I started to read it. The first pragraphs didn't tell anything new. It was good to refresh the memory though.

I've skimmed a few pages, and I agree with Guish. I was hoping for something advanced, detailed, and new, but I don't think this is quite what I was looking for -- that said it still looks like it would be useful to many.
