View Full Version : A Healthy immortal body is coming closer

The body has built in senescence. This is a gradual programmed deterioration of functional ability characteristic of most complex lifeforms, arguably found in all biological kingdoms, that on the level of the organism increases mortality after it grows up.

Growing old "gracefully" has been a choice for folks who choose to savor the good moments; burning out like a "road flare" tends to be a wild ride hot and heavy pedal to the metal.. Supposedly with older age comes some wisdom that it hurts more to bang into the wall full speed, then simply going around it..

So for old and young alike, how about get a bigger more fruitful ride? Not quite done learning and experiencing yet?

It's not a fear of dying.. thinking that "well on another plane one will ascend", and not be put back into 'storage' for soul recycling is always the discussion (numerous threads about the light and not..)

None of that is for discussion in this thread, this is about something very interesting..

That the bodies do HAVE a set of triggers whence pressed, in the right sequence, the body repairs, age reduces, and immortality is achieved. Fountain of youth?

A meeting happened

Stem cell researchers meeting in San Antonio say they are just a few decades away from the ultimate prize...coming up with a 'universal pill' to rejuvenate human tissue and extend our functional lives indefinitely, News Radio 1200 WOAI's Stephanie Narvaez reports.

The idea of the STEM CELL is that it is a cell which can become anything NEEDED for the body's blue-print which is encoded in the DNA. DNA is instructions in how to take raw materials, and fold it into a LIFE FORM. DNA takes chaos and creates order from it.

Dr. Aubrey DeGrey, the Chief Science Officer of California-based SENS Research Foundation, told researchers at the Global Stem Cell Summit recently, that stem cell scientists from around the world are working on a 'pill that would prevent humans from getting sick.'

What exists in the DNA are triggers which can turn on REPAIR SEQUENCES.. Sequence are instructions that can tell the cells to do something.. This pill would contain a method of turning on those sequences.. It would also contain substances to TURN OFF viral replication, and other genetically damaging substances.

Degrey: "It should prevent us from getting sick, ever," he said. "Basically, I'm saying that we won't get anything any more. People will get chronologically older, but they won't get physiologically older."

The immortalizing 'God pill' has been a goal of researchers ever since the isolation of the human genome, The genome is a data bank study of all of the DNA and what in the DNA does what.

It was important to have DNA research. To understand the instructions and coding of LIFE itself.

Dr. DeGrey, is a professor at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Without any extraordinary breakthrough occurring, science is 'twenty to thirty years away' from coming up with the proper DNA triggers. Those being activated, and the human body then essentially automatically rejuvenates itself. Functional IMMORTALITY.

Right now the DNA therapy database is showing 30 more years of quality life is capable. Going full immortality is only a matter of mapping and triggering the proper sequences.

Hello Bob love your posts just a thought though, think about this I myself believe they have had this knowledge for a very long time, at the present time they ttb are going to depopulate that is their plan, however evenif the truth re et's was to come to the forefront there may be mass suicides faith would take on a whole new meaning. there is so much evil coming to light now and sadly so many people are still asleep. so where would stem cell be of any value? We all know that aging is not natural our D N A HAS ONG AGO BEEN ALTERED. Sorry I am going on a bit, but I do value your opinion, and would appreciate if you could give me some feedback. kind regards Gardener2

No questions the ptb (were), have done what they have done. Optimism says go ahead and solve what needs to be solved, address what needs to be addressed, and be in a vibration one can find joy in, and live. There are groups who are going for the optimistic approach, and the phobia ridden ptb can go the way of the dinosaur (reptile).. I've seen with dolphin and beluga whale, optimism in group survival, meaning there is a model which works. Both those critters have a more developed brain than the primate, in the part which counts, love compassion and imagination..

Finding optimism joy and creating a future, is a lifestyle, a mental vibe, and in that state, the solutions do appear, allowing one the opportunity to move to the next step.

In some subsequent posts, we will get into removing the DNA sabotage, getting back on course.. There is a science behind that..

When you are 70, thirty years sound too slow!!!!!

There are intermediate technologies here or coming soon:
- nutraceuticals that repair/lengthen telomeres
- injecting stem cells into diseased organs to rejuvenate them
- growing new organ tissue from stem cells
The technology to extract stem cells, from, for example human fat tissue has made great progress.

Hate to say this but a lot of the research is driven by the elite, ie the rich who will be paying for this.
Very interesting demographic implications
Many thanks, Bob!

But we are already immortal -I would be happy to come back with a bit more memory recall of past lives and lessons plus the maturity to understand humanity.

It's funny that many of the older researchers who are not driven by $$ nor are they elite, they are getting old and just don't want to go.

I had started looking at the built-in senescence issue to see why would it logically be incorporated into a cell, or an organism.. My guess is, it has to do with nature trying many different combinations of gene codes to see "what is the fittest" to deal with the current level of assault.

If the gig is to figure out "what does it mean to be __________(identity, fill in the blank with your favorite 'self')" then if that answer is derived, if one has reproduced then the question as far as gene code is answered. As far as the spirit for the identity being satisfied, that is another question. If the soul base is using a particular set of similar genetic bodies to try to get an answer to something that is interesting also...

HugoJudd brings up what IS available now..

Violet mentions 30 years isn't much when one is pushing 70.

