Ok so does anyone else 'think' (some don't but that's another thread :) )
Doesn't anyone else see a pattern here?

This last month+ there has been a new prediction of the 'world ending' every other day - just not getting a little much? - over and over again.

I have over the years of hearing gloom and doom prophesies decided that

1) people that perpetuate it are
a) possibly very bored - adrenaline junky's
b) needing therapy
c) getting paid by TPTB as another method to generate fear (more fear = more control)

2) creating distraction - from those that are actually disclosing truth - this also puts everyone in the same pot as those that are in 1)b someone needing therapy. a) also dismissed - by other new seekers in truth.

3)There are also those that discredit ALL the other genuine people and everyones intelligence by saying that

a) flashy-blinky-silvery balloons that move or don't move are ufo's
b) lens flares ARE (or imply they are) multi dimensional beings or ufo's
c) blurred objects ARE (or imply they are) ufo's or multi-dimensional beings
d) lights in the sky that are lens distorted and blurred are ufo's
e) anything that goes bump in the night are ufo's and abductions
f) anything anyone says - is exactly what they claim it to be! God forbid you question them....

Any authentic site that I know that also promotes fake photo's and ET video's as being real - when they are not - ARE immediately subject to being discredited by 'normal' people seeking answers and thus the whole movement.

tptb of course KNOW this and use it by placing their peons - and want-a-be's to back each other up.

4) take over forums in groups so that they may pat themselves on the back with their nonsense and loose those that are again genuine seekers.
Taking us back to 1)c

In majority of cases , it could be simply, lack of discernment .

Some 20 or 30 years ago, planes were not so many, small percentage of the satellites and various other objects in orbital zone,
yet I can recall when we watched sky at night, when I was a kid, on couple of ocassions we saw something..
would anyone bother to report : I saw lights moving out of order , for few minutes, among stars ?
I doubt that seriously but that's what people do these days, internet makes it easy, so flooding pages with one or two little stories more seemingly makes no difference.

It's a distraction . I mean, unless you are gifted to scroll through pages and discern between possible quality of content quickly, internet is just a flood of disinformation.

Too many parties trying to convince you about their theory/truth being on the right path.

Then, there are people with low IQs, low morals and innocent prankstankers as well.

And then psychopats who think that ETs or Ufology are easy way to fame . How shortsighted they are .

Finally, there are Ufologists and Scientists and those mess it up still a bit more, usually.

Majority of 'scientists' deny reality of ET intelligencies forwards for two main reasons :

a/ they were taught to be skeptical and that ETs and Ufos are not the real deal or straightaway hoax

b/ they can sense that if ETs were as the tales go, here and around, they'd have to be toooo intelligent for us to be able to match our science with theirs

c/ it's lots of work

Ufologists have limited options and resources so what they mostly focused on in past , was collecting evidence .
With the internet boom again, there seems to be too many reports to investigate and lack of experienced ufologists ( lets not forget that the genuine cases are scarce ), so also investigations are hindered.
Some of the great folks are experts on Roswell and Tunguska and what everyone else also approves , well, common agreement is always important and wins in communities . And to create and support community or research is never easy.
So if there's thousand people to pay for your way through , one needs to be in agreement with at least half of them ..

So again, all go to Roswell for Xmas, it's customary

To whom to apply ?

Lets address general public, for change..It would sound like : Don't report shooting stars or lamps hanging behind trees, and don't create 'ufo like pictures' of those ,
because else you are hindering genuine ufo reports being seen and discernable among the many like likes.

Of course, it may not help anyway. I'm overly skeptical after gaining my experience and education in human world that anything really works.
