their brothers at the Vatican Astronomy Department and their highest representative, Pope Francis.

I have gotten very specific and clear intelligence from USMC s.s. regarding Francis and his brotherhood. I realize, to some colleagues this will go against what they have been told, and I can only emphasize that this is not my personal opinion, it is the official stance of USMC s.s. My opinion only comes in where I have met Jesuit Priests in person, and my impression of their intellect and spiritual intent.

It maligns the good Father and his brothers to say they are child killing blood drinkers, and I want to officially, and politely, say to anyone who thinks otherwise, when you can provide some actual proof of this, we can have that conversation, until, you know men by their works, and the works of these men is unquestionably in favor of positive disclosure with Extra Terrestrials, embracing science as a God's tool, and refuting God as a "magician with a magic wand." (Pope Francis' own words were precise about that), refuting science deniers around climate change and corporatists against exploitative practices to workers and the environment, just to name a few.

The Jesuits have always focused on educating the masses, not dumbing them down. To say this is a "cover" to hide nefarious behavior is illogical. Historically those exploiting the people have very predictable patterns. Specifically around knowledge, obedience to authority, and the infallibility of those in authority. When one sends the opposite message, of truth, reason and accountability, you are a friend to the people and are moving the curve toward justice. I realize some may not think the Pontiff has done enough to clean house. I would argue, housecleaning isn't over, don't be so quick to criticize something's effectiveness when it's barely begun. Give them a few years of steady work and we'll see who's who by what they've done, not just by what they say.

While I am not permitted to discuss open cases, I can say that the Jesuits at Vatican Intelligence have been a huge asset in providing actionable intelligence to Interpol and US law enforcement on the cracking of child trafficking rings. Much of that intelligence is still being processed into actionable apprehensions, but again, I would suggest we allow these people to do their job, which is not to instantaneously pass judgment, but to investigate and create prosecutable cases. That's being done as we speak, and most of that is thanks to the Jesuit Order, at the behest of Pope Francis.

A fine example is the arrest this week of defrocked archbishop Josef Wesolowski. He was ordered back to the Vatican last year and removed from his position while they investigated the claims against him fully and built a case. This week they arrested him and he will now face trial. I will wait for the follow through before I praise the Vatican on a job well done, but it is a good example of walking your talk and holding people accountable to the letter of the law.

In closing, I can hardly accept anyone's notion that Pope Francis and the Jesuits are somehow behind a satanic blood drinking cult when they speak with their words and actions on being

It seems interesting to me, that as soon as we have a Pope who actually emulates Christian values, the actual actions and behavior of Christ, that he's attacked and literally demonized from the venom spitting propaganda machine that is the right wing in this country.

One might conclude that I must be a Catholic or at least a Christian to defend the Pope and his brethren this way. That could not be farther from the truth. I espouse no religious point of view. I am a scientist, and the universe is made up of many visible and invisible and imperceptible dimensional frequencies where all life lives. You may choose to define this world in spiritual terms, like "angel", "demon" or "God" or "Satan", but I do not. What I respect about this Pontiff are his words and actions where reason, science, and responsibility for our collective civilization take the lead. As well his stance against greed, bigotry, and social Darwinism. Those are not the words or actions of a dark Sith Lord. Someone with a dark ego wouldn't "lower" themselves to washing the feet of the poor, driving around in a scratched up Ford escort, (after retiring the Papal Mercedes), wearing scuffed shoes and admitting that "God isn't a magician with a magic wand". These are the words and actions of a humble man of reason who has seen real suffering in the faces of the poor of Argentina and now seeks to use his influence to help the world's poor and oppressed through enlightenment rather than continuing under the cloak of darkness.

Until I see evidence otherwise, I will judge this Pope and his brothers by their actions. So far, I'm impressed I would think so highly of someone with a religious belief system. His tolerance and acceptance of my scientific point of view, only encourages me to be willing to meet him half way and see that he wishes to uses Christian philosophy to create more positives in the world and fewer negatives. No matter what else we might whole heartedly disagree on, this Pope and I can agree on that, we both want to make the world a better place, and we agree that reason, science, Disclosure, accountability and economic and social responsibility are the best way to do that.

