Please help me get some light out of my dreams

Hello everyone,
I am quite new on this forum, and this is my first thread. Please excuse me if my post is not very clear or concise. English is not my first language and I have a tendency to ramble. :blabla:

It's 6 am here and I just woke up suddenly from a dream. I am disturbed, but calm. It's been a couple of months that I sleep with the intent of having an OBE and instead I keep having these dreams. I feel suffocated and feel the need to share this with somebody as I don't have anyone around to talk to about this kind of things. Thank you all for reading.

Tonight's dream went like this :

I was sitting with ALL my close family members in my aunt's old apartment, waiting for something to happen. I don't know what it was, but I remember the sense of urgency in the air, I think we were watching the news or waiting for news. Suddenly the doorbell rings and my dead uncle shows up. We welcome him in, nobody seems extremely surprised, they are just happy to see him. I am cautious and I feel something is not right. We talk to him and he gives us an explanation , saying he was never dead, and goes into detail about a medical procedure that was done to him bring him back to life . This does not make sense to me , he died of cancer 15 years ago and now he looked just like in his youth. As I said, I am not convinced so I go to another room and dig out some old videos on youtube. The videos are very old, black and white and they were showing a priest reading from a bible , saying in the end times the dead will come back walking among us. I show this to my husband sitting next to me and he just says: let's hope he is the same person that he was before! I am not happy with the answer as this makes me realise he (my uncle) is not the same, he acts different, overly nice and calm, when in his real life he was the opposite.
The scenery now changes and we are at what I believed to be a wedding or a gathering of some sorts. All people present are extended family members or friends, neighbours, etc. I have a feeling of dread and we keep on getting news of more people coming back from the dead. Nobody seems to care too much except myself. I start noticing dead people grouped together at the same tables and suddenly there's only two of us alive people left at our table. I stand up and try to warn the others that something is wrong and we are being silently taken over. I run to my aunt or cousin and start shouting the truth. My dead uncle is there and starts laughing, ridiculing me, but that is not working. He then becomes threatening and shows me some sort of tattoo on his upper arm. This is supposed to mean something an keep me away. I shout that I am not afraid and I do not care. Then all the dead people start coming towards me and I am cornered. I put my hands in front of me and try to keep them away with the energy coming from my hands, like in XMEN :). I do this as a desperate try to save myself but I did not think it would work. But it does work ! I realize I am powerful and all those zombies get pushed away by this energy filed I created with my hands. But they are too many and I feel I can't keep up with them for too long . I keep fighting my fear. A very dark powerful figure shows up in the middle of those zombies . He is huge, maybe 3 meters tall and looks like a Christian orthodox priest, dressed in the traditional black robe and has his head and face covered too . I was trying to figure out if he was there to help me or the zombies and then I understand he is evil. I mentally ask my higher self for protection and I woke up with a jolt.
I have never watched or read zombie fiction, but this dreams sounds just like it , only the people looked alive and well, just acting like zombies.

A couple of nights ago I dreamed about a helicopter crash that actually happened just 2 hours later. Two months ago I had a dream about my father in law dying when it was unlikely . He died a month later.
Another weird dream I had was being visited by some blue aliens who told me I was one of them. They took me with them and ended up sucking souls out of evil people with/in a crystal. The dream was so rich of details that I still remember it fully 2 months later. I really do hope I am not an alien lol :faint2:

Recently I had two dreams that stylistic were different than any others. They helped tremendously to purge deeply buried and nasty stuff from my childhood. I don't know if the visual presentation was so different because it was done from a young child's perspective, virtually interjected by AI or what.

Anything beyond your video to clarify source would be helpful to many of us such as Dora. I have always had great faith about my dream material but am feeling dubious now.