I started looking 50 years ago into every piece of data that was available that I could get my hands on in this subject - including what are the damaging factors messing with gene codes. Not too much progress being talked about, so I went looking for my own data to develop my own research, based on guidance provided by those who tried.

The situation comes down to addressing what is in the body, the mechanisms that keeps it running well. What are the steps taken to keep it running well, with quality experience. When something gets out of rhythm, (that is the key word), what method can be used to get it back..

When the cells have a program within them, to re-establish bio-rhythms (biological cellular rhythms), that program can be re-activated. Normally some type of disease trigger will cause a rebuilding mechanism to happen.. Or an injury, requiring rapid cell healing (get a nasty burn and what happens? Certain reactions are turned on, and eventually the burn is healed, even without a scar..)

why on earth would anyone want to live forever, especially on a prison planet like this one? overpopulation will be a problem too if no one dies, food and resources will be a major issue, it just wouldn't work.

like someone here said, our soul is immortal anyway, it's only our physical body that will be kept fresh, also if anyone has seen the film with justin timberlake where everyone is immortal but living on borrowed time that is how it would work, the extremely rich would be given more quality meds to stay alive longer, while the poorer folk will have much less lifespan, also i think 1000s of years ago we did live longer lives i think up to 200-300 years, must get boring living that long.

I can't imagine life ever getting boring. It is always changing, always challenging, always rewarding. Life is meant to be enjoyed. How can enjoying yourself ever be boring? Staying in contact and interaction with all generations is very life giving on all levels

Possibly because some people are optimistic that they can make a change for the better, and give people a chance to figure it out how to get back to nature, get back to life. More time means one gets to learn how to do things better.. Burn out do the James Dean, have fun.. Wisdom comes with finding the elder and seeing how it was done, and trying it. Cynicism only has so much of a place..

Point to ask, what is it that is in the body, what are the mechanisms that keep it running well.

What are the steps taken to keep it running well, with quality experience.

When something gets out of rhythm, (that is the key word), what (physical) method(s) can be used to get it back..

Solution? The only thing immortal about it is the 'pursuit' of the immortal body.

I guess that 'apple' is still looking shining and new. History repeats.

There is that which is called "rising up higher", seeing a bigger picture, transcending the physical and moving towards that which is vibrational and is THE BASIS OF MATTER. Do not stay focused on the minutia of the physical but look to the LIFE ENERGY that animates form.

In this discussion the physical seems to be the only thing considered, when the physical is the result of the frequency level. I have seen the Light Body emanating from the physical body and understand it to be the immortal body human kind will wear in the near future. Put your attention on the divinity within you, for that which you focus on is that which you become.

One can stay spinning around and around in endless physical, or one can look to the energetic templates that hold the pattern for immortal perfect form.

On this very forum I have seen a video on Biogeometrics that points the way. The fellow with a PhD speaking says "the energy trumps the chemical constituents". This is a worthwhile area to investigate.

I love "Groundhog Day" and came here merely to thank the poster for the movie clip, but got sidetracked, didn't I?

In the OP the request was to keep this thread focused and on topic. The physical mechanisms -

That the bodies do HAVE a set of triggers whence pressed, in the right sequence, the body repairs, age reduces, and immortality is achieved. Fountain of youth?

Whether or not a spiritual factor is involved to get to the place of figuring out the right frequency patterns is somewhat related to the thread, meaning the frequencies can be used to evoke the triggering, if one were able to sort out what GENE code means, in frequency space. Assuming that an untrained mind can trigger the correct patterns - doubt that. I'm only interested in staying on focus and topic in this thread. Plenty of room for other threads of course to get into many other topics. This one is for what is in the OP. :)

I am very interested in "Under what conditions would I WANT to live a long life?"

After living almost 60 years, what I have observed personally, in my friends and family and as a RN.... life is about living and I see a direct correlation between the length and the quality of life as perceived by the experiencer.

The frame work in which my understanding is embedded is that we are "spirits having a physical "experience". I cannot divorce my "opinion" on longevity from a supported (from many sources) indication that "this life is a time/space experience" of an eternal consciousness. My most poignant loss of a loved person was a spouse. I saw that he had quite narrowly focused his interests. When he became ill, I saw how the accumulated stress of a lifetime up to then, the narrow path of his interests and the seeming "lack of options" were all THERE when he became ill.

The whole issue to me is that we are able to live as long as there seems a profoundly energetic reason to be in body. If the balance tips away (even in a baby), the real "entity" being called whatever (soul, life force) leans toward vacation....

My intention is to to ignore the MIXED two message and stick with A.

A. Creator here in the body...first of the body then rippling "out" into time/space of this so malleable matrix, hologram, illusion, story of our experience
B. BUT, EXCEPT, UNLESS....."

IMO we MUST ditch the incoherence of accepting the mixed message and know that by embracing the meme of our being at effect of age, circumstance, environment etc... all we do is just narrow the capacity to live the life we have at that moment.

No fault there either as the worst thing that can happen is reset. It could be reset in this Life for the really strong who can buck the current of the river made by this self in this life. IMO to be reborn WITHOUT dying is very possible but it takes the willingness to unlearn, to lose attachment and to "start again" with ever changing information AND ENERGY.

I am considering that my personal world is difficult to experience FRESH because of the grasping character of my hardened patterns of egoic "perception". The battle that has no intention of changing is predicated on death. To lose death's charge might actually make egoic power obsolete???

