Translated to English:

This long letter to humanity appeared with no apparent return address. It is being posted here and there. This is another Internet piece for which I cannot assess the validity. All I CAN say is that it sounds like a good idea, is coherent, and is written skillfully at a level of intelligence and maturity with I would associate with a serious, non-technical, matter-of-fact level of discourse. It is not ethnically loaded and the writer has a very good understanding of language and human psychology, though there are a few moments where the grammar is different than we are accustomed to and there are a couple of language errors.
Most importantly, it makes no reference to impossible constructs, faux-tech, nor any type of religious or New Age buzzwords. I am also sending it to you because it might be real.
The main assertion in the letter is that human civilization is now in an uncontrollable free-fall implosion which cannot be “fixed” from within existing social systems. The implosion is causing, will cause a major rupture in all human orders. There is a dark road down toward the use of technology
to rapidly enslave human populations in a badly degraded and unhealthy environment. Those who are defining this path, many of them unintentionally, have the greater advantage of power over resources and may gain the upper hand during the coming rupture. There are many who would take a liberating path, they could gain the upper hand if they UNDERSTAND THE CHOICE and can lose their fear, sense of isolation, and ignorance about the true state of affairs.
The main proposition in the letter is that the mass appearance of ET in the skies now could help humanity clear away the veils of illusion and deceits, help settle many existential issues and dilemmas, and provide an “attractor” to help pull positive mentalities out of the social death-vortex and enable them to refocus the next stage in evolution.
The main question in the letter is whether you want ET to thus show UP................

Translate and spread this message widely. If these ET’s know we are being manipulated by bad ET’s…then they should know that the bad ET’s are infringing on our free will, which (imo) is the real reason for delaying our evolution and prosperity. Why would they allow this and then say they will not show up unless we want them to......…did the bad ET’s ask for our permission? If they see us as being technologically inferior to these bad ET’s…why not get rid of them, or expose them to the masses so we can exercise our free will in dealing with them?

Most people are stagnated because they don’t really know where to turn or what to believe. The true enemies are those who are confusing the masses with these many new ideas of reality. So much focus is on the problems and not solutions. Too many claims to know what’s official but they present lacking proof. All of this new age, 2012 and ET stuff is amazing but is causing further division in the species. People are actually leaving family members and love ones because they can't see eye to eye on these new age ideas.

Telling people to have faith in it isn’t going to work because we as a whole have been lie to constantly through out eternity. Our lifestyle is a big lie, so it would be beneficial to all if they would just lend a helping hand in eradicating the unwanted dark forces so humanity can exercise its true potential.

I’ve asked numerous times for them to show up, but received no visits. Even a personal house call would do wonders on my part because it will motivate me to push and stimulate certain channels that are in my possession. There is just too much to jeopardize if all of this ET, 2012, and Ascension talk is just some elaborate hoax for the sole purpose of money and/or the discrediting of religions. So, I don’t really see this letter promoting anything but showing humans their faults and how gullible they are. We tend to believe in the good stuff because that’s what every one of us wants. We want paradise, but are too blind and led a stray to see where it resides.

If it is left to us, we will perish because there is not enough brave souls willing to fight, plus there is not enough of the "need to know facts" circulating that will necessitate any form of sacrificing.

If these "good" ET's want to do something right by us…just do it. Don’t just stand, or fly around watching us scurry around in dismay. What kind of entity watches a bully beat up the helpless? I can’t imagine any specie in this or any other universe that didn’t need some sought of assistance at one point in their existence. Especially, when there are bullies involved.

We can handle anything and eventually will get over any shock brought on to us. We’re special like that…but we and our mother Earth can surely use some assistance. It dosen't take a rocket scientist to figure this out...so what part "help" is these ET's having problems understanding?

I would like to have open contact with positive ETs. However, I can see how a contact like the one described in the message, just ships on the sky for a while, could be used by the PTBs to force a world government that I suspect won't be in the interest of most of us. NWO. We need individual empowering, not a situation that the current power structure could use to further increase the control over us.

ETs could help us by giving a simple to build, working design for a free energy device, for example, that could be easily manufactured with simple tools. Spiritual techniques to decrease our dependence on food and water would help also. I have seen it a few months ago :-P but he isnt 100% sure that this will happen. He is asking how we feel about this. And he was very very careful to how he proposed it. The Andromedians are asking IF we want this. If enough ppl thhink its possible then they might do it. But Collier never said its a done deal or its being programed to happen.

All that we know about space and beyond comes from the elites, and a few secluded individuals claiming to have close encounters. That’s not really enough to make rational statements. If we go by the popular knowledge of how vast space is, then it makes sense to think that we are not alone in the universe. But to be honest with ones self (who has no personal experience of the outer realms of Earth), we know nothing.

I have read the letter and here are my thoughts. There is so much deception out there and in light of the events occuring we are open for solutions and assistance from others who claim to be able to help. For me personally, the question is, from where do they come and do they come in our Father's name? If they are in alignment with the Creator of all creators, then I say YES! Come and mentor us! We are open to learn! We are teachable! So, in not knowing who "they" are, I place the decision in God's hands. I truly believe there is a battle of light and dark going on and that we must be clear in who we choose to serve. The one and only Creator God, or another?

