She dropped the ball when the C.I.A. was given information that might very well have prevented the 9/11 attacks; she gleefully participated in torture sessions afterward; she misinterpreted intelligence in such a way that it sent the C.I.A. on an absurd chase for Al Qaeda sleeper cells in Montana. And then she falsely told congressional overseers that the torture worked." "But instead of being sanctioned, she was promoted.

While this is a decent article, and I welcome shedding some light in the darkness, it is part of the deception. Notice the narrative of the "one bad apple" giving the CIA a bad name. If anyone thinks this was some rogue agent off on her own, they are blind and ignorant. This is the CIA that has been involved in every major assassination in this country, that is the biggest illegal drug producer and distributor in the world and that most certainly was involved in the 9/11 false flag. Too bad the New Yorker doesn't just come out and say the truth, instead of dancing around it like this. I bet they even know her name and are not publishing it. All too typical, in my opinion, for the corporate mainstream "news."

Maybe it's Mad Hater Madelyn Albright who dual citizen and once stated the war in Afghanistan "was worth it." She had heard about the rubies, emeralds, gold, and precious metals in the mountains as well as archaeological studies yielding information. The woman is an evil troll to the nth degree. She's on the intel and tri-lateral commission?

Also why I didn't vote for Hillary. She was front and center in NH and stood out like a old vampire. Does it even smile? I think only when "its worth it" that she smiles.:mad2:

Yeah and she may be that one thread, that will unravel it all. I wonder how well she'd do under the waterboarding?

Alfreda got some splanin to do.:wizard:

Bikowski's identity was leaked piecemeal after she did a hell of a lot of interviews with journalists. Alfreda Frances Bikowski was the head of the CIA's ''Global Jihad Unit'' She comes across as a first rate psychopath.

These stories were written for political purposes. The entire report on the CIA was a partisan hit piece that had no real value other than to attempt to do some political damage. The report did not make one recommendation for change at the CIA. This story used anonymous sources to give information on an anonymous CIA woman. The timing of this report was very intentional. Realistically think about this paragraph in the New Yorker story:

She dropped the ball when the C.I.A. was given information that might very well have prevented the 9/11 attacks; she gleefully participated in torture sessions afterward; she misinterpreted intelligence in such a way that it sent the C.I.A. on an absurd chase for Al Qaeda sleeper cells in Montana. And then she falsely told congressional overseers that the torture worked.

She had info that could have prevented 9/11...........this must make her some sort of super-spy. Also, if 9/11 was really a false flag wouldn't that bear witness to the fact that this article is fiction.

One story says she participated in many sessions of torture and the other story says she actively participate on one session of torture.

She gleefully participated in the torture sessions. Well how would they know how much glee she had in her heart, were they there? How many gleeful sessions did she really participate in, one, many or maybe none at all?

She personally partook in the waterboarding of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the architect of the 9/11 attacks, at a black site in Poland. According to the Senate report, she sent a bubbly cable back to C.I.A. headquarters in 2003, anticipating the pain they planned to inflict on K.S.M. in an attempt to get him to confirm a report from another detainee, about a plot to use African-American Muslims training in Afghanistan for future terrorist attacks.

The above is nothing more than false and intentional media speculation to fulfill a political agenda that the publication has as its core mission.

She sent a bubbly report back to headquarters about the pain she was going to inflict on a detainee. Oh please, a bubbly report about the pain she was going to inflict. First off she would have been fired for sending such a cable and don't you find this description odd. Something just does not sound right here.

Outside of her gleeful participation in torture, the bubbly cable is about one of the funniest lines I have ever seen written and attributed to a CIA agent.

The entire report on the CIA was written by politicians for politicians to achieve a political agenda.

The information given to the politicians(by the CIA) was nothing more than misinformation with the intent to misdirect the politicians. The political report on the CIA should be viewed a humorous fictional reading which intentionally duped politicians.

Also to muddy the waters further and to misdirect the media even deeper many journalist are speculating that "the woman" was actually a man! No one has been able to connect the dots. Some have speculated but no one can say for sure.

There is so much misdirection and misinformation in these media stories that their only value is as good entertainment pieces. There is one thing that we can be sure of.............when the CIA is sitting around a conference table on Tuesday mornings reviewing the media file, they are laughing so hard that Seattle's Best is all over the conference room floor!

I would also venture that the Wikipedia page about Alfreda Franes Bikowsky (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfreda_Frances_Bikowsky) is complete and utter deception.

I agree with you rgray222. The media's role in the handling of information, and in the construction of false reports and testimonies to justify the speeches of the US State Department and military interventions has long been proved . misinformation is rampant today in the international news. in addition there are more than 1,000 intelligence agents who infiltrated the main Anglo-Saxon media and they can no longer be regarded as reliable. Soyez paranoïaque et vous serez toujours en deçà de la réalité…

I agree, I would rather be informed than paranoid but sometimes the info comes with a degree of paranoia.

Please let me suggest that we don’t need to choose between denunciation, on the one hand, and silence, on the other. That is an unnecessary choice, a false dichotomy. Denunciation plays into their hands, which is unintended complicity.Silence is also complicity .Instead of these two approaches, what’s needed is education about what going on, about propaganda, cointelpro. Education about agents of all kinds, especially agents provocateurs, their history, who employs them, their tactics.

There is a huge literature on this.

I got to go Good Night everyone!

Bad entertainment, rrrgray222, bad entertainment. And as entertainment is, literally, "keeping-("tain")-in-between-("enter”)", or in other words, containment between mental prison bars, "bad entertainment" is even a pleonasm.

They want to entertain us. Us to entertain them. They want it bad. They want it real bad. We want it bad, real bad.

How can we detain them from it, unless by detaining them?

The bad apple concept seems to be a key control tool, when will we hear about systemic corruption? However in the minds of the people enough bad apples and they might start looking at the barrel
