DONALD Trump has started a nasty Twitter war with comedian Russell Brand, who the businessman labelled a “major loser”.

The online feud started on Thursday when the real estate mogul tweeted:

(Brand had appeared three nights earlier on Late Show with David Letterman, not Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.)

The billionaire then dragged in Katy Perry, who divorced Brand in 2012.

(It was unclear what “letter of apology” Trump was referring to.)

Brand soon hit back with a quip about Trump’s hair, and suggestions he is not the self-made success he claims to be.

The tweet linked to an excerpt from The Self-Made Myth, a book that challenges Trump’s image as an independently made billionaire.

According to the book, Trump inherited up to $200 million from his real estate tycoon dad, Fred Trump, and benefited from a government bailout in 1990.

Brand followed up with another link to an Atlantic op-ed titled: “In Financial Circles, It’s Pretty Well Known That Trump Is a Deadbeat”

Trump fired back with some vitriol directed at Perry:

Someone once asked me if I thought Trump knew about the Birth Certificate (because he has so much money, access to credit, etc) and I said absolutely not... If he knew how to do that he would never have gone after Obama's Birth Certificate. Trump is losing credibility, although he was right to go after Obama on that issue, which was credibly exposed as a recently created document, there is nothing necessarily fraudulent, or illegal about the document or his corporate presidency over the corporation of the US. (and I wonder how much he contributed to the research $$$???)

Mind you after the dust settled and the Congressional dinner party made Trump look like a "conspiracy nut" (LOL) He may have figured out something after that fiasco... or maybe he just chalked it up to another criminal "off topic" or maybe he just crawled back into his hole on that one but surely he must have been scratching that fluff on his head. So maybe he thinks Brand is an easier target?... :O

I'd put my money on Brand... something tells me that Brand will just ignore him (Donald must be dying for some publicity) but if he doesn't, Trump will seriously regret it... Brand will eviscerate him... Poor Donald is losing his credibility, and from that pic, his looks too (ouch!) And isn't it funny his comments perfectly match his own state of mind... it's a perfect example of "projection" of his own fears and anxieties, (he is living in denial)... but I guess he can afford to...
