This subject has been making me think why- why would America keep it's West coast in a drought situation? The conclusion I have come to so far is that they don't want radioactive rain on American soil . But unless they can turn the Earth spinning in the other direction to give the weather from the Pacific to China well they are going to find this all very difficult.

I read some place the farmers are pumping below ground water from the west coasts vast underground chambers. This is a short term solution as far as I can see as it is alleged that the West coast of America is a continental shelf held up from falling into the sea by the air in a lot of these chambers, allegedly many of these chambers are connected directly to the Pacific Ocean -pump enough fresh water out and the sea water will replace it- I read about a state of the art submarine quested to map these chambers lost never seen again.

A curious situation indeed well worth watching -perhaps it is just about getting food prices up or using Monsanto seeds in difficult situations, we know they will stoop this low .
