Amazing video by a meteorologist video. It is the latest in a series of videos he has been posting insisting that "The Notch" in the Pacific ocean that is acting as a wall of air to force the jet stream into a distorted path. It is pulling cold air normally found in the polar regions deep into the US. The distortion in the jetstream is recreated over and over again. It has been happening every 5 days for weeks now.

He believes there is sufficient evidence to show that "there are four separate secret weather control operations going on to create this thing over and over."

All good questions , the second vid although a bit alarmist focuses on
the possible methane release but that's focused on Siberia , so I don't
know if the gulf stream effects that on this ever shrinking world as
part of a global solution ?

Another is playing the mercantile markets manipulating farming
crop growing prices, like any in cider trading scam .If you know
what is going on , some will cash in on it like banking collapses

Haarp and Chemtrail programmes are speculated to have
military applications and possibly being used as a UV shield
in certain areas. Again all this is speculation , but the more

In my opinion, it doesn't matter WHY they are doing it, it only matters that they ARE doing it. They are illegally and immorally dumping millions of tons of dangerous chemicals into our air and water and they are doing it in secret. If there were justifiable reasons for doing it, they wouldn't have to utilize lies and secrecy. They are manipulating natural systems that aren't meant to be messed with. As to "why are they doing it" I think there are probably a variety of purposes "they" are trying to accomplish.

1. Suppression of the awakening of humanity (maintaining control of the "herd")

This is the reason that makes the most sense to me, and is I believe, one of the main goals. As the meteorologist making the video states, this is a form of weather warfare against the American people. It causes people to go into survival mode. This leads to lower energy or frequency vibrations in our body. The people are distracted and not meditating, or spending time in a relaxed state from which creativity flows. It helps "them" to remain in control of the collective. The US is known for people who value freedom, so it makes sense to suppress the freest nation on earth. Humanity is a valuable commodity, a human resource.

2. Distracting people from the fact that the entire planet is warming up by persuading Americans that a mini ice age might be on the way.

3. Creating chaos. It is easier to control people during a time of chaos. People in Canada and the US are waking up to the fact that the governments are corrupt and being controlled by industry. There is less time for reading articles, going to activist or political meetings when you are shoveling snow and dealing with collapsed roofs, car accidents, attending funerals, etc.

4. Its a psy-op. It's a false flag event, much like Sandy Hook or 9/11. Large groups of people are affected, and "entrained". mesmerized and all on the same page. It a lot less terrifying for people than putting them into a Fema camp, but a very effective means of controlling large amounts of people

5. The military industrial complex doesn't want us to become aware of what's going on in outer space, near our planet. There is UFO activity, giant spheres, etc. If people become aware of secret space programs the government has been involved with and the fact that there are aliens that claim to have seeded their genetics here and also want to be part of a spiritual awakening - there will be gigantic loss of control over many people. People would lose trust in the institutions of government and religion.

6. It generates income, disaster capitalism. Just like the World Wars generated income, and jobs, this disaster will too. (read Naomi Klein's book Shock Doctrine - it is based on the shock and awe principal and having a plan to sell the right product needed in a disaster)

7. The meteorologist also speculated that it was used to sway the election as the worst weather in Eastern USA coincided with it.

It is mind boggling to imagine the expense of using so many jets to create such huge swaths of chemtrails. But remember, this is not just aerosol spraying, there are several other technologies being employed, including HAARP and ships with ionosphere heaters that work in conjuction with HAARP.

8. The American military industrial complex stated many years ago that they planned to control the weather completely by 2025. I think they meant the entire world.

9. Some people say that the EMF waves are used for mind control. DOn't know if that is the case in this instance. It seems to be mostly about disrupting and changing the jet stream patterns.

10. Some chemtrails are used specifically for a biological warfare type of activity, but that does not seem to be the case here as most of the spraying happens over the ocean.

11. As far as a UV shield, I used to think that too, but after watching four of these videos it is clear that the chemtrails are being used to suppress natural low pressure areas from forming. These lows would modify the current weather and make it milder. There is nothing good about the particular chemtrailing shown in this video - that appears to have been going in for weeks now.

12. Disruption of the food supply. Creation of artificial droughts. There has been an agenda of the military industrial complex to lower the standard of living across the US and Canada. Poor people are easier to control. Disrupting the food supply is an easy way to accomplish this. Freezing orchards can kill them too. There is plenty of evidence in the videos put out by this meteorologist that the drought in California is deliberately created and maintained. "THey" could easily have put extra rain into this area. Here in Alberta, we get a lot of our fresh produce from California. It has a major effect.

So, the overall goal of maintaining power and control is, I believe, the over riding one. Maybe this is more effective than trying to start WW III. People are waking up and the shadow government and dark cabals are getting desperate . . .

The above is just my opinion of course. But it is based on studying the aerosol spraying and listening to wonderful interviews like the ones put out by Project Camelot and Project Avalon. It helps in coping with this knowledge, to think about the big picture. To realize that there are battles for control going on, much like territorial battles that gangs or the mafia would engage in. Much of it is distraction. So it is helpful to inquire, what are they trying to distract us from? The answers are a pleasant surprise. At least for myself they have been. It has to do with Awakening and the ascension of planet earth in the spiritual sense. At least that is the hypothesis of many. . .

At the beginning of the week I was watching the BBC world weather late on an evening and couldn't believe what was served up to me,

the nice lady presenter said they couldn't display the computer generated representation of the jet stream as it didn't follow the parameters of what software said it should be doing and it was, I think she used the words "quite unusual" to describe the event, what a coincidence eh

It's the home of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP).
Conspiracy theorists have accused the program of doing everything from mind
control to global communications jamming.