Wow, thats alot of stuff to analyze in that dream!
I have been working with my dreams for a long time, I have to say, when dead relatives show up, they never speak.
Some of them stay furthur away, some of them get close to me and interact without talking.
The ones that got close had been gone recently and the ones who stay furthur away have been gone for years.
Its always been like that for me.
It gets complicated fast enough, but I see you projecting some fear of death and being lost once crossed over.
Yes some souls do make it in our dreams and visit us, but I feel that the way you describe your relatives, its rather you
that is projecting this fear of death by making them act out as if they don't love you and are a threat to you.
Its like you fear they won't be there as you knew them as death is the unknown and we wish to have continuity with our beliefs and built up security
from the love of family members.
I hope this makes sense!
In other words, for me, when a dead relative visits, its always with lots of love felt, without words.
If its the other way around, then I say its you making this projection..

I was told people signed up for extraterrestrial given dreams when they came to incarnate on earth(for example around the time of atlantis is when I was told many souls descended to earth). I was told telepathically by a source identifying as ET(my own guides), that before one descends down to a planet like earth all sorts of questions are asked .. One of those being how open to various types of influences and by who. It could be old soul family influences, could be benevolent and agreed to, could be malicious. I would hope nobody worries about it though. I have been in some of the worst virtual realities imaginable while awake or asleep, and I get through them fine. I even find some fascinating.

Like a reptile ET one I had. It was extremely dark, and I was being energetically tortured while witnessing it. Involved things like red lazer type things showing various realities, like lots of skulls decapitations of relatives, and monarchies they have been the source of evil with etc. I did learn some things from that torture...

If dark sources do things to me, I try to learn as much as I can. However their reaction is to make things as bland and repetitive as possible to that with me but my situation is far progressed with targeting....

I get dreams by both sides. I can identify them pretty well but what they do with one person may differ with what they do with another. I try to just judge if I enjoyed the dream or not first, and also what reaction i had to the dream.

Having dreams control one's actions can be a vulnerability. I'm not saying it's always wrong though. Just to be careful is a good thing to be concerning dreams IMHO.

I'd say if you had those benefits from the dream it is more likely a benevolent higher source. Benevolent sources can be more active in the dreamworld... Just like they can be more active in the psychedelic world. I don't do psychedelics but I was told due to how easily it can be explained away, they had an easier time giving people experiences in dreams or while on psychedelics.

I welcome many forms of VRs personally. I would like to battle vicious aliens with a lightsaber for one. lol. See how long I could survive. Or the more spiritual VRs, of like being in deep space, or something exotic like turning your body into one chakra type energy body and making it feel like you are a big sun. There are many awesome VRs.

you are 2 beings, 1, your conscious self, and 2 your unconscious Self, which is your Spirit.

what you are experiencing is an awakening of sorts, your conscious beginning to communicate with your Spirit.

Your Spirit a natural connection to your Spiritual Family which is both directions of your family tree... way beyond bloodline connections.

in this awakening you will feel as if you are becoming psychic, knowing what is on people's minds without them saying a word, it is their Spirit Communicating through yours...

I guess people are less surprised of an 8 foot ape man than an alien, but I'm past the point of fear so they pulled back a veil showing more.

next time you see a Zombie, remember your family is asleep though you are waking...

you can't speak to any of them about these subjects, we consider them sheeple following the norm, not their fault they haven't joined us yet. But honestly we don't need them, 1 can save 1000 without waking any...

I also dream of events and deaths before they happen and I have always had a lot of vivid dreams. Have you ever kept a dream diary? If not, I highly recommend it. I find this practice is highly effective in bringing greater awareness, both while I'm dreaming and after I've woken.

When recalling and reflecting on your dreams, try to focus on the thoughts and emotions you have in your dream, in relation to each event that occurs in the dream. You have recalled them well in your account here. This is key to discerning whether the dream is about facing and processing fears etc or if it is a prophetic dream, or a message from someone else.

The first question you can ask is, do you have any existing fears that you are aware of, in relation the theme of the dream? For example, do you fear your family will be harmed because they aren't as awake to the truth of things as you are? If so, you can begin with reflecting on that, in relation to your dream.

