I find the Wingmaker music so calming and yet energizing. Great to have in the background when you are trying to get something done . . .

The simple breathing exercise in this video also is calming and energizing. It can help you move through strong emotions and let them go . . . . .

I got into wingmakers music somewhere around the year 2000. I really like the Hakomi ones(Hakomi 1-6). That kind of music really opened me up to various kinds of music. As I understand it there is a version of open mindedness that relates to music. It served to open my musical mind a lot. The music in the video doesn't do it so much justice. The synths used in the hakomi music are at times at extraterrestrial level. Ancient Arrow had some good tracks too.

I2W-l6EJQaY Ancient Arrow project. According to the Wingmaker story there is supposed to be an Ancient Arrow archeological site where some of this music was found. But I am not sure if that is fact or fiction. According to the "story" of the dig, a gold disc was found and it supposedly was left by future descendants of humans for us to find at this time.
