I was with it until he started talking about marijuana. Here's why.
I have an allergy to it. If I smell it, or get even close to it, I get sick. So when I walk my dog through a public park, and someone decides to smoke in the park, I can't stay. My rights to clean air and the privilege of enjoying the park are negated because someone wants to smoke in public. If I'm driving and someone next to me is smoking a joint, I smell it and I'm sick. They are a danger on the road because they are impaired, and I am a danger on the road because I can't focus on the traffic for the nausea I'm feeling. The best...I show up for class, and we're paired off into groups. One of the guys in the class has weed *on* him. I can smell it, it's making me sick to my stomach, and now I can't focus on my studies because...someone else has dope.
The analogy of a state to a cult is an interesting one. But the same analogy can be roughly drawn for this forum. (heehaw!) Belief in the testimony of many of the bigs here is based almost entirely on faith. Not just that, but if you're a history buff you're going to have to rely on faith. In fact, if you want to believe in your own personal identity, you name, you're going to need to rely on faith. So I'm not sure faith is the problem here, nor is it the issue that the video is addressing. It's blind faith yes?
Not once in this video did I hear the word plebiscite. Anyone here old enough to remember the last time one occurred, or what it was about? Anyone have any idea as to why we don't have them any more? When it was brought up to our mayor here in regards to certain big changes he wanted to make to the downtown infrastructure, his response was "we were elected to govern and that requires making choices".
So thinking about these things is good. I too have a strong distrust of people, for many of the same reasons the narrator of the video is talking about. Here's the problem I have with anyone claiming they have the solutions: just how did you break out of matrix?
Breaking out requires the belief that you meet someone who has successfully broken out of the matrix, and is willing to share their knowledge and time with an individual to help them break out as well. So Jerry, do tell me: how do you know if you're in the presence of someone who genuinely has left the matrix? And if you believe you have yourself left the matrix, is it faith that gives you that belief or....?
I wonder. Are we just stepping out of one part of the matrix and just stepping into a different part because it somehow gives us a better feeling, or justifies our desires rather than going along with some innate idea we might have of what is right and wrong?

" I was with it until "? Its an oxymoron law (like most) that was produced to imprison and rob many in society. Its a military entity that brings the flow of drugs into the country such as the flow of heroin, it is the biggest elephant in the room. I don't know of any of getting out of the matrix, so as for a solution there will be none until the actual bottom falls out . You may reduce your exposure to it. I think watching the video, showing the clips of the brutality unleashed on people by those in authority shows the danger and why being an anarchist is a growing trend. Today no one in authority is held responsible for the crimes they perpetrate on the common man as long as its done in the name of the state. The power they wield is off the hook. Constantly stepping out of bounds and if you are in authority , nine out of ten times the judge will decide in the favor of the gov.
Not so long ago it was a different system and the way its evolving is designed to take every last freedom we once had. Look at how the amendments are being attacked with our bill of rights gutted. We need to get back to the fundamentals and get away from the protectionism that is unleashing pure hell on the people. Its a state run mafia and its perpetrated by the media where only one side is shown to the public eye. The examples of abuses of power are endless in every level of todays government. Larkin makes a lot of great points in his expose' here and you discard it because of your allergies ?????????? More laws = more criminals and the violence of government is killing the golden goose experiment called freedom.