With all dreams, when you focus closely on each question, thought and emotion that preceded each event or shift of scene, it will reveal things like how you direct your dreams, your fears etc., or if you aren't directing your dream so much, such as in prophetic dreams. It will also give you a clearer understanding of what details you are being shown. For example, you see a dead man and you ask, what killed him, next you are experiencing dying and you can feel what injuries you have, this is the answer to your question and a detail you know about the event.

Another thing about dreams is that the full meaning or message can take some time to understand. Thank you everyone. Very interesting and varied interpretations. Honestly, I am open to everything. I stopped trusting my dreams fully the moment I found out they can also be controlled. I always had interesting dreams, even plenty of lucid dreams in which I could control everything, but never dreamed about aliens and zombies until I started doing OBE techniques, so I kind of wonder if it's related.

Regarding my last dream, I thought it was worth mentioning that the particular uncle was not someone I had close to my heart. Actually, as a child and adult I considered him to be really evil. Only with my recent "awakening" if I can put it this way , I stopped putting labels on people and started seeing everybody from a different perspective. All the other zombies in the dream were people that I hardly knew. The gathering started with all my relatives and friends and ended up with all of them disappearing while the zombies kept on coming out of nowhere until only a few of us were left :) .

The blue aliens looked like they were made of transparent electrical blue glass. They were tall and skinny and had long and really skinny arms. I remember thinking they looked like a candle stick! That dream was the most intense and horrible dream I ever had. In the dream I was a child , maybe around 14 and I was taken (not against my will ) from my childhood home to this place where I witnessed this couple killing and drinking the blood of two children, a boy and a girl. I am mother of a girl and a boy so the horror I felt was unimaginable. To make it short , the woman turned out to be pregnant and I knew she was evil and planning to do something nasty with the baby too, so I asked her to give in and become good. She refused and started laughing (always this creepy laugh, same like my uncle ) so I told her the soul of the baby cannot stay with her then . I had a small cylinder type crystal in my hand and the baby's soul got sucked from the mothers tummy into this tiny crystal. I then went away feeling very sad but somehow thinking that I did the right thing. I tried looking online for the blue aliens but could not find anything similar , so I assumed they are a product of my imagination :) I did found info about soul sucking machines and containers though..

Soul ring. A lighted ringed circle like a net that is held out and seeks the dark souls. It can detect aura's of negativity. I wrote about it in my book. When there are lots of negative energies/souls around, it sorta sucks the negative out, and the body drops, then after a while the people arise. I was told it was called something else, but off the top of my head, and because my computer is out for repairs still by a lackadaisical and distracted son, so I can't access the Soul ring original name just at this time. Soon I will return and tell you what they call it in their terms. Yes the energy that comes out the hands is protective like a force that repels them. They are afraid of it.

Innocent Warrior, thank you for your post, it has given me a lot of insight. The death dreams are indeed very distressing. I had another one recently which I am truly hoping it would not come true. I started keeping a diary but It just takes up too much time to write down all the details, so I am thinking of voice recording instead. Thank you also for offering your help I will definitely take advantage of it :)

Dreams have a certain logic to them, but let me suggest you need to not take things so literally. In my experience, dead people in a dream almost never symbolize (mean) that you need to be worried about death. Rather, the dead people are almost always alter egos of yourself, and the dream was trying to tell you it's time to go in a different direction, and in some sense make a new start in your life. In other words, the "old you" is in some sense heading towards a dead-end, so it's simply time to start afresh.

I suspect your ability to sometimes see a future event in a dream is something quite separate from the dream about the dead relatives. It's a rare gift. In the case of predictive dreams like that I guess you do need to take them literally, but not your other dreams.

This is what I love about Avalon, that there are so many gifted people here. Some brilliant answers to Dora's request.
But Trainee Human's reply was the one I would have given myself.

