I have not been browsing the forums for awhile so I do not know whether this topic has already been discussed - it has taken my attention and I am hopeful that others will be interested as well.
"...amazing new plans coming soon, linked to surveillance LEDs in the US that Laser Light Communications in the US in collaboration with Raytheon (owned by a UK firm, Pegasus Global Holdings) are going to launch a REVOLUTIONARY constellation of 12 satellites in Medium Earth Orbit (10,000 kms) using high powered Laser Light through an Optical Satellite System (OSS) to connect the global fiber-optic network both terrestrial and undersea...." (Uncensored Magazine page. 7, Issue 37 Sept- Dec 2014).
The article states among other issues that the current radio-communications will become - shall we say - redundant. The estimated date of deployment is mid 2017. The article mentions that aircraft will be flown by waves of light and among other activities the LEDs will be in every major city enabling the tracking of every human being on the planet.
Just wanted to share this subject. It certainly needs discussion and humans everywhere have the right to know what is being planned and how it will impact on their lives and the lives of their Children.
I for one do not want to be microchipped and I am a law abiding citizen and do not need to be tracked for any reason. I feel this is an absolute violation of my freedom as a human being who shares this earth with others.
Much Peace - while we work our way through this madness to a place where we can all get along with a sense of trust and purpose - Amanda

Thankfully, there is no mention of the system being used directly to track human movements (more cel phone info about your location, of course, can be piped around the world at a much faster rate than is currently possible). The word 'submarine' is only used to describe the sunken optical cables that this system will be a part of. Likewise, there is no mention of the dreaded use of implanted chips (for the general population). So we're okay there. Why would TPTB need to implant chips anyway? Cel phone users practically have them embedded already!
HOWEVER, this planned "upgrade" of terrestrial communications DOES give me the creeps when I consider how much more useful such a network will be to any AI system that wants to control human infrastructure (and all those humans who already are chipped and controlled).
Cheers!
Brian
