Rand Paul: Obama is Betraying the Founding Principles of America "I will not sit idly by"

Rand Paul shot back at Barack Obama’s vow to use executive orders to implement his amnesty program by accusing the President of betraying the founding principles of America.

The Kentucky Senator issued a statement in the immediate aftermath of Obama’s immigration speech vowing not to let him violate the Constitution;

“President Obama is not above the law and has no right to issue Executive Amnesty. His actions blatantly ignore the Separations of Powers and the principles our country was founded on. The President has said 22 times previously that he does not have the power to legislate on immigration,” Sen. Paul said. “I believe that immigration reform is needed, however for true and effective reform, we must first secure the border. I will not sit idly by and let the President bypass Congress and our Constitution.”

Meanwhile, Republican U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn of Colorado Springs has dared to suggest the possibility of impeaching Obama over his executive action, featuring a poll on his website which includes impeachment as an option on how Republicans should respond to Obama’s amnesty plan.

Establishment Republicans are loathe to consider impeachment because they fear it would create a rallying point point for Democrats and lead to Hillary Clinton becoming a serious contender for the 2016 presidential election.

Judge Andrew Napolitano told Fox News Radio that impeachment may be the only “lawful remedy” to Obama’s amnesty program, noting that the President is limited to prosecutorial discretion when it comes to immigration.

“At some point, the extent to which the President exercises his prosecutorial discretion runs the risk of re-writing the law or nullifying the law, so if there are 11 or 12 or 13 (million) foreign nationals living in the United States illegally and the President says to half of them we will not deport you if you do A, B, C, D and E, and he makes up the A, B, C, D and E, it does not come from the law, he is effectively re-writing the law or nullifying the law and that the Constitution doesn’t permit,” said Napolitano, adding that Obama is violating his oath.

The Judge added that Obama went ahead with his action because he knew that Republicans in the leadership would not push ahead with impeachment.

However, U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) went further, suggesting that Obama could even face prison, noting that there is a federal statute which punishes anyone who, “aids or abets, encourages, or entices foreigners to unlawfully cross into the United States of America” with up to five years jail time.

If anyone of our leaders were faithful to the constitution , Obama , Bush , Clinton and many others would be in jail ... they violate the fourth amendment everyday 24/7 unlawful search and seizure ... All politicians care more about power than the constitution which is supposed to keep a leash on them getting too much power over us ... Hell , your guilty these days until you prove your innocent , if the police don't shoot you first for crossing the street selling cigarettes without a permit ... or how about the guy arrested for feeding the homeless ... feed the homeless and a politician has you arrested , defend your property and the BLM will send machine guns to your house , stop illegal immigrants from trespassing and the FBI turns on you and buses the foreigners further in country ... everything is upside down ... Rand Paul will talk about Obama but tomorrow Obama will march on with his agenda ...

I thought I would explain more fully "THE FINE LINE" I refer to in my post above. It seems so very important to understand. It is the kind of inner change each one of us needs to make in order to make our outer world what we want it to be. It takes a lot of reflection on one’s emotional responses and thinking, and will result in our evolution out of 3D control and into 5D freedom.

There is a saying: "Those who live by the sword, will die by the sword". This is an accurate statement of the energies of those who would fight and battle and hold the concept of winner and loser. It simply perpetuates a dualistic reality. What is more important is to abandon the sword altogether rather than living by the sword, to move beyond the need for battle, for victory and control.

It is not about eliminating an enemy but about changing one's view that one is in a third-dimensional DUALISTIC reality. Shift from that concept to an expanded unity consciousness. Understand that the dark ones have their role, the light ones have their role, and that the great majority are in between and are trying to awaken.

When one holds this type of perception, one can truly focus on the battle that is raging within oneself, and can come to a unity conscious perception of even your personal struggle that is underway. Believe truly that the old energies are shifting and that the new consciousness is emerging - this will put one into such a focus that you become part of the solution and not part of the problem engendered when one holds a dualistic concept that there is a battle taking place and that one side must be eliminated for success.

It is not the elimination of dark Archonic forces and their many servants and drones, but rather a shift in understanding. It is not about eliminating those in power but rather changing one's own concepts and attitudes towards those in power. The problem with suggesting "they" must be eliminated is that this still serves a dualistic conceptualization, a dualistic understanding that there are 'them' and there are 'us'. That there are the dark ones, we are the light ones, and one must win and one must lose, one must be eliminated and erased and the other succeed in domination of the concept of who is in charge.

Getting rid of one tyrant creates a vacuum into which another tyrant steps. We must change our inner concepts from 3D us-against-them, into the higher 5D vision of happy co-operation. This is truly the way. As I said in my earlier post, it is a fine line, and it is the inner work of each individual.

Still, the firm “no” needs to be said, but without “pushing against” and without having emotional charge against. This is the detachment from 3D we need to come to.

I wonder how all these people can live so 'happily' with blindfolds on their eyes and defend 'their rights only' ,
when the world is in crisis and cries for global solutions .