In addition to other practices, IMO we really really really really etc. need mental hygiene of clearing outworn scaffolds of perceptional commitment held by the the body "stance" to live long long long etc..... Just take a look at this forum. The mixed messages are so clear IMO and this is supposed to be the leading edge of awareness. If I were to actually start focusing on most of the story lines here with commitment, I am sure i would be tempted to disengage my energy from this "realm". In fact this is my last post here as far as I know because I DO desire to change the paradigm of my own experience. IMO we can't get where we desire to be with all the collective morass of fear stuff. Who cares to LIVE in constant fear? Only we can release this fear that life exists to kill us. All the story lines promote the "veracity" of a fearful bias about LIMITS, SCARCITY, MALEVOLENCE, THREAT looming IMO. There may be a nugget of uplift or protest but the fear embedded eviscerates the power we need IMO.

Best wishes voyagers wherever you may roam.... Love, Maggie

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY IMMORTAL?
THE VISION

At this point, I would like you to take a few minutes to visualise or imagine for yourself what it would be like to be Physically Immortal. Close your eyes and see yourself vibrantly healthy and Physically Immortal. At least 60% of the people in your community are also Physically Immortal. What does it feel like? What changes do you sense within the community?

When we do this exercise in my seminars, people report feeling a deep peace and joy. They are free from fear and tension, they can relax completely.

The peace envisioned is not dull, boring peace but dynamic peace – full of excitement, creativity and fun!

What I see for the individual is a move away from struggle into flow and ease. Connecting fully with their own truth, direction and creativity. Allowing themselves to be fully in their joy and

12

supporting others to do the same. Loving themselves and others unconditionally – ongoing health requires all of this to occur.

What do I envision for the community? More time to play – be creative, play sport, sing, dance, be entertained. This trend has already begun in Western Countries over the last 40 years. Ben Bova makes this comment – “Will an ageing – but still vigourous – population create demands for new jobs? In states where large numbers of retirees live today, the entertainment, travel and sports industries are booming. Florida and Arizona, for example, boast more golf courses than hospitals. An ageing population does not automatically mean an economic slowdown. Instead it means a different mix of business opportunities. And jobs”.

Can you imagine the money that could be redirected if people stop getting sick and incapacitated. To give you an idea here’s Ben Bova again with some figures from America – “The Alliance For Ageing Research has estimated that if people over 65 could remain healthy and active the nation would save some 5 Billion Dollars per month in government and private spending for health care for the elderly”.

Moving into a space of loving ourselves and others unconditionally will mean less money spent on defence weapons. When I was marching for peace in the early 1980′s, it was estimated that the amount of money being spent on nuclear arms was 1 million dollars per minute. This money could be redirected to help educate and feed people in developing countries, the world would be transformed.

Herb Bowie in his book “Why Die – A Beginner’s Guide to Living Forever” commences his book with his vision for “Immortality in the 21st Century” – here’s some passages – “2021 – Population Growth Stabilises – People who had been worried about over population by now realised that their fears had been misplaced. Although birth rates remained high in the diminishing number of relatively poor countries, they continued to decline in the richer countries and especially among the lifers. These declining birth rates more than made up for the decrease in death rates. It was not that these longer lived

13

people lost any interest in children – on the contrary, they seemed to enjoy them more than ever. At the same time, the Immortality groups offered a new social structure that allowed fewer children to be enjoyed by more people and allowed them to be shared across traditional family boundaries …. The declining birth rates also seemed to be caused by other more subtle factors … Also, as people’s lives lengthened, and the prospect of living even longer became more real, they seemed less driven to achieve Immortality through their offspring. Finally, the adult lifers were more child like themselves, and seemed to rely less on the presence of children for that quality of joy so often associated with childhood … 2027: Work Lives Change Dramatically – Widespread changes had taken place in people’s working lives. Fears of a huge population of retired senior citizens utterly depleting their various pensions and retirement funds had proven ironically unfounded. Research, in fact, had confirmed many people’s suspicions that retirement was inherently incompatible with radical life extension … 2048: Global Environment Improves … These technological advances were some of the factors contributing to a gradual turn around of the environmental decline that had plagued the world since the beginning of the industrial revolution. A more immediate cause though was the increased motivation of the voting population to do something about these problems. The simple truth was that asking people to save the earth for future generations had never worked very well. Now that people were concerned with saving it for themselves, they focused on the issues at hand with insistence … the United Nations in this year announced that, for the first time since they began tracking the relevant statistics, the earth’s environment had actually improved over the past year. The hard work was not over, but the world had turned the corner …… 2062: A New World Order – Scientists had firmly established that emotions of human suppression, prejudice and hostility were life threatening for the subjects as well as the object of these feelings. This realisation had gradually replaced strong feelings of racism, nationalism and separatism with an expanding acceptance of all human beings as fellow citizens of the world … it was in this year that all the countries of the world turned their national defence systems over to the control of the United Nations, to be used for peace keeping missions only …”

14

Will we be building a heaven on earth with this Vision? I feel we will.

Ben Bova says – “In the Sermon on the Mount, Christ exhorts the multitude, “Be ye perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” (Matthew 5.48) Might we dare to interpret this as a command to become the best we can, not only morally but physically, mentally, emotionally? Might not Christ be telling us that we are expected to build heaven here on earth, to reach for perfection, here and now?

