I've been watching these chemtrails since the mid 90's and I have noticed the technology improving. Early on, it was a lot more obvious. A sprayed sky would simply look like lots of fat lines in the sky over time. Their goal has been to figure out how to spray the sky and have the finished product look more natural, which the above video shows clearly. You would not have seen a finished sky like this 20 years ago. My guess is that unless we figure out how to stop these, the technology will eventually get to the point where we may not even notice the spraying at all. This concerns me because no one under the age of about 25 has ever seen what a natural blue sky with clouds should look like, except in old photos and video.
I see no evidence that suggests these orbs are working against the chemtrails. These could easily be our own craft. Perhaps the orbs are working against the trails but they could be studying the chemical reactions of the trail, in order to improve the technology further, or even helping the chemtrails turn more into natural clouds by injecting some other chemical into the laid trails.
