I think this Youtube video is a must see , it has some good points and help connect valuable dots like what CERN might be really about it ... answer: Produce Gold !

Anyway, you might not agree with all, neither did I, but it will give you a lot of foods for thoughts.

Enjoy it. :couch2:

Hi, All — I won't spend too much time on this. :)

There were some interesting things in here: The interview extract with Anthony Patch was valuable (at 29:58). He's intelligent, articulate and informed, and is very well worth listening to.

And this was interesting, and new to me. It does seem unlikely to be a coincidence:

But perceived connections like these below (and much more!) are just like Rorschach inkblots (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rorschach_test)… you can creatively connect any letters with any numbers and add them up in any way you choose, or join the dots between any geometric shapes, to get anything you want to. (Really!)

So, in a sense, a video like this works as disinformation. Note that 'disinformation' is simply part truth, part falsehood/distortion. The alternative media is SWAMPED with these arbitrary interpretations. And (usually!) everyone is doing their best.

In short: a video doesn't have to be intentionally malicious to be confusing or for the value to be diluted. The video maker just has to add their own spin.

And (credit to buares for this) —>

There's a misquote in the video at 16:40: "Christianity is the most perverted system that ever shone on man"

That's not what Jefferson said. The real quote is:

"...those who live by mystery & charlatanerie, fearing you would render them useless by simplifying the Christian philosophy, the most sublime & benevolent, but most perverted system that ever shone on man, endeavored to crush your well earnt, & well deserved fame."
— Thomas Jefferson to Joseph Priestley, Washington, March 21, 1801 (source (http://www.monticello.org/site/jefferson/christianity-most-perverted-system-ever-shone-man-quotation))
That's just one inaccuracy. I bet there are many more. Youtube videos impress us all the time, or try to. But do we ever take the time to really check on what's being presented, that we are being urged to believe?

Propaganda is another word for that. (Being persuaded to believe an interpretation that's not our own...)

There IS truth out there, and there are real interpretations to be deduced and inferred. We're all trying to do that. But do be wary of what is presented to you in apparently impressive ways.
