Yes, I would agree that it is a great idea. It makes you realize just how busy this place is and how busy the team is keeping it going. All volunteers too. Maybe we should suggest the powers that be use this concept as a template for leadership. I've always thought we should pay our politicians minimum wage just to see how fast the minimum wage goes up (in the USA that is). Yes, that's a joke.

Congratulations Project Avalon !

Accountability has never been a problem.. I've always said that I wish folks could peek behind the curtain and get a chance to see how amazing this team really is. So many different backgrounds and skill sets and personality types, all working as a team.. Everyone committed to what Avalon stands for. Avalons strength has always been its members and I do not foresee that ever changing..

Frankly, this is overdue,, IMHO. I've seen too many smart folks leave the forum because they simply assumed too much.. I look forward too a bit more understanding, on this front.