Dora, imagine that all the characters in your dream scenario are aspects of yourself.
Relatives and family represent security, traditions, familiarity, the known, (in astrology symbolized by the moon, the sign of Cancer, and the fourth house)
Meanwhile the dead coming to life means parts of your soul self that had been underground are now appearing, and maybe because you weren't expecting this you feel overwhelmed.
But is this a surprise? After all you have been telling the universe that you want to experience OBEs.
An adventurous part of you wants to go on a huge trip, desiring novelty, while keeping yourself surrounded with familiar people.
You can have both, but they must alternate. The fact that they conincide in your dream is to me a sign that your curiosity about OBEs could be a bit over ambitious and you might want to ask yourself _why_ you want to leave your body in the first place.
If you are hoping to find a spiritual explanation to life's apparent absurdities, which are all around us, you might find the answers to your questions simply by asking the universe telepathically. The answer will come to you, if you just know how to look. Always subtle, but you will know when it happens.

If you want to experience OBE's because there is a deep desire to escape from this existence then examine your motives very carefully. Because anything that is counter to facing reality is a shortcut and will hinder spiritual growth. I've been there myself, and learnt the hard way to take little breathers in between. To make pauses. Too much striving, and there will be backlashes; too little, and you will sink back into sleep.

Main thing is that you remember that your spiritual capacity will unfold all by itself if you just maintain a state of alertness.
Like having an apple orchard and wanting the young trees to provide a huge harvest before their time, by overdosing them with fertilizer. This is what causes your warning dreams and subsequent psychological disturbance.
Here is an idea...before going to sleep tonight you could ask that instead of being surrounded by relatives you will be in a room surrounded by well-meaning Avalonians who have walked along your path ahead of you. Then the people entering the room make take on new meaning, and you will see that they are bringing the message that they have survived death, that instead of dying they have simply left their physical bodies...in other words, they are having an OBE.

TraineeHuman, thank you. Yes, there are definitely 2 different kind of dreams . The prophetic ones are usually very shot and clear , there is no doubt about the message and do not have many details. The other ones as very elaborate and surreal.

Ulli , your reply made me think about something.. My attempts at OBE are only driven by the desire to connect with my HS, but we already have a VERY strong connection. It has become even more evident lately and this inner voice guides me pretty much in everything I do . I think your apple orchard example is spot on and most probably what is happening with me at the moment. Thank you all for the amazing response, Avalon is a very special place. :love:

Hi Dora, yesterday I thought about opening a thread on dreams but I'll save it for another time, it's about a larger scope and how we should use information. Not that I have all the answers.

You know, Dora, your name reminds me of a woman I used to know. She worked at the airport and then she had a terrible car accident which she miraculously survived and she completely shifted her life after that. She too came back from the dead and in some ways became an opposite. Beautiful woman, beautiful heart, exudes a lot of love and warmth and she would tell about her child with much warmth too.

I dream almost every single day, dreams that I recall. It's more exception than rule, if I forget one. When I wake up, I feel like I left home. The dreams are not always as pleasant but the people there feel like people I return to on a regular basis. Some of them are people from this life but those that are not are faceless (I can't remember very well what they looked like when I wake up).

What I've learned so far is to be careful with the things presented in dreams as well to not do off all elements as imagination. First I will try to connect what I saw to my daily life. I acknowledge that my subconcious plays a role in my dream production. I also suspect that there is another stream of consciousness flowing in from an undefined place with a specific goal. This is because of the familiarity of the astral plane and a consistent willingness to return to it no matter what happened there.
Another lesson learned, and it will come in handy, both for progression in this life as well as in OB(E): they can slow you if you linger too long on each and every one of them. They may even deviate you from where you are expected to be. In all this the greatest exercise is: how to balance information and experience?