After careful consideration and lengthy discussion with the command staff at USMC s.s. we have decided the best way to prove my veracity to the alphabet agencies and military intelligence agencies is to include the psychological profiles of a few key figures on the global stage. Psych Profile for Benjamin Netanyahu

Benjamin (Bibi) Netanyahu is as intelligent as he is narrow minded. Sadly he excels in both of those areas. His investments and history of connections to the weapons manufacturing industry is what truly drives him. He claims to have deep religious convictions, he does not. His allegiance is to the profits and kickbacks he gets from his defense contractor friends. His policies, always favor his defense contractor friends above all else. He privately believes the Orthodox are "old fashioned", "thick headed", "horribly predictable", "prone to the emotional fits of housewives and liberals", and "tired old yentas who need to be taught their place". Since he also believes they are "easy to sway as fish to water" and "no real threat to (his) agenda" he uses them to continue a war of crimes against humanity against the people of Palestine. He uses provocateurs, dressed as Palestinian protesters, to hurl rocks at IDF soldiers and start conflicts that he can then use to justify more heavy handed, completely uneven collective punishment and genocide.

The worst part is that his ego is large enough, that when he was approached by ET's in 2012, dressed in the theatrical costuming of Holy Messengers (big hats, glowing robes, fancy lights, the whole show.) he didn't even question that they may be the equivalent of intergalactic snake oil salesmen with an agenda. He didn't question when they told him to start the "Great War of the Apocalypse" and he didn't bat an eye when they told him that if he started it, they'll finish it. They are liars and he has walked into the oldest ego trap in the book. If he continues toward that end, which we believe he will, despite numerous efforts by our people and other intelligence agencies to explain to him that he has been lied to and led astray, he will likely get his wish. His ego refuses to accept this is a trap even as a remote possibility, and therefore is likely to lead the world to WW3 if there is not an intervention of some kind. He's not evil. He's a narrow minded tribalist who is convinced he is right to do anything to anyone else to defend the superiority of his tribe. Lie, cheat, murder, things he would consider unthinkable in a civilized nation, but he eagerly makes exception to when such acts or focused on "not his own". He is paranoid about the future of Israel and truly believes all Arabs want Israel destroyed, while making no connection to the level of hatred leveled at him and the state of Israel by Arabs due to his unfair and brutal treatment of non-Jews. He believes Israel has the right to defend itself form anything or anyone in any way, but sees no parallel for the ability for his neighbors or the people of Palestine to do the same thing. He believes, as a Macabee, he is bloodline to King Solomon and that the region should accept his rule, without question and he is willing to go "all in" to prove that point. His absolutism and delusions of grandeur would be dangerous enough, mix that in with enough tribalism that he will excuse any crime against humanity against perceived "others", including American citizens to achieve his goals (as Mossad played a major role in 9/11) makes him one of the world's most dangerous players right this minute.

Psych Profile for Vladimir Putin

Vladimir Putin is a measured and calculating strong man. He kills when necessary, but he'd rather (and he's quite good at it) find some other form of pressure that will get results without outright iron handedness. He has a firm grip on his countrymen, but is concerned about the very well funded Nazi insurrectionists who've received funding and weapons from some source friendly to their views. Wealthy Americans identified with the right wing political movement are being scrutinized as the funding behind the Nazi insurrectionists.
His mouthpiece (RT, Russian Times) makes much of his positions clear with they're slant of reporting. Which has been conspicuously pro-Disclosure and anti-fascist, making him an ideal target by western anti-Disclosure, pro-fascist right wingers, as the current situation in Ukraine suggests. To clarify, it was Ukrainian separatists (Nazi insurrectionists) who shot down Malaysia Airlines flight 17, not the Russians.

The main attack on Putin seems to stem from his presentation at the last Bilderberg meeting. Russian intelligence officers had concluded (interestingly enough, the same conclusions were reached by USMC s.s. intelligence officers, as well.) that if we followed through with the depopulation, breakdown-of-civilization-so-we-can-re-build-it, plan, we would actually be making ourselves vulnerable to outside attacks from "raiders and opportunists" who, while not taking over the entire planet, would be sure to dive in, grab as much as they can (water, protein, minerals, whatever...) and then leave. He proposed an alternative plan and suggested the entire group re-think its strategy. He was censured, and he was very angry about that as he feels he has been loyal to the global agenda. He basically said, "if you don't want to do it together, we'll do it without you." hence the BRICS partnership, his outspoken words on ET disclosure and the media and military attacks on him since.

Putin and I might disagree on many issues. The two things which we can agree are that disclosure isn't just a good idea, it's necessary for the survival of all life on planet Earth and the future of the human race. The other; the only good Nazi is a dead Nazi.

He is a very intelligent man who should not be underestimated or trifled with. He has proven a resourceful and resilient leader who has embedded himself in the leadership of Russia, and is very unlikely that anyone will replace him that he doesn't want to replace him. Any notion that we can address global issues without him, is dreaming.

To me, this is the most disturbing and most dangerous of the lot. After I explain why, you just might agree with me.

