My house shook yesterday afternoon in SE England (Kent) and its been attributed to sonic boom from RAF fighter jets sent up intercept Latvian cargo plane... my rather weary BS monitor felt all not right about this. By coincidence saw that Dutchsinse reported strange rumblings like sonic boom in New Jersey in the States same day. Intriguing in these strange times. Are the elite bombing open the reportedly destroyed underground bases to make their getaway? Or is middle Earth bursting open? :)

RAF jets intercept Latvian cargo plane over Kent

Two RAF jets scrambled to intercept a Latvian cargo plane created a sonic boom over Kent.

The Russian-made aircraft lost contact with air traffic controllers and was escorted to Stansted Airport by the pair of Typhoons.

Kent Police received several calls reporting a loud bang coming from the Dartford area at about 16:40 GMT.

An airport spokesman said police officers surrounded the aircraft after it landed at 17:15.

A blast was felt across the county, according to posts on Twitter.

The airport spokesman said surrounding the plane was standard procedure when communication had been lost with an aircraft.

He said officers were later stood down and the plane was continuing its journey.

'Supersonic speed'
An RAF spokesman said: "Typhoon aircraft were launched this afternoon from RAF Coningsby to intercept a civilian aircraft south of London which was causing concern to air traffic control authorities.

"The aircraft was safely escorted to London Stansted.

"To fulfil their quick reaction role the Typhoons were cleared to travel at supersonic speed, any noise disturbance as a result of this is regretted."

The RAF confirmed the aircraft was a Russian-made Antonov An-26.

It apologised if crews had "startled people" but added that jets only went supersonic over land when absolutely necessary.

Essex Police said three people on board, who were all Lithuanian, had been spoken to and it was established everything was in order.

The reason for the short loss of communication was a change in airspace jurisdiction, police said.

Officers said they were not investigating the incident.

Stansted said the plane was expected to leave the airport later but staff still had to organise a take-off slot and refuelling.

A spokeswoman for RAF-AVIA, the Latvian airline that operated the aircraft, said it had been on a routine flight to Birmingham from Italy when the pilots lost communication with air traffic control on entering UK airspace.

She said the technical reason behind the communication failure was still unclear and the company had not yet spoken to its crew.

The plane was carrying equipment for an automotive assembly line.

10/29/2014 — NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS REPORT RUMBLINGS , EARTHQUAKES, SONIC BOOMS… CHARTS SHOW SOMETHING ODD

A viewer contacted me regarding this “rumbling” earthquake event out of New Jersey, which occurred in the late afternoon (October 29, 2014).

Officials say there was no earthquake, saying nothing was showing on any USGS feed.

While it is quite possible that the USGS feed does not show anything, if you check the charts for the area, using Columbia College’s seismic network (instead of relying on the USGS automatic feed)…. you will see something certainly did occur during this mid-afternoon time frame.

If I had to venture a guess as to the cause of this event — seeing the intensity of the event registering greater in rural Pennsylvania, leads me to think this might be “fracking” related.

Possibly an underground shaft collapse, methane pocket, or even sometimes underground gas explosions (series of explosions) caused by excess hydrogen sulfide mixed with the natural methane.

Residents Report Earthquake-Like or Sonic Boom Vibrations

http://www.capemaycountyherald.com/article/news/court+house/103833-residents+report+earthquakelike+vibrations

“COURT HOUSE – The Herald received social media reports of what people believe may have been an earthquake or a sonic boom around 2 p.m. Oct. 29.

“We received a call from the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and they said that Middle Township was feeling vibrations as far as Dias Creek,” said Lt. Patrick Greene of the Lower Township Police Department.

Lower Township Police told the Herald that they checked with the Coast Guard, but the Coast Guard did not have anything to immediately report.

At this time, Lower Township Police Department does not know what caused the vibrations.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), which monitors earthquake activity as it happens, is not reporting an earthquake in Southern New Jersey.”