I do not know what your dream means, my best guess (combined with the posts from the OBE thread) is that you were raised in a traditional Christian setting that does not allow room for extradimensional types of experiences. That's probably why the day of reckoning showed up. Because your subconscious might be worried about the effect of your curiosity on your final judgment. The energy that you used to ward of the dead was ok for a while but not sufficient. This might also be a subconscious fear that final judgment and punishment are in the end going to be stronger than whatever energies you learn to use in alternative teachings.

NoNeedForAName, I think I know the answer to this. Yesterday I attended a workshop on auras and energy work and the teacher was telling me she could see I had unusual high energy in my hands. Most probably this got stuck into my mind and influenced my Xmen dream performance :0)

Dreams are way for one consciousness to wander forward or backward in time ... life's situations at the present can influence or cloud your dreams ... your mindset just before you sleep is so important , it should be clear of stress ... it's up to you to work out what your dreams mean ... your description of the blue dude is identical to what 3 other Avalonians described along with what I've seen through my seer. They appeared after she was OBEing through time, space and location. Shielding her from being seen by those who don't want humans having this ability. OBE leaves a trail advanced beings can detect, I've never seen the beings they are protecting us from. just like kids, we are meant to keep playing depending on adults to keep us out of trouble... you'll know you are getting close to trouble when you look around and find yourself in a cave of Sasquatch. they are the best at shielding us, you will smell Squatch in your dreams long before you see them.

I cannot give you answers for I don't have them myself. But I'd like to ask you one question nonetheless, if you don't mind, that is related to the quote above. Why did you do that in your dream? Is it somehow related with a phenomenon that you can start while awaken, using your hands?

NoNeedForAName, I think I know the answer to this. Yesterday I attended a workshop on auras and energy work and the teacher was telling me she could see I had unusual high energy in my hands. Most probably this got stuck into my mind and influenced my Xmen dream performance :0)

we are light beings, so even in the darkness of our dreams if shadows approach, our Spirits Flash them, light penetrates and eliminates the shadows. your conscious mind is just along for the ride in dreams completely protected by your Spirit.

your description of the blue dude is identical to what 3 other Avalonians described along with what I've seen through my seer. They appeared after she was OBEing through time, space and location. Shielding her from being seen by those who don't want humans having this ability. OBE leaves a trail advanced beings can detect, I've never seen the beings they are protecting us from. just like kids, we are meant to keep playing depending on adults to keep us out of trouble... you'll know you are getting close to trouble when you look around and find yourself in a cave of Sasquatch. they are the best at shielding us, you will smell Squatch in your dreams long before you see them.

OMG, you said trainning! that's exactly what i thought about that dream when i woke up from it. I was doing all the crystal soul sucking thing all alone , while they were somewhere near, outside of the "room" where all this was taking place. They were just observing! it definitevly felt lile a trainning session or some kind of a test.

~ my husband (who is not a harry potter fan) had a dream where we were on a train, and a group of black-robed telepathic old witches all whispered "she's one of us" simultaneously (lmao!) this was the night before we went together to meet the dream analyst i had been seeing.... so you can imagine my hub was a bit shaken XD

~ i had a dream where my hub and I went to some weird farmhouse by the side of the highway, and these SAME black-robed telepathic women (and men?!?) were having some sort of supper club in the basement...... so one of them comes up to me, with a distinctly Jewish air about her, and she says something about our "common cause"...



so lemme tell ya, it can be a really weird and exciting experience, to have dreams not only about our "inner elements" but also about the wider world @@

dreams about seeing the future, seeing disasters and cultural mishaps...

I forget you're new to the forum and don't know all the details yet, but in my first post the word in blue is a link to the thread describing it, I wondered why you had no comment...