Might not heaven be a place and a time that we build for ourselves, the way an eager, intelligent child builds a sand castle on the beach under the watchful eye of his protective father?”

Robert Coon in his book “The Science of Everlasting Life” says – “During this Millenium, heaven on earth shall be created. Death shall be abolished from the human race … The millenium is the culmination and result of all spiritual endeavours from every culture and time … how long will it take for Paradise to be established within this millennium? As soon as now – or as long as 2000 years? The rapidity with which pain, suffering and death are abolished, and universal, joyous Immortality established is directly dependant on how fast and effectively the Science and Art of Everlasting Life is communicated to all Beings!”

The vision is powerful – if it excites you, you will want to move onto the next section of techniques for life enhancement!

THE FOLLOWING HAVE ENHANCED MY LIFE FORCE -

I will present this in the four categories: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical. There is, of course, no separation between these levels – when we use techniques to energise ourselves at one level, it creates effects at all levels.

SPIRITUAL LEVEL

With Physical Immortality philosophy we are moving from the Spiritual Law of Karma to the Law of Grace.

Law of Karma >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Law of Grace

l

Forgiveness/Gratitude

Praise

Love

The Law of Karma – “As we sow so shall we reap”, “An eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth”. This law of cause and effect has created much hatred, resentment and retribution which has led to pain, suffering and death. By using the energies of forgiveness/gratitude, praise and love we transcend the Karmic Law and move into a State of Grace.

We are cosmic script writers – with Karma we create murder mysteries, war and horror movies, soap opera’s and emotional dramas of the highest order. With Grace – romantic comedies, enchantment movies, travel adventures and musicals become popular. Review your own cosmic script, maybe it needs a rewrite!

Praise, Love and Gratitude are very powerful qualities to embrace. They will move you from Karma to Grace. Praise the Divine in all things. Robert Coon in his book “The Science of Everlasting Life” says – “Praise is a fiery energy that purifies. Cultivate an enthusiastic spiritual fire within and bathe and anoint all creation with this cleansing flame. Praise glorifies the Creation and reveals the Immortal presence of the Creator”.

16

Unconditional love of self and all others allows freedom of expression. Once we love every aspect of ourselves unconditionally we automatically love others unconditionally.

Gratitude is very powerful for moving from Karma to Grace. Robert Coon in his book “Voyage to Avalon” has this to say – “As you explore the subterranean recesses of the heart, let the lamp of joyous gratitude light thy way … often you experience the same Karmic event time after time until you react with gratitude – only then do you make the evolutionary jump to new dimensions of life. The Law of Grace is far more powerful than the Law of Karma …. “.

Gratitude multiplies blessings. Start using gratitude for the good things in your life, see your focus change and the blessings in your life increase. Gratitude allows you to see the cup half full, not half empty.

For the situations that are causing difficulty, use the “Gratitude Bubble”,

1) Spend a couple of minutes being grateful from the heart for your blessings.

2) Visualise the difficult situation or person, bring it into your heart if possible.

3) Say or think “Thanks for this situation. I now choose a new perception and for the gift to be revealed”.

When you commence the “Gratitude Bubble” exercise you will probably not be able to have genuine gratitude radiating from your heart about the difficulty. However, all you need is a willingness to be grateful – the more you do it, the more the understanding will come and you will start to feel true gratitude. The situation will shift and the gift will be revealed.

Forgiveness is a stepping stone to gratitude. When we become aware that every event in our lives is giving us valuable lessons and insights, we realise there is nothing to forgive. We learn to take responsibility for drawing certain events to ourselves. We,

17

also, realise that we can learn through JOY and no longer need to learn through pain and suffering.

MENTAL LEVEL

The most important first step at the mental level is to “BELIEVE PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY IS POSSIBLE!”. This opens the way for you to draw information and people to you to assist you in your quest for more life. The old adage “If you believe you can’t – you won’t, if you believe you can – you will” is very appropriate here. The people who believed that humanity would never create a successful “flying machine” did not invent one!

Another important area to challenge at the mental level is ‘Ageing’. I believe what we call ‘ageing’ is actually a chronic dis-ease that we have accepted. Because we believed “death was inevitable” we created a way of fading out of life slowly – “ageing”. If we liken our life force to a fully open stream of water – we turned the tap off slowly. It’s time to challenge this chronic dis-ease – do not accept anything as a symptom of ‘ageing’, see a health professional (at this stage alternative practitioners are usually more helpful in this area) if you can’t sort out the imbalance yourself. When I was working as a medical doctor, I had people who had only been in this incanation 26 years say to me that whatever was ailing them “must be their age”!

From his book “Ageless Body Timeless Mind” here is what Deepak Chopra says – “Because the mind influences every cell in the body, human ageing is fluid and changeable, it can speed up, slow down, stop for a time, and even reverse itself. Hundreds of research findings from the last three decades have verified that ageing is much more dependant on the individual than was ever dreamed of in the past … to challenge ageing at it’s core, this entire world view must be challenged first, for nothing holds more power, over the body than beliefs of the mind.”