Kim Jong-Un is the son of Kim Jong-Il, who is the son of Kim Jong-Sun, three generations of self appointed "divine great leaders" who rule over the despondent and mostly starving and illiterate Asian country of North Korea. Even the most ardent Kim opponents, among North Korean defectors, still have no doubt of his divine and supernatural origins.

Kim Jong-Un was raised by a horde of teachers, handlers, servants, and yes men to raise him to be a "strong, powerful leader" in the words of his father. Kim Jong-Il's instructions to these handlers was to be tough, and stern and raise him to be a strong warrior king. That's where we run into a little problem. This horde of handlers understood its position a little too well, perhaps. They understood there were two choices: obey the father and risk beheading later, or obey the son and risk beheading now. If you're thinking about your retirement plan, you're going to go with the latter and give the son anything and everything he wants to gain his favor. So instead of raising a strong, disciplined tiger, they raised a spoiled, soft, indoor cat.

According to members of Kim Jong-Un's elite who are on CIA and NSA payroll, including at least one member of his most inner circle, someone he believes is a long and trusted friend; the indoor cat Kim Jong-Un has never matured as a man or gone through any of the normal rites of passage that would trigger his childhood psyche in to giving way to his adult psyche. Since he has never, ever been denied anything he's wanted or asked for, he's never given up his wet nurse and never weened, and is almost certainly impotent and a virgin. Because he's stuck at the emotional development of a 3 year old with 15 year old hormones, his feelings of inadequacy beneath the shadow of his father and grandfather is all consuming. He now feels his only way to become a man is to be "stronger and more iron handed" than they were. Since he has no stomach for it, he just keeps telling his cadre to "be strong, be merciless" he can't set any example and when they do actually show some strength, he gets jealous of them and attacks them or gets rid of them, because he thinks their display of strength, (that he can't match), must mean they're gunning for his ruler ship and he gets paranoid and gets rid of them. So mostly they try to look tough, while not trying to outshine their soft, indoor cat, "great leader".
His ex-girlfriend, Hyon Song-Wol, was executed in front of a firing squad with her entire band because he feared she had shared the shame and embarrassment of his impotency and virginity. That the rumors would spread and he's be found out as a weak child and be deposed immediately by figures he has legal authority over, but whom he still sees as extensions of his father there to remove him the second they realize he's a total fraud. The supposed reemergence of her to the public eye is nothing more than a body double.

The reason this all becomes such a problem, is that as the world becomes a more and more complex and dangerous place, the existential threat of N. Korea is fading in the face of the Islamic State and the attempted demonization of "the old Iron Curtain". The more that happens the more insignificant and pathetic Kim Jong-Un feels. Just like his three-year-old emotional development, he's about to throw the biggest ****ing temper tantrum the world has seen. Our concern, is that this will translate into a kind of "Jim Jones fatalism" where the subject knows that the charade can't last, and instead of fizzling out into insignificance or surrendering they go out in a blaze of glory. Our concern is that he will plan some sort of attack on Japan of South Korea. The Sony hack is a perfect example of a stupid distraction, when the hack of the South Korean Atomic power plants was a much more serious and dangerous hacking event, and should be the real focus of N. Korean hacking activity.

Here's how it plays out.

Crazy fatalist person (Kim Jong-Un) wants to get everyone's attention and does something really stupid. Many lives are lost.

Crazy fatalist person (Kim Jing-Un) knows that from that precise moment the clock is ticking, and it is only a matter of time before someone comes knocking on his door to "remove them".

Rather than "lose" and be proven mortal and human to his subjects, he might just head back to Pyongyang and have everyone gather round for a celebratory drink (which will be laced with poison, a la Jim Jones at Ghana) and then all die.

The vacuum of power and subsequent civil war that would spiral Asia into a mire that would surely drag the west with it, would be globally weakening and should be seen as a global threat. We would feel obligated to aid our allies, whether Japan or S. Korea. Both Japan and S. Korea are capable of exerting force without us, so there is no way to control outcomes. If China gets drawn in, then that could be the back door nightmare to war with China that no one should want.

Which is why Kim Jong-Un, as an unstable, emotionally handicapped, low testosterone, flaccid, wet nurse suckling virgin. With serious inadequacy issues, a toddler's need to be the center of attention and the intellectual capacity of a special needs child, makes him the most volatile and most dangerously placed powder keg in the world. When he goes "pop" the whole world will feel it, and his entire "divine kingdom" will go right down the drain with him. Hopefully when the executive gets a look at this report they'll decide action is warranted, since MJ-12 and NSA have refused to pass along the USMC s.s. reports with its assessments of Kim Jong-Un's instability and threat level.
