This video shows, for the first time, all four weather warfare operations, which are needed, to create the "Polar Vortex" over the USA.

The new discovery, is that a Haarp transmitter was used on November 23rd, to create an blockage in the jetstream, over the Texas panhandle. This obstruction caused the jetstream to fold farther north, into Canada. This deep fold is the last step in creating the artificial cold weather of the "Polar Vortex". The jetstream control in the western US causes the weather in the eastern US to be "crazy", as the jetstream whipsaws back and forth in the eastern US.

The "Polar Vortex" is a psy-op, to trick the American people into believing an ice age is coming, when in fact, the Earth is heating catastrophically.

Perhaps because of the excessive heat and ice melt, they are trying to superfreeze the ice and bring snows to keep the polar bear in it's habitat and the other winter seasons still in tact, here in the "the N American areas. Can you imagine the precipitation totals going in the air that could flood America out? I don't know, let's pray for the best, and ensure it's not for weaponry. Could use a little freezing with heat ranges spiking every summer. Maybe the scientist are putting some sort of natural cooling areas, that will help to keep rain and snow during the seasons to stablilize what they damaged with carbon excelleration the last 30 years. I'm sure they are into planetary "genesis projects," by now also. So let's dig to see who's behind it, and ensure it's not a psycho using it for alternative harm.:wizard:

Where I'm at in Canada its plus 8 degrees Celsius which is pretty rare at this time of year. Strange weather.