18

He goes on to say many pages later ” …. We need to overturn the beliefs supported by fear. In place of the belief that your body decays with time, nurture the belief that your body is new at every moment. In place of the belief that your body is a mindless machine, nurture the belief that your body is infused with the deep intelligence of life, whose sole purpose is to sustain you. These new beliefs are not just nicer to live with they are true – we experience the joy of life through our bodies, so it is only natural to believe that our bodies are not set against us but want what we want.”

Sondra Ray in “How to be Chic, Fabulous and Live Forever” has this to say about the belief in death and ageing – ” … who would want to live forever in a body that was old, decrepit, and full of pain? Nobody …. But do you know that your body is full of pain, or has any pain, because you are hanging onto the death urge in the first place? Trying to live while holding onto the thought that death is inevitable is like driving a car forward with the gears in reverse and/or with the brakes on. Eventually it just will not work. The body cannot resolve that conflict in the mind. It is getting mixed instructions. Since all pain is the effort involved in clinging to a negative thought, and since the worst anti-life negative thought is death (the opposite of life), then you can begin to see how death thoughts and old age thoughts lead to pain …”

A study was done in 1979, by psychologist Ellen Langer and her team at Harvard, which demonstrates the power of the mind to reverse ageing. Deepak Chopra describes this study in “Ageless Body, Timeless Mind” – “The subjects, all 75 or older and in good health, were asked to meet for a weeks retreat at a country resort. They were informed in advance that they would be given a battery of physical and mental exams, but in addition one unusual stipulation was placed upon them; they were not allowed to bring any newspapers, magazines, books or family photos dated later than 1959. The purpose of this odd request became clear when they arrived – the resort had been set up to duplicate life as it was 20 years earlier. Instead of magazines from 1979, the reading tables held issues of Life and Saturday Evening Post from 1959. The only music played was 20 years old, and in keeping with this flashback, the men were

19

asked to behave entirely as if the year were 1959. All talk had to refer to events and people of that year. Every detail of their week in the country was geared to make each subject feel, look, talk and behave as he had in his mid 50′s.

During this period, Langer’s team made extensive measurements of the subjects biological age. Gerontologists have not been able to fix the precise markers that define biological age, as I noted earlier, but a general profile was compiled for each man using measurements of physical strength, posture, perception, cognition and short term memory along with thresholds of hearing, sight and taste.

The Harvard team wanted to change the context in which these men saw themselves. The premise of their experiment was that seeing oneself as old or young directly influences the ageing process itself. To shift their context back to 1959 the researchers had their subjects wear ID photo’s taken 20 years before – the group learned to identify one another through these pictures rather than present appearance, they were instructed to talk exclusively in the present tense of 1959 (“I wonder if President Eisenhower will go with Nixon next election”); their wives and children were referred to as if they were also 20 years younger; although all the men were retired, they talked about their careers as if they were still in full swing.

The results of this playacting were remarkable. Compared to a control group that went on retreat but continued to live in the world of 1979, the make believe group improved in memory and manual dexterity. They were more active and self sufficient about such things as taking their own food at meals and cleaning up their rooms, behaving much more like 55 year olds than 75 year olds (many had become dependent on younger family members to perform everyday tasks for them).

Perhaps the most remarkable change had to do with aspects of ageing that were considered irreversible. Impartial judges who were asked to study before and after pictures of the men detected that their faces looked visibly younger by an average of three years. Measurements of finger length, which tends to

20

shorten with age, indicated that their fingers had lengthened, stiffened joints were more flexible and posture had started to straighten as it had in younger years. The control group also showed some improvements (Langer explained this by the fact that going on a trip and being treated specially made them feel younger too). But the control group actually declined in certain markers such as manual dexterity and finger length. Intelligence is considered fixed in adults, yet over half of the experimental group showed increased intelligence over the five days of their return to 1959, while a quarter of the control group declined in IQ test scores.

Professor Langer’s study was a landmark in proving that the so called irreversible signs of ageing could be reversed using psychological intervention.”

What a stunning experiment! Those results were obtained in one week. Pause for a few moments and let the meaning of this sink in. These men “youthed” significantly in seven days. Become aware of your thoughts, words and actions – they all create results in your reality. Are they contributing to vitality and life or sickness, ageing and death? Positive, life affirming statements commonly known as affirmations, repeated over and over reprograms the subconscious. Louise Hay’s “You Can Heal Your Life” contains many wonderful affirmations. Start dismantling your social conditioning today, reprogram your subconscious and watch the miracles begin!

EMOTIONAL LEVEL

My feeling is that for Healthy Life Extension/ Physical Immortality the heart needs to become more fully open and unconditionally loving. All the emotions that are not love need to be re-assessed. That is, the emotions based on fear – hate, anger, resentment, jealousy and so on. Because most of these emotions were judged “socially unacceptable” we have tended to suppress and store these feelings. We learn to respect these feelings, understand them, re-assess them and let them go. Many life enhancing modalities will assist you with this. I found Aura Soma therapy a very powerful tool for my emotional allowing, understanding and balance. It is a colour therapy which also uses the energies of essential oils, herbs and crystals. A wonderful and

very beautiful medium. I have also had some powerful bodywork sessions..

Music, toning and singing are exciting and joyous ways to explore your emotions. The sound of music has always been very close to my heart!

Breathing techniques are also useful. Robert Coon teaches some interesting ones. Rebirthing, as mentioned in the section on alternative medicine, is a powerful healing tool using the breath.

