The last day of 2014! What a ride! Much to celebrate that we survived it. :)


Deepening into truth, I meditated on the mantra that Avalon was founded around.


The truth no matter where it leads us.
I was gifted with the most exquisite view of truth this morning and I would like to share. It is no secret we will never find truth looking outside. Truth can't be found until we are able to hold the dark and the light inside of our selves.. this is the cosmic forge.

When we finally come home into our own body temple the doors to the cosmos open and we begin to realize that we are the alchemists and the transformation..

The Divine field of intelligence becomes our guide and compass, and the journey just begins!

May this coming year be one of great revelations..

Inner Knowing.. outward pouring. The great fields of compassionate clarity are opening.

This step (still ongoing) has been a real big one for me and a work in progress.

I do hold both darkness and light within me. The trick (for me) is in choosing which to bring forth in my words and deeds after weighing both in my thoughts. I found when I deny my thoughts, whether dark or not, simply suppresses a part of me which later comes back in more sinister and destructive forms.

I also use the term darkness as opposed to dark as I found that what I call dark may often be seen as light to another and at the end of the day, isn't it all light after all? This back lit illusion?

2015 will be another interesting year to exist in, to travel the time line on; as were all the other ones before; one continuous journey from the now in to the now.....we are always in the now but somehow moving forward.

In support of your thoughts, here's a vid of a man who expresses what we all hold to be true. I came across this just this morning, as synchronicity would have it (and it always does! ;)) and was planning to post it here even before I read your message. The presenter is Dada Gunamuktananda, a Yogi and meditation teacher. What he has to say is not new to us, of course, but I like the way he says it. One can never hear the truth too often, yes? His delivery is quite notable for his humility, eloquence and humour. (Also, I've never seen anyone on a stage so comfortable in his own physicality, I guess due to his yogic training. Note how he stands with his arms simply hanging at his sides, with no fidgeting or movement, demonstrating an almost impossible quietness. Try it some time!)

Synopsis: The exploration of inner space, our own consciousness, is ultimately connected to our discovery of outer space. As above, so below. Just as the world becomes a smaller place with increase in communication and transport technology, so the universe becomes a smaller place with the increase in meditation technology!

A message from the Grandmother Spirits about 2015 that I received in prayer a few days ago-

It will be time of truth. Many awakenings. The war mongers will pound their drums but, the people won't go.

Reading the thread Shockwaves posted by Jerry under Conspiracy Research and other threads regarding disclosure gives me hope for a mass awakening.

There can be a kind of elitist attitude by those who are awake toward those who aren't. I encourage all awake ones to hold compassion, understanding, love, and kindness toward those who are just waking up. It's going to be a bumpy ride for many of them when they realize that most of their world is a based on a false reality.
