View Full Version : Greer's Disclosure Project Witness "Protection"

Greetings, fellow Avalonians, and best wishes for the new year!

In part of his New Year emailing, Dr. Stephen Greer details the rationale given to all whistleblowers that have approached him. It uses legalistic terminology that I had not encountered before. Whether it lulled any reticent whistleblowers into feeling secure enough to come forward is up for debate, but I provide an excerpt here because I find it an interesting approach to the whole issue of disclosure. We all know that TPTB are unlikely to be fazed by the pronouncements of anyone, let alone a civilian doctor. My take is that they are using him in a classic "honeypot" role. Anyway, Greer is now calling for a "second wave" of whistleblowers to come forward. If they do, and they are anywhere near as informed as the first "wave" of witnesses, Greer's project will continue to serve as an important conduit for at least SOME of the most courageous people I've ever listened to!

Capitals are the original format. Make of it what you will:

"Second: I am calling for a second large wave of Disclosure Witnesses: Government, Defense, Intelligence and Corporate witnesses to UFO and ET-related events, projects, research and technology. These whistle-blowers are freed from ANY AND ALL NATIONAL SECURITY OATHS AND AGREEMENTS SINCE THE PROJECTS RELATED TO UFOS ARE ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND THEREFORE THEY CANNOT USE THE LAW TO SILENCE THEM.

This strategic policy was established in 1998 when we wrote to every relevant branch of the US government stating that 1) the UFO related operations were illegal and that 2) therefore we would come forward with top secret witnesses who would henceforth be freed from the constraints of any oaths signed or taken and that 3) we would do this unless otherwise directed. ( In military protocol and parlance this is an UNOD letter: Unless Otherwise Directed, we will proceed with this plan of action and assume your silence equals agreement. We were never officially informed otherwise, hence the launch of the global Disclosure movement at the National Press Club on May 9, 2001.)"

My take is that they are using him in a classic "honeypot" role.

You mean kind of like the light bulb inside the Bug Zapper?

There is no such thing as "Witness Protection". When they decide that you need to be silenced, one way or another you will be silenced. And there will be no kind of "legalities" that will save you.

History has proven this time and time again.

Greer is sort of like Paul of the Bible was about 2000 years ago; an agent of Rome....both doing sort of the same thing for Ceasar so to speak.

Thank you for this, you are so right. My limited contact with him and his group made it clear to me his agenda was not a straightforward one at all...

I use the term as it is used in the spy world, (without the sex, though! :p) as, an agent or operation set up or allowed to exist by the surveillance apparatus for the purpose of 'attracting' and exposing whistleblowers. Once they reveal themselves, they can then be monitored.

And yes, the monitoring may lead to a 'silencing' order.

As I said, those who come forward (with or without believing faux legal protection promises) are very courageous. We owe them our gratitude and admiration.

Namaste,

Brian

That's correct.