Sondra Ray from her book “Loving Relationships” has this reminder-”When you finally give up an (old destructive) pattern—

You might feel sad

You might feel lonely

You might feel confused and uncertain

You might feel lost

You might even miss that negative mental mass

You might feel it is like a “little death”

This will pass

Don’t fill that void with another problem.

Fill it with LOVE”.

An important area to create an unconditionally loving bridge, is the yin/yang. Previously we have been living with the subconscious ‘belief’ that these are polarised opposites – one ‘right’ and the other ‘wrong’ – depending on which ‘pole’ one chose to ‘inhabit’. Yin qualities such as beng, creativity, right brain, oneness, feminine qualities etc were deemed ‘more right’ by some, whilst doing, logic, left brain, individuality, masculine qualities were deemed ‘more right’ by others.
The shift to unconditional love, harmony, co -operation and mutual respect – a beautiful dance of the yin/yang – creates many life affirming miracles

PHYSICAL LEVEL

The first suggested nutritional requirement for an immortalist is to become a vegetarian. Immortals consider all life sacred,so a move away from requiring the death of animals is the first step.

The possible progression is as follows:–

Vegetarian > Vegan > Raw food Vegan >

Fruitarian > Breatharian .

22

Advanced immortals are believed to be breatharian i.e. all energy and nutrition is derived from divine prana or life force.

If we remember from quantum physics that everything is composed of intelligent energy – I feel that the breatharian is utilising this intelligent energy as a source of nutrition. Therese Neumann was a Catholic saint who did not eat for many years – she was breatharian but not immortal. India claims many yogis who do not need to eat or drink. In Autobiography Of A Yogi , the author Paramahansa Yogananda , speaks of his visit with Therese Neumann and other breatharian yogis.

In scientific studies ,”eating less” i.e. much reduced calorie intake, has been proven to significantly increase the life span of laboratory animals.

Exercise is important. Children call exercise play — we need to cultivate this same feeling. Move your body with joy. Body honouring systems such as Tai Chi , yoga and intuitive dance are worth exploring. Weight bearing exercises and walking have been proven scientifically to be of benefit.

Peter Kelder’s book Ancient Secrets of The Fountain of Youth has a series of five Tibetan Rites (exercises) which are quite easy to perform. Many people have reported great benefit from these.

Your sexuality/sensuality is an integral part of your being. You may find the exploration of Tantra useful

Your physical body is as sacred and worthy of respect as your spirit – you are a miracle at every level of your being. Treat yourself – body, mind, heart, spirit – all ONE – with the utmost love and respect.

CONCLUSION

The philosophy of Physical Immortality improves your quality of life NOW. All we have is the present moment. Anything that improves our level of vitality, health and fun in the now moment, I believe is worthy of consideration. Robert Coon predicts that by 2065 the Health Department will be recommending Physical Immortality. I have been living this philosophy since 1992 and received many benefits, I can only imagine what a few hundred would feel like!

Belinda Carlisle in her song “Heaven is a place on Earth”, says —” In this world we’re just beginning to understand the MIRACLE OF LIVING ……

Ooh heaven is a place on earth.”

The earth is singing a new song — the possibilities are endless.

those who focus too much on the details tend to miss the big picture.

nature/evolution/growth of any being moves in cycles and depends on the cabability/capacity of the animating consciousness to process information.

as long as the souls that use these bodies are not capable of processing more information than is gathered in a normal human life span they won't extend the lives of their bodies. a soul (/higher self) can end an incarnation for several different reasons but it is the soul/higher consciousness that is in control. the physical plane is always the plane of effects, never of causes, so successful technologies or techniques to extend human life in order to gather more information can and will only be developed and made available after souls have become ready to process more information during the "physical death phase".

it is quite obvious that this time is not here yet given the fact that humans these days are actually shortening their life spans through all sorts of health threats instead of prolonging them. everything happens for a reason. on top of that, the proportion of degenerative diseases compared to acute ones has reversed in the last 100 years or so, from perhaps 20%d and 80%a to 20%a and 80%d. all that has been done is reducing the intensity of physical living in order to prolong physical life. things like the rise of veganism, vaccines, wireless technologies, synthetic materials, feminism, the celebration of homosexuality and transgender lifestyles, widespread use of drugs and pharmaceuticals and many others are signs of this age of degeneration. most of the souls that incarnate here are not ready for extended life spans, they hardly make something useful out of their normal ones.

Seniors received a significant boost to their immune systems when given a drug that targets a genetic signaling pathway linked to aging and immune function

(Source (http://health.usnews.com/health-news/articles/2014/12/24/researchers-take-first-baby-step-toward-anti-aging-drug))

The mTOR genetic pathway promotes healthy growth in the young. (This is how the genetic switches work.. When the HGH is still present, mTOR works fine.. WHEN HGS is turned OFF (growing stops), and mTOR response changes.. in other words, PROPER sequencing of the switching is required, re-establishing proper cycles)..

When drugs like rapamycin are used to inhibit the effects of the mTOR pathway in mice, they "seem to extend lifespan and delay the onset of aging-related illnesses," Mannick said.

Mannick and her colleagues decided to investigate whether a rapamycin-like drug could reverse the natural decline that elderly people experience in their ability to fight off infections.