Now HAARP's many conspiracies, along with its legitimate research, may finally
be at an end. The roughly $300 million facility is wrapping up its last experiments
on June 10, and the Air Force, which runs the compound, may soon dismantle it.

"They want to bulldoze it, which is really atrocious to me," says Dennis Papadopoulos,
a physicist at the University of Maryland and a longtime champion of HAARP.
"It's like burning the Alexandria Library."

HAARP is designed to study the ionosphere, a region of space filled with charged particles.
The charged particles respond to radio waves, so HAARP can study the ionosphere by
beaming radio waves straight up, for hundreds of miles.


People view the Northern Lights over Bamburgh Castle Beach Thursday in Northumberland,
England. A powerful solar flare caused the aurora borealis to be visible farther south than usual.

"It's like a radio station, but much more powerful," Papadopoulos says.

HAARP is so powerful, it can create an artificial aurora high in the sky. The research has the
potential to improve satellite communications and navigation. And, yes, the military has
used it to study things they don't talk about.

"On occasion there have been secret experiments," Papadopoulos says. Many of these involve
communication with nuclear submarines. HAARP can turn the ionosphere into a giant antenna
that can be used to transmit signals underwater.

HAARP's remote location and ability to manipulate the atmosphere has made it a favorite source
of speculation for conspiracy theorists, who say it can trigger earthquakes and control minds.
Papadopoulos is dismissive: "If we could do that, we'll patent it and sell it to Wall Street," he says.

But researchers do understand why HAARP has a reputation. "It's a weird-looking thing," says
Chris Fallen, a researcher at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks. The abstruse nature of HAARP's
research doesn't help, he says: "If [these scientists do] talk about what they do, then nobody
understands what they're talking about."

Fallen recently used HAARP to test something known as the "Luxembourg effect." When radio
signals at different frequencies bounce off the ionosphere, they can mix together. Fallen used
this effect to blend two different songs together. "These two different musical performances
were essentially mixed in space," Fallen says.



The result sounds eerie, and is unlikely to help HAARP's reputation.

"If I get another opportunity, I'll try to do something simple," he says, "like 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat.' "

But at the moment it looks like Fallen may never get another chance. HAARP was built at the
behest of Ted Stevens, a powerful former senator from Alaska. Stevens left office in 2008,
and died in a plane crash in 2010. Now the Air Force says it doesn't want to pay the millions
needed to keep HAARP open, so the facility is switching off.

Papadopoulos is fighting to keep the project on standby for a few years, while he and other
scientists try to raise money to keep it running. But he worries the Air Force is eager to
dismantle the program. If that happens, then HAARP will vanish without a trace.

That should get those conspiracy theorists talking.

“The Pentagon has delayed its plans to knock down a controversial Alaskan radio research facility until next year, for a possible transfer to a university or scientific institution, Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, announced.

Murkowski said July 2 the Air Force had agreed to halt demolition of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program facility until May 2015 while research institutions, including the University of Alaska, develop funding proposals for it.




HAARP, located on 30 acres adjacent to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park in southeastern Alaska, features 180 antennas that beam electrons into the ionosphere for research into radio communications and surveillance. Conspiracy theorists contend the Defense Department uses HAARP, which went into operation in 1997, to conduct mind-control experiments and to modify global weather patterns.

At a May 14 Senate hearing, Murkowski questioned why the Pentagon planned to demolish HAARP this summer to cut costs, and asked whether it was fiscally sound to destroy a $290 million facility when it costs less than 1 percent of that to run it each year.

Scientists from around the world sent Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel last month a petition that decried the HAARP closure and demolition. Robert McCoy, director of the University of Alaska Geophysical Institute, urged Hagel to begin “serious negotiations with other government agencies to find a sustainable model to ensure this unique and extremely valuable national resource is available for atmospheric research in the future.”

Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James wrote in a July 2 letter the service has received “significant value” from HAARP over the past 17 years “in fields as diverse as underwater communications, radar propagation and space radiation belts.”

James said military users of HAARP have completed their applied research at HAARP, which led to the decision to close it and remove DOD-owned equipment. But, she added, the Air Force “recognizes the potential for HAARP as a user facility for fundamental atmospheric research.” Defense, James said, remains open to a proposal that provides a sustainable option for another entity to take ownership and provide for the facility without DOD continuing to pay for the overhead and maintenance costs.”

I'd say, someone is making money ... or is planning on making money ...
Just like the war between the US railroad tycoon and crude pipeline enthusiasts (which is Stephen Harper) - most people don't see that the war is really between these two entities and everyone else is just caught up in their game. If the oil pipeline goes in, Canada can efficiently sell crude to almost everyone in the world, if it doesn't, it will continued to be carried through the US via rail, but with major volume restrictions. Since almost all "conspiracy theorists" complain about HAARP and weather, and the comment above even states "ability to manipulate the atmosphere ...", it is interesting that the person in question here avoided the topic of patents for weather manipulation to state how "silly" it is for us to think it can do things like trigger earthquakes and control minds ... Basically, he just said they don't have patents for those two items. We all know there does exists patents on HAARP for weather manipulation. He speaks like a politician ...

Now that there are dozens of other such installations around the world, the tech is in place an operational, HAARP Alaska is no longer needed and dismantling takes eyes off it with hopes to squash conspiracy theories.

This is a tough one to get people to wake up to and this meteorologist does a good job. I've watched a few of these videos and have downloaded some for future reference and further use. The HAARP Report is a site worth bookmarking for any weather or chemtrail activist
