A doctor facing seven years for 100's of explicit texts with a 13 yr old then going to meet her was sentenced to 1 yr instead (though his 2nd time caught) after passing a pedophilia test?

I'm bringing this up to ask the question what test?? The way it's written is implying that a Probation Department is claiming to have some 'physical' test to determine what someone is thinking/feeling, and they didn't call it the lie detector test.

It's the first I've seen of an absurd new pedophile exoneration legal excuse tool on the table to keep an eye out for.

I think the real test is how much money and political clout do you have in the community. If that good doctor didn't buy his way out of doing his time I'll eat my hat!!!!!