Rapamycin belongs to a class of drugs known as mTOR inhibitors, which have been shown to counteract aging and aging-related diseases in mice and other animals.

Apoptosis - programmed Cell Death

Within the nucleus of the Cell, there are Chromosomes, or information packets containing further sets of instructions called GENES - which are made of/from DNA

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-n4_nw_Qgbj0/UyPsY90VMgI/AAAAAAAACuY/CdrT2MQ9qts/s1600/Cell+Chromosome++DNA+Gene.gif

DNA - The DNA in one's cells is packaged into 46 chromosomes in the nucleus. As well as being a naturally helical molecule, DNA is supercoiled using enzymes so that it takes up less space.

Try holding a piece of string at one end, and twisting the other. As you add twist, the string creates coils of coils; and eventually, coils of coils of coils.

One's DNA is arranged as a coil of coils of coils of coils of coils! (TIGHT PACKING.)

This allows the 3 billion base pairs in each cell to fit into a space just 6 microns across.

If you stretched the DNA in one cell all the way out, it would be about 2m long and all the DNA in all your cells put together would be about twice the diameter of the Solar System. THERE ARE ONLY TWO STRANDS in DNA.

CHROMOSOME - In humans, each cell normally contains 23 pairs of chromosomes, for a total of 46.

Twenty-two of these pairs, called autosomes, look the same in both males and females.

The 23rd pair, the sex chromosomes, differ between males and females. Females have two copies of the X chromosome, while males have one X and one Y chromosome.

GENE - Most genes contain the information needed to make functional molecules called proteins. (A few genes produce other molecules that help the cell assemble proteins.)

The journey from gene to protein is complex and tightly controlled within each cell.

It consists of two major steps: transcription and translation. Together, transcription and translation are known as gene expression.

NB: ALL ACTIONS ARE CONTROLLED BY THE GENES.

GENES are sensitive to external AND internal chemical and electrical stimulation.

During the process of transcription, the information stored in a gene’s DNA is transferred to a similar molecule called RNA (ribonucleic acid) in the cell nucleus. Both RNA and DNA are made up of a chain of nucleotide bases, but they have slightly different chemical properties.

The type of RNA that contains the information for making a protein is called messenger RNA (mRNA) because it carries the information, or message, from the DNA out of the nucleus into the cytoplasm. (Cytoplasm, the semi-liquid gel within the cell in which the nucleus resides).

Translation, the second step in getting from a gene to a protein, takes place in the cytoplasm.

The mRNA interacts with a specialized complex called a ribosome, which “reads” the sequence of mRNA bases. Each sequence of three bases, called a codon, usually codes for one particular amino acid. (Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins.)

A type of RNA called transfer RNA (tRNA) assembles the protein, one amino acid at a time.

Protein assembly continues until the ribosome encounters a “stop” codon (a sequence of three bases that does not code for an amino acid).

The flow of information from DNA to RNA to proteins is one of the fundamental principles of molecular biology.

Separation of GENES into FUNCTION -

Each cell expresses, or turns on, only a fraction of its genes.

The rest of the genes are repressed, or turned off. The process of turning genes on and off is known as gene regulation.

Gene regulation is an important part of normal development.

Genes are turned on and off in different patterns during development to make a brain cell look and act different from a liver cell or a muscle cell, for example.

Gene regulation also allows cells to react quickly to changes in their environments.

Although we know that the regulation of genes is critical for life, this complex process is not yet fully understood.

Gene regulation can occur at any point during gene expression, but most commonly occurs at the level of transcription (when the information in a gene’s DNA is transferred to mRNA).

Signals from the environment or from other cells activate proteins called transcription factors.

These proteins bind to regulatory regions of a gene and increase or decrease the level of transcription. By controlling the level of transcription, this process can determine the amount of protein product that is made by a gene at any given time.

Induction of Apoptosis:

There are GENES specifically designed to terminate or kill the cell. There are specific categories, where attempts to repair damage happen first. When damage repair cannot be adequately accomplished the "death receptors" activate.

A cell has to normally TURN OFF the death sequence and a properly functioning cell WILL continually turn OFF its own death.. (Anti-Apoptosis genes)

When it cannot due to excessive unrepairable damage to the DNA, the death receptors start to function to call up the steps needed to shut-down dna replication.. FLAGS appear to the other cells in the body responsible for cleaning up debris (damaged cellular material).

Death Domain Receptors: CRADD, FADD, TNF, TNFRSF10B (DR5).

Positive Regulation: ABL1, AKT1, BAD, BAK1, BAX, BCL2L11, BCLAF1, BID, BIK, BNIP3, BNIP3L, CASP1 (ICE), CASP10 (MCH4), CASP14, CASP2, CASP4, CASP6, CASP8, CD70 (TNFSF7), CIDEB, CRADD, FADD, FASLG (TNFSF6), HRK, LTA (TNFB), NOD1 (CARD4), PYCARD (TMS1/ASC), RIPK2, TNF, TNFRSF10A, TNFRSF10B (DR5), TNFRSF25 (DR3), TNFRSF9, TNFSF10 (TRAIL), TNFSF8, TP53, TP53BP2, TRADD, TRAF2, TRAF3, TRAF4.

Both positive and negative regulation steps provide a type of ACTIVE FEEDBACK to keep the repair and killing mechanisms in balance.

