They dont know when, but looks like there might be some activity again in Ruapehu. All those north of Wellington should make preparations

Weed is a crutch that brings a bit of a mental state of expansion...for a time..at the expense of illumination or expansion with natural ways. ie, it uses up the chemicals in the body that would normally be used for such meditations.
So, in essence, no weed means that you can meditate and clearly reach the outer edges of awareness and beyond. Note that weed kills REM sleep. A big clue there. You can use weed to force a sense of the elevated state ...but in the same act...deplete the body electric so it doesn't work correctly after that.