You'd think that leaders of world governments should be people who can think far beyond the average of 'their own country' ,
and if they're not they should not be there . Yet , so many people keep demanding their 'old world' with borders , countries, regimes , voting for their generals to keep the system upright . As if the tension is a must .

These 'true patriots' anywhere in the world are preventing most solutions , to ever happen .

The US does not loose with letting more people in because these are the people who will work for you . There are Americans denouncing their citizenship nowadays and moving to Australia , if they have the money to do that of course .. to feel more free ,
what about these people who want to be there .

It's not like the Europe, you have space . Even we had to get used to it , influx of people from the East and South and North .. there are Vietnamese and Chinese people here , Ukrainian and Moldavian and Russian workers , there were refugees from Serbia and Croatia when the war happened and what can you do ? What can they do ?

There is million or more people from Syria living humanitarian exodus in refugee camps in Turkey and Jordan and Lebanon, what if everyone said no ?


Talk about humanity on the internet and how you want to build pretty new world , and no populace regulation and have plenty of kids ,
but what the other people want ...


stalinist Russia ? Strong leaders and war games ? National pride and prejudice ?


Sure they all get against one man who dares to take independent decision and uses his power to alleviate humanitarian crisis instead shifting the disaster on heads and backs of other people and countries .

It sounds nice to turn our swords into plough shares, love one another and walk grandly without attachment into our 5D future, the only problem I see is that not everyone is evolving at the same rate or pace.

For example, look at Tebet, they had what could be classed as an enlightened existence, depending on who you were in that society eg top lama or lowly farmer. At some point in its history is gave up defending itself to any great extent, perhaps because of their enlightened ways or perhaps because of their remote location, whatever, their less evolved Chinese neighbors walked in with their swords, so to speak and took it all.

You are right that the mind of needing to win is wrong, as you mention, it creates a need for a loser and so continuing that dialectic. However there is another way that the warrior on the path to wholeness can choose... NOT TO LOSE.

It is not just a semantic difference from winning, not losing is a completely different mindset. When we want to win, we will do almost anything within our realms of resources, to get it done. Therein lies the problem, we take risks, beleving that the outcome justifies the measures employed, like us going to war, for the sake of international peace..

When we simply must not lose, our focus is different, our intent is different, our actions and the risks we are prepared to take, will be in line with not losing. The outcome is the same, winning and not losing, however it's how we wish to play the game that matters. If you could squash the NWO tomorrow, but you could only use their own weapons, people, tools, tactics and strategy, would you want to?

This is all being done within the confines of the corporate infrastructure (United States Inc) and being applied only on anyone who operates within that jurisdiction... oops... anyone "own" a social insurance? that they "requested" and needed to submit their birth certificate information to get?... uh oh... In this case, in Obama's position, I have to say, the advantage is having benefits and privileges... can't say that for the rest of us.... It's an advantage for him because he has been placed at a position where the power has been concentrated in the pyramid... the rest of us would be far better off learning how to exercise our rights.... and screw their bowl of porridge "benefits and privileges" 90% of which are already our God given rights anyhow...


...I think it will be a generation before enough people wake up and get back to trust law, it's happening right now, but it's at the beginning of the curve... and the learning curve itself is long and arduous (at least right now, with so few teachers) Something tells me we will have plenty of time on our hands in the not too distant future... Underground freedom groups are growing... 90% of them are probably useless and piecemeal... the keywords to look for are trust and by extension usufruct... (imo)

I think you might be right Sigma6. It's the same old shell game, just different people. I remember this shis with both Bushes and Clinton... It's all a big distraction from the fact that the whole system is broken to the core... It will give Rand some more rope to hang the big O, but what more could we need really? Nobody is even 100% sure where the guy was born, we know very little about anything in this presedents life, other than what he tells us in his memoirs!

The whole thing stinks. He's going to sign as many executive orders as he can before impeachment or his term is done, whichever comes sooner. Meanwhile we will see his demise on the media, the terrible popularity ratings, unpopular laws, unpoular wars, etc, etc. All to the benefit of his successor.... Very fine post Meggings. As it is the exact scenario being played out. And once it becomes evident the only question the zombies will ask is how we let it happen? I spent a hour or so yesterday tweeting on an AOL thread bashing those still in denial. I was surprised to see many were in fact aware of many truths the shills were desperately debunking, while at the same time taking many of my posts and others off the thread. But there were still too many and the shills certainly had their hands full. I will go back for more today as I don't want to let them surmise a minute that they have won.

I believe that's a fair analysis that Rands' bought and paid for, any who have risen to such a height in politics, willing or not, have been compromised. The same goes for all the other criminals running the world. For arguments sake say every one is innocent. None are calling them out on any of the questionable activities. Yes we get some talking points for show, which is what Paul's remarks obviously are, yet not one of them has ever even been taken to task to answer any hard ball questions. NONE ...

I want to believe that this is more than show ...as my reason for even posting . But the reality of these beliefs hold little water .
