1. The Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after section 443:

Interference with critical infrastructure


443.1 (1) Every person commits an offence who, wilfully and without lawful excuse,


(a) destroys or damages any part of a critical infrastructure;


(b) renders any part of a critical infrastructure dangerous, useless, inoperative or ineffective; or


(c) obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of any part of a critical infrastructure.

443.1 (1) Commet une infraction quiconque volontairement et sans excuse légitime, selon le cas :

a) détruit ou détériore une partie d’une infrastructure essentielle;

Punishment


(2) Subject to subsection (3), every person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is guilty of


(a) an indictable offence and liable to a minimum fine of $3,000 and imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years; or


(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to a minimum fine of $500 and imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years less a day.

Well Rutherford brought the federal enumerator on his show and asked him if anyone knows who Canadians vote for. Rutherford and most Canadians got the shock of their lives when he said everyone knows who you vote for:
When you go to vote in your riding and check in there's a number by your name. It's the same number on the ballot slip you receive to vote with. All the enumerator or government needs to do is match both numbers up and there you go we no longer live in a FREE COUNTRY.
It would go a long way if the conservatives went on a long holiday to restore a great country back to a shining lustre.

In eight short years, the Conservative governement has tackled head many elements that contribute to making Canada a democracy respectful of human rights and guaranteeing the safety and well being of its citizens:

Abortion, oldage pensions,unemployment insurance, international cooperation, register firearms, food inspection, financing culture, rights of workers, scientific research, the right to information, immigration and refugee protection. Prime Minister Harper is the most despotic and most toxic that our country has known. Today they posted a cartoon of Stephen Harper giving a speech and saying "With regard to emissions Canada has a good story to tell . . . . we've taken a sector by sector approach to address climate criticisms . . . . we muzzled the scientists, then we cracked down on environmental groups, next we silenced . . . . ."

As far as crossing the border we already have been lied to. If you have no criminal record, never been arrested, never been in trouble with the law you will still be harrassed.

I had to laugh at the 11 day celebration to the veterans this year when it was the conservatives that have axed the veterans pensions and made alot of them homeless. No one else but the conservatives could play up how well they respect veterans but all along are making them homeless.

Every sector of the economy has been tampered with by the conservatives and either broke it or destroyed peoples right to make a living.

I think the conservatives are trying to destroy a GREAT COUNTRY. No one else could even touch the damage that has been laid upon us. Case in point the conservatives wanted to balance the budget for 2015 (election year) NOT ONE TIME have they mentioned the debt which has gone up like a rocket launcher. Our great, great, great, great, great, great grand kids will never pay the national debt off.

We could go on and on but everyone knows we are being taken advantage of. We keep paying more and getting less and less. Time and actions by the conservatives is showing that conservatism is failing.

There's a very simple way to fix the system. On the ballots for municipal, provincial and federal elections a new box which states: "NONE OF THE ABOVE" We do not need any of these fellows that don't care about the country or people. What we need is new blood and when they start being dishonest we simply mark the X - NONE OF THE ABOVE and get someone else.
