This is just a sliver of the rabbit hole, but it is indeed a confirmed part of it from my experiences... Hopefully this causes more awareness of truth, than it does pointless fear... Optimally no fear would happen as result of my articles. Sometimes reality can be a little ominous.. However I feel things like this should be spoken about, and those that fear it should learn to conquer fear.

I have learned that the apex of the pyramid of power on earth, have thought surveillance technology. How else would electronic telepathy be possible than to track what goes on inside minds.
I have experienced plenty of electronic telepathy with these sources so I know for sure it exists. I know for sure they monitor every thought that I personally have. I have not had the illusion of privacy for many years.
Thought monitoring technology involves artificial intelligence tracking thought and other variables. When I say they monitor my thoughts I am not saying some guy is sitting there listening, it is AI.
Being a contactee of extraterrestrial races attracts attention of governments at times. I am unsure what level the US shadow government has achieved but I imagine their goal is to make every mind on the planet in their transhuman network. 1984 epitomized(The year I was born oddly enough)...
This technology is likely very advanced used by black ops. The public sector is working on this process as well. Here is a snip from an article of such by newscientist.com:

I hope the people reading this are savvy enough to not fear such a thing. I am in the belly of the beast, in a severe torture and suppression black ops program of US military/Intelligence networks. And I have no fear of it. In my view there is no reason to fear being yourself.
I have been played recordings of my consciousness by both extraterrestrials and US shadow government sources. They both track the minds of people...
They track people's mind's these days for the most important targets at the very least. I guess I should be flattered they give me so much attention...