Discernment is necessary at all times and whether or not you take this letter seriously I do believe in the simple statements, "Ask and ye shall receive", and "Seek and ye shall find". I sincerely suggest when we ask and seek that we direct our requests to the One Creator God Source, from which we all come from, in source of origin! There are many "gods" but only one GOD. Then we can trust whomever is sent in His name.

If we claim our power in our oneness I do believe we will be guided from within, to step up to the plate and unfold the soloutions to our world's problems. For every problem, there is a solution! The letter first appeared in 2003, and has been doing the rounds ever since. Every now and then it's rediscovered, and re-presented as if it's just been received.

It's another case study (I'm afraid) of how false information goes viral, is sometimes impossible to stop, and is believed by tens of thousands of people who didn't stop to check it out.

from my understanding the benevolent ones are able to discern our agreeance on some level , wether conscious or unconscious , sometimes it's about exploring the potential , if there were benevolent ones that were offering assistance , some have mentioned mentorship , like to assist us to become more aware of what we already know , i'd certainly be willing to arrange communications with them on a personal level and get to know them and discern for myself thier true intentions and integrity before asking the masses to embrace them

This message has been "doing the rounds" of UFO circles and I don't think anyone has any idea where it came from. The earliest links seem to have died.

I have serious issues with the authenticity of this "letter", for the following reasons:

1) The prologue and the main text of the letter look to me to have been written by the same hand, even though the letter is "unaltered by me".

2)

Most importantly, it makes no reference to impossible constructs, faux-tech, nor any type of religious or New Age buzzwords.

IMO, this is one of its weaknesses, not its strengths. If it were genuine it might have proved this by sticking its neck out and throwing up information that we could not possibly have known about. Instead, it is kept as bland and full of generalizations as possible.

3) The writer of the letter refers to only one ET, as if one race of ET speaks for all, in the face of growing evidence that there are several races of ETs out there, competing for our hearts, minds and body parts. Therefore if this message did come from a member of one ET race purporting to speak for all, this is disinfo.

4) The letter reads like a twenty-first version of a cargo cult, only the cargo is not material goods but mental liberation. "Do you wish that we show up?" What a deceitful question. We need to have at least one fair chance to exercise the free will as one race. Any willing individual can contact, communicate with off-world entities: telepathy, channelling. How about others who would live in amnesia till death?

The critical mass is about 10% of entire population. Little over 600 million is enough number to bring real change in present civilization. Hundreds thousands, maybe a million people express their individual intention to off-world entities as one voice might move alien factions change their strategy. Rather than secretively contact people middle of night or undetectable communication, they will show up major big cities all over the world, stay in the city sky and beam down some of their crews for an hour then take off. That is what this is all about...and I know in my heart that those in this thread are already doing their "hero" work the best they know how and are able.

In response to a question or thought our reply is spontaneous, we have simply acted. In that mindlessness we have been graced with an eloquence and clarity we were unaware of. I can site things like wit, poetry creativity and physical prowess. We all have experienced these things and we have witnessed in others.

Personally i do not feel any unease to hear that this film has not been directly produced by an outside agency. To me the content seems genuine and if it allows people to transmit their desire for change and to confirm their non agreement to the status quo, then its a good thing.

My intuition tells me that this call has already been heard. We know from trusted testimony that we are already a long way along this path. There is already enough proof of UFO's and seismic shifts happening behind the scenes.

To my mind, the important thing is to push this along and to take personal ownership of these events. The Occupy movement is the class room of the masses, the time has come when we need to stop the conversation between ourselves and open it up to the people at large.

I watched, read, studied and responded to the most recent video message. It makes no difference to me who wrote it or when or what their motive. I directed my affirmative response to my off-Earth family(s) whoever they are and wherever they are.

From my perspective, It seems that I am already experiencing a new paradigm, there is no great desire for material possessions and I seem to have a far more relaxed view regarding personal responsibilities to family and friendship. I feel a great joy and release welling up inside of me and the notion of fear has all but disappeared. I have let go long term ambition and i am trusting my future more to fate and intuition.

I have no doubt that those who cling on to old ideas will remain on 3D earth, that is their karma, but I think they will be few. I sense a growing disquiet from people around me, and like a surfer, I want to take a ride on that wave of emotion and witness at first hand a momentous period in our evolution and to be a participant, It might be the last time we have the opportunity.

I think a very particular shade on this subject... NOW that I have seen an obvious un-explainable event myself with my very own eyes. And I know there is intelligent life out there, watching, some creating, some destroying... It appears the definition of freewill is misleading

An individual or collective has an expectation and belief that the Government and the ‘laws’ are designed to protect basic human rights such as a right to a good education, right to liberty and privacy, freedom of thought, conscience, religion and expression. However if they have in fact intentionally deceived the people because of the interpretation or meaning of the law we do not have honest free will or choice because important facts within the educational system have been hidden. Furthermore if one tried to go against such laws because important truths have been omitted then we would likely be in trouble with those same laws, but it passes off as freewill. This is not free will in my books.


Free will should not be valid if it is based on any form of lie, deception or twisting of the facts or truth especially if they are to the detriment of the people and are done for the purposes of enslavement and control or even dumb down our evolution.


We therefore do not have free will and as such an advanced benevolent race that has proven to us they wish to help correct such anomalies then I’m good to go.
