Hi Guys.
I came across this on facebook. looks interesting. what do you think?
It's basically a sunken city I'm not sure if this Boredom Therapy website has any good credentials? check it out.

The story looks legit, but I didn't dig hard. There's a few places in the oceans off some coasts where they have found lots of underwater "stuff" that traces back thousands of years and are continuously pulling things up. The process is slow though - this could be any one of those.
The site is really just re-hashes of anything potentially viral - obviously the goal of the site is to make it's owner money - I am sure the topics matter none to him / her.

I think that between thirty and forty 'meters' deep within the ocean,
there be many sunken cities across the globe.

I watched a show on this find and it is real. They have retrieved many of the artifacts and have recreated a prototype what they believed the city looked like and entailed. :)

This is a genuine excavation and there are many around the world,
this is the basis of Graham Hancock work. Although this excavation
of Thonis-Heracleion is much later and not part of Grahams theory,
but still interesting glimpse into the past. It is also thought to be the
site of Cleopatra's palace.

May 02, 2013 - EGYPT - A lost city and vital port known as Heracleion to the
ancient Greeks and Thonis to ancient Egyptians was thought to be nothing but a
memory until a team from the European Institute for Underwater Archeology
(IEASM) discovered the mystical city submerged in the Mediterranean Sea.
Traces of Thonis-Heracleion were found four miles off the coast of Egypt, 30 feet
below the Aboukir Bay in 2000. The team, under French underwater archaeologist
Dr. Frank Goddio's direction, discovered many ruins, among them a monolithic
chapel, a giant red granite statue of the god Hapi and the largest known
concentration of ancient ships. It was the chapel that tipped off Goddio that it was
in fact the lost city.

Cleopatra's Palace: In Search Of A Legend (Egypt History Documentary)
Documentary of an underwater archeological expedition led by French explorer Franck
Goddio that explores the sunken ancient city of Alexandria, Egypt, where Cleopatra made
her home over 2,000 years ago. The underwater exploration team uses advanced scientific
methods to locate the remains of Cleopatra's sunken palace as well as the entire submerged
Royal Quarters in the harbor of modern Alexandria. Also uses re-enactments, computer
graphics and animation to present a picture of Cleopatra's life in ancient Alexandria.

Read something about this back in the summer. They were trying at the time to hoist the big statue's head. Tonage. I believe it's true.

Of interest, in the "Boredom Therapy" article I saw three statue different heads, ALL of which had broken noses. This damage is of such a nature that I would suspect it done deliberately and was not the result of "falling" or being inundated by the ocean.

There was a lot of ice melted during the ice age. The cliffs in the inaccessible Antarctica is just scary if it all melts. We could all be under 200 or so feet of water, as "Bassaggio" specified in the timeline of DC under water in the future. With the Canary islands and pushing and pulling of our planet, we must prepare more "floating" options also, for after the 36 hour rotation stop. We really haven't the time to keep playing around, and I'm really behind, but...I guess you can't plan for everything and eventually after doing all you can, it's really up to the Creator's forces, eh?

once this city was ABOVE sea level , the destroyer passed by and sent Earth into an upheaval , many were killed and coastal cities lost ... it passed by Earth every 575.5 years depending on which side of the sun the Earth was it was catastrophic ... the plejaren have since redirected it so that it threatens the earth no more ... it was the original reason for building the great pyramids , shelter from this looming comet ... written in contact reports is information in great detail about such things of earth's distant past ...

Question to Ghostrider: Your comment on the "comet", Nebiru (?), gives me an opportunity to ask members if they can clarify the conflicting information on the internet about this celestial body. One site claims that it has been orbiting the sun between Mercury and the sun, very quietly, I presume, since 2003. If so, its tail of ROCKS may be pointed away from the sun and at some point towards us, along with its Southern Pole. The Inuit have warned NASA that the North Pole of Earth has shifted (presumably toward Siberia) and their days have become longer. How much farther will it pull us? Will it result in a flip of the Poles?
Secondly, a South American business man experimenting with his fast camera while flying at 15,000 ft in the Southern hemisphere, photographed a bright planet or sun surrounded by seven moons evenly spaced from its surface (there may be more which were not visible). The arrival of something like this into our solar system could cause a pole shift also.
Thirdly, the much feared Nemesis of 26,000 years approx. passage, now due, will cause our Sun to speed up in an effort to evade Nemesis' magnetic field, likely leaving the planets, like a kite's tail, to play catch up. On a planet with an ocean, this can be the end. If Nebiru is actually close to the sun, this may counter its speed saving Earth. Nostradamus said it would take the moon away from us and something would remain in its stead which would be to the benefit of Earth. Now I am possibly adding peas and chickens here and coming up with apples. Any thoughts on the subject?

Ice ages are considered to pull the ocean levels back approximately 100 meters (in depth).
If the ice caps we have now were to completely melt, it is considered that the ocean levels would rise approx 270 meters.