The blue aliens looked like they were made of transparent electrical blue glass. They were tall and skinny and had long and really skinny arms. I remember thinking they looked like a candle stick! That dream was the most intense and horrible dream I ever had. In the dream I was a child , maybe around 14 and I was taken (not against my will ) from my childhood home to this place where I witnessed this couple killing and drinking the blood of two children, a boy and a girl. I am mother of a girl and a boy so the horror I felt was unimaginable. To make it short , the woman turned out to be pregnant and I knew she was evil and planning to do something nasty with the baby too, so I asked her to give in and become good. She refused and started laughing (always this creepy laugh, same like my uncle ) so I told her the soul of the baby cannot stay with her then . I had a small cylinder type crystal in my hand and the baby's soul got sucked from the mothers tummy into this tiny crystal. I then went away feeling very sad but somehow thinking that I did the right thing.

the blue dude handed my seer a crystal, I saw nothing, but when she put it on my hand, I was getting shocks, like tiny light switch static zaps...

but nothing was there, by sight or weight...

some things are unexplainable but very real.

maybe it is for holding reincarnate spirits, blue dudes take and bring it back to source...

i saw the link with the pictures now. to be honest i dont think i can describe their face. i think i never looked at them close enough or i cannot remember it . I am romanian , no gypsy blood that i know of, but yeah, i think my country is famous for these kids of things. i have never experienced or encountered any spirits except for my dreams. I am very intuitive and had MANY premonitions esspecialy when young but that's about it. :)

:) I am from the light pink area. Believe me, if you are a gipsy in Romania you will definitely know it! They have particular facial features and are unfortunately quite discriminated.
My family members are all blue or green eyed with blonde or light coloured hair. We also have RH negative blood, like almost all my close relatives. I read some theories about that. I am 0- and I have 2 first degree cousins with AB- blood which is the rarest blood in the world. But, I I don't believe genetics have too much to do with spirituality. I believe we are all created in the same way and anyone can have a spiritual experience if they just allow it to happen. I have knowledge of very spiritual children born in very intellectual and closed minded families and this is actually more common than the opposite.

Since my last post I continued to have the kind of dreams described above. I have them every week or so and although the scenario changes the theme is always the same, with me fighting against some evil being always to protect some children. There must be something at a subconscious level that makes me have the same dream repetitively. Last night I had another one in the beginning of the night and it ended with me shouting my head off at some guy that was bothering some children:). I woke up feeling the adrenaline in my body , the sensation was so strong , I could feel it for about 2 minutes after standing up in my bed.

This post however is not because of those usual dreams but because I wanted to share the next dream I had last night. It started with the sensation of flying, not sure if I was in an aircraft or out of body but I was up in the air, feeling very excited and for a split second a little bit of fear. In my dream I thought I was flying over Africa, but I looked more like the Maldives, a beautiful blue ocean with small islands dotted all over it. The colours were so bright and beautiful and there was such a vibrant and joyful feeling in the air. I could see dolphins and strange huge water animals swimming and jumping in the sea. At one point I reached my destination which was one of those tiny islands, and I started flying low , just gliding on the water on this kind of canal leading to the island . The water was shallow there and I could see amazing animals like a beautiful blue horse , birds and all kinds of fairy tale creatures running around us ( I was not alone). Nobody was scared and everyone just seemed to be full of joy and in awe of the beauty around us. We then reached the island and I was disappointed as there was nothing there , just a lot of people sitting around , dancing and laughing. I decided to join them anyway and then that's all I can remember. It was a beautiful dream and I was in a great peaceful mood the whole day because of it.
Now, I think this dream is related to an experience my mother had a couple of weeks ago, on Christmas night actually. We all met to spend the vacations together and that night my mother went to sleep a bit early. She says around midnight she woke up with a bright white light in her eyes. She opened her eyes and saw 2 small light orbs floating in the room. They went close to her eyes again, very very close, they then moved a bit in the room and finally my mum felt like she was being taken or shown something. She describes it as a movie. She says she was under water in a beautiful blue sea full of beautifully coloured , exotic fish and animals. She was gliding with those orbs of light by her side admiring this underwater beauty until she became rational and felt a bit scared. She says everything stopped then and the lights disappeared. This was not a dream and she was fully awake. I find it very interesting that I dreamed about a similar place in such detail.
