A bizarre phenomena over parts of Victoria, caused much concern and awe in the local community, as witnesses labeled the mystery sky formation, the 'rapture cloud'.

Wonder if somebody built their first cloud buster and was taking it for a test drive. :-)

Speculating it was an alien mother ship. More than speculation IMO, open first contact - people are getting geared up for it! They can feel it.

I would imagine any global first contact would take place near a center of power - City of London Banksters perhaps !!!

Wasn't trying to imply that it was meant as a first contact, but that first contact has crept into the consciousness of the masses and we're being prepared for it gradually. People feel there is more "going on".

Yeah, HAARP was my take on it when I posted this yesterday ...

Not necessarily. It could easily be in an out of the way town. ETs don't recognize our hierarchies, and landing in a remote area would mean less chance of retaliation from the Cabal.
Large craft look exactly like this when I RV them. I had a daydream yesterday where I was explaining to someone that the saucer shape was rare, and craft actually look like giant barges. Then I saw this video. On the other hand, I wonder why there isn't more video footage of the Victoria sighting.
Lots of mixed thoughts here. At least it's exciting. Bring it on. :high5:

"mysterious" haha. but good that the general public is asking themselves about this.

Looks exactly like a Fallstreak Hole or Punch Hole Cloud. According to Wikipedia (edited by people who either know what they're talking about, or are disinformation shills - take your pick!)
Because of their rarity and unusual appearance, as well as very little exposure in media, fallstreak holes are often mistaken for or attributed to unidentified flying objects.
There is also a given explanation of their cause; water below freezing but not frozen due to lack of nucleation, domino effect, blah, blah.
Not sure why/how HAARP in Alaska (or any of its 'helper' facilities) would bother to make a hole in the cloud in Victoria. And like I've said before, how come no amateur radio monitoring equipment picked up HAARP doing this? No mention of weird signals on any of the science/radio/VLF/meteorology forums...
Lots of similar pictures on Google Images - HAARP sure has been busy!
Unfortunately, I think it's just a natural phenomenon.

Of course you're not sure. Why or how would you be sure?
That's no reason to rubbish something off, simply because you have no idea what you're talking about. In fact it's a rather ridiculous reason, and one all too common.

If you look up images of Punch Hole Clouds on Google, there are lots and lots of them. They have a plausible meteorological explanation, or are created by HAARP for reasons unknown.
So if a phenomenon is not readily understood by a non-specialist, it must have a sinister cause? That's also a ridiculous idea, and one all too common.
Explaining the unknown with more (or unprovable) unknowns is putting us back into the Middle Ages.
Occam's Razor and all that...

I never said that. You're putting words in my mouth to defend your point.
Claiming a phenomenon must be natural because you don't understand the reason or motive for it being otherwise (as you did) is as equally ridiculous as claiming it must be "sinister" because you don't understand it.
What you said is a bit similar to when people say bizarre things like 'That's not an ET craft, why on earth would aliens need to put lights on their craft!!??'
Well how the hell would any of us know what they need to do? Just because we don't understand something doesn't mean it mustn't be true.

A fair point.
However, what is most likely? An unusual natural phenomenon or the possibility that such clouds are 'proof' of the operation of a device whose release of energy (of whatever type, in whatever spectrum) which apparently interacts physically with the environment, yet does not interact with any networks of sensitive magnetometers, ELF/VLF/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF monitoring equipment operated and maintained by non-governmental organizations (aka well-equipped, well qualified amateurs) across the globe?
Like I said, Occam's Razor...

I would prefer if it happened anywhere that is NOT one of the major centres of power. Snub the snobs.