It should be obvious that when the feedback mechanisms are set out of rhythm, that issues can arise.. It is in these feedback mechanisms where 'tampering' has happened, leading to a body "life span" at best on a programmed average of about 100 years.

I will get further into the specific gene sequences in the repair and regulatory genes later in the thread.

quickly my 2 cents here, true immortality cannot be achieved by upgrading the genetic sequences. If the the elemental forces in the the body are imbalanced, physical disease will eventually be the result. This is beyond the scope of genetics. If the elemental forces that constitute your being are in complete balance, you are already a immortal, and have naturally upgraded your genetic coding. I do however believe our lifespans can be extended significantly by genetic means, so that we live lifespans like Noah did back in the time of the flood.

There are 84 key genes involved in programmed cell death.

Apoptosis plays a critical role in normal biological processes requiring cell removal including differentiation, development, and homeostasis.

Stress responses (such as heat shock, ischemia, unfolded proteins, and viral infection) cause badly damaged cells to undergo apoptosis.

In cell culture, growth factor withdrawal and many known experimental compounds have a similar effect.

An acquired defect in apoptosis activation often leads to uncontrolled cell growth, oncogenesis, and cancer. (KEY UNDERSTANDING HERE)

Ligand-bound tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptors initiate apoptosis by recruiting FADD and other death domain adaptor proteins that then recruit and activate caspases.

Environmental stresses trigger BCL2 protein oligomerization and insertion into the mitochondrial membrane, releasing APAF1 and other CARD family members that also oligomerize to recruit and activate caspases.

Caspases promote a proteolysis cascade that degrades cellular protein targets, while the IAP protein family directly inhibits caspases. (This is an example of the positive/negative FEEDBACK mechanism at work).

This array includes TNF ligands and their receptors, members of the bcl-2, caspase, IAP, TRAF, CARD, death domain, death effector domain, and CIDE families, as well as genes involved in the p53 and DNA damage pathways.

Caspases and the apoptosome - Killers kept under control

The caspases are a family of proteins that are one of the main executors of the apoptotic process.

They belong to a group of enzymes known as cysteine proteases and exist within the cell as inactive pro-forms or zymogens.

Keywords, exist within the cell AS INACTIVE proto-forms.

These zymogens can be cleaved to form active enzymes following the induction of apoptosis. So splitting them off, allows them to then become potentially ACTIVATED.. Whence activated, the cascade reactions start to rip apart the cell (and of course facilitate cellular death). Stopping this from happening would be ONE pathway for cellular immortallizing.

Induction of apoptosis via death receptors typically results in the activation of an initiator caspase such as caspase 8 or caspase 10.

These caspases can then activate other caspases in a cascade.

This is where the DEATH sequence is actively promoting the disintegration of the DNA and other cellular proteins back into basic amino acids (that can potentially be recycled).

This cascade eventually leads to the activation of the effector caspases, such as caspase 3 and caspase 6.

These caspases are responsible for the cleavage of the key cellular proteins, such as cytoskeletal proteins, that leads to the typical morphological changes observed in cells undergoing apoptosis.

The Apopto-some

The program packet in other words, or a set of instructions and feedback mechanisms to activate various sub-routines to control how to kill.

There are a number of other mechanisms, aside from activation of the death receptors, through which the caspase cascade can be activated.

Granzyme B can be delivered into cells by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and is able to directly activate caspases 3, 7, 8 and 10.

The mitochondria are also key regulators of the caspase cascade and apoptosis. Release of cytochrome C from mitochondria can lead to the activation of caspase 9, and then of caspase 3. This effect is mediated through the formation of an apoptosome, a multi-protein complex consisting of cytochrome C, Apaf-1, pro-caspase 9 and ATP.

Caspases and chromatin breakdown

One of the hallmarks of apoptosis is the cleavage of chromosomal DNA into nucleosomal units.

The caspases play an important role in this process by activating DNases, inhibiting DNA repair enzymes and breaking down structural proteins in the nucleus.

This processes is illustrated below:

http://www.reading.ac.uk/nitricoxide/intro/apoptosis/chromatin.jpg

1) Inactivation of enzymes involved in DNA repair.

The enzyme poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase, or PARP, was one of the first proteins identified as a substrate for caspases. PARP is involved in repair of DNA damage and functions by catalyzing the synthesis of poly (ADP-ribose) and by binding to DNA strand breaks and modifying nuclear proteins. The ability of PARP to repair DNA damage is prevented following cleavage of PARP by caspase-3.

2) Breakdown of structural nuclear proteins.

Lamins are intra-nuclear proteins that maintain the shape of the nucleus and mediate interactions between chromatin and the nuclear membrane. Degradation of lamins by caspase 6 results in the chromatin condensation and nuclear fragmentation commonly observed in apoptotic cells.

3) Fragmentation of DNA.

The fragmentation of DNA into nucleosomal units - as seen in DNA laddering assays - is caused by an enzyme known as CAD, or caspase activated DNase. Normally CAD exists as an inactive complex with ICAD (inhibitor of CAD). During apoptosis, ICAD is cleaved by caspases, such as caspase 3, to release CAD. Rapid fragmentation of the nuclear DNA follows.

And there you have it, a cell is taken apart, reduced to bare components, and quite "dead".
