Well done video that touches on the wider concept of addiction. The internet is just one many addictive 'choices'.

One could even become addicted to getting rid of their addictions. ;)

strangely the internet and global cell phone technology , is supposed to make the world more connected but , in reality it makes the world more disconnected , people talk on their phones instead of talking to the person next to them ... we have become addicted to being disconnected from the world around us , and dive in daily to a matrix full of others doing the same thing ...

The things I have seen people do while on their cell phones....I would be pages and pages...It never fails to surprise me when it happens.

Addiction won't exist if a man is completely detached from his/her past and lives in the present. If there's internet available, use it. If it's not available do not use it. Mankind tries to create routines in an unstagnant world. That's where the problem lies.
