Ferguson on fire - there's a rage. Michael Brown shot 6 times - that's a lot of times to shoot someone. Wouldn't once have been okay, or warning shots. He wanted to kill him!

Someone steals a $139 jacket, sent to prison for life, without parole.

The rage, because of injustice.

Kenny Zulu Whitmore accused of rape sent to jail for life for something he didn't do, in solitary confinement for 30 years. He's still shouting from his solitary confinement.

what happened to tasers? all the tech budgeted for the police?

a shot in the foot and its over. a shot over the head and its over. then he can be prosecuted for his crimes, stealing cigars etc.

Six times is not a lot of times for a cop to shoot someone who is charging them. There was an audio recording of the shots and I think it was more than 6 actually. Cops are taught to fire a short burst at first, like 2-3 shots, then reassess the situation. In this case the cop shot 2 times, then paused, Michael Brown then charged him for a 2nd time (proved through witness testimony and blood spatter), then he shot multiple shots. The shots in the head indicated that he was charging head down or at an angle, which is corroborated from witnesses.

My first husband was in the Marine Corps and a Vietnam Vet. They were basically taught "one shot, one kill", at least as a sniper. When he became a cop in Chicago Illinois and went through the police academy, he was taught to shoot very differently and that included multiple shots, especially when someone was charging you as Michael Brown was charging the cop in Ferguson. He had already attacked the cop in his car and after running away, turned around and charged him. Should the cop have let himself be successfully attacked by this guy who had already attacked him once? This guy who outweighed him by at least 100 pounds? This guy who had just robbed a store? He obviously was not going to give up and probably didn't want to get charged with the crime he had just committed. So HE decided to do something stupid, he charged a policeman with a loaded gun.

Whoever that is that was ranting in the video obviously doesn't know diddly squat about police training nor has he read the evidence that the grand jury saw which convinced them that the cop did not commit a crime. It was self defense.

This is what I understand to be the case, as well. Thank you NancyV

He's Brittish... not only has he probably never seen a gun, but soon, Kitchen knives will be illegal (http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/england-may-ban-knives) there; so yes, FAR from the person that should be commenting on how to use a tool in threatening situation.

There is another side to this story, the one that chunkymark researched.

"Several hundred people gathered in Union Square last night waiting to hear whether Darren Wilson would be indicted for shooting Michael Brown. Most already suspected what the results would be. They were right. They were also angry.

Protesters marched through holiday kiosks, shouting, "NYPD! KKK! How Many Kids Did You Kill Today?" Young people threw their hands up in solidarity with those who had been murdered by the police. One man held a sign reading, "The law is meant to be my servant and not my master, still less my torturer and my murderer." A James Baldwin quote never seemed more appropriate, even if it also seemed like a distant wish at that moment."

we have a couple of threads running on this situation.

This is quite possibly the worst case to use as a "cop shooting an innocent" (which does happen quite often). I see many markers of this being a planned incendiary event, there has to be enough outrage on one side and an opposite side that will see the outrage as misplaced due to the circumstances; in essence the perfect divide and conquer situation.

Exactly - divide and conquer - to get what one really wants - total control, using the race ticket (again). If only those poor folk who are wheedled into this ludicrosity THINK that they may be being 'played' before they dash out to do themselves into some stupid scenario - and potentially incarceration - they are doomed to possible martial law.

Ferguson grand jury papers full of inconsistencies

Were never going to know the real truth, but every incident like Ferguson leads to more and more awakening. People are understanding how corrupt the system is and are uniting in this battle against TPTB and not each other as the MSM propaganda is designed to do using their Hegelian Dialectic manipulation . We are on the verge of taking this country back and TPTB are on the run . So many ifs to the scenarios as the problems we face are a monstrosity. It will get worse before it gets better but the way I see it its now or never!
