nobody holds the universal truth in this matter because it's a complex issue but each one of them has had actual healings done. a lot of them. it might be that we have common traits and also individual traits.
The best resource for Natural Medicine I consider it to be
www.earthclinic.com (http://www.earthclinic.com).
It's one of the best around. It has so much testimony that you can start a new degree and science solely based on that.

The greatest of all is Gerson. This man laid out the theoretical foundation of why we have disease.
1 Toxins And 2 Deficiency
in any array of combinations.
I might add that there are also other causes - 3 Organ malfunction(due to all others but if the organs don't work right this should be the first to adress) , 4 Outside stress, 5 Spiritual lack of explanations 6 lack of sleep
Infections when they come they are a result of over toxicity. I got that from boutenko. I seems that bacteria comes after you if you're toxic. Consider a skin infection . Toxins go out through the skin to get eliminated and bacteria have a natural signal to start the body decomposition to reintegrate it in nature. The immune system keeps it in balance. But if you help the body get rid of the toxic material and you sustain the process the bacteria will not attack you anymore. It's a good working theory.
Deficiency is about food. Natural food , ancient food. Raw or cooked.
Also a good working theory would say of why the plants are beneficial. I think they learn the body new tricks. They deliver knowledge and make the body much more powerfull. So the last stage of why we have disease might be a lack of Biological IQ
I think food gives the body energy, power and also building blocks of health... microelements which first of all are organic and not isolated and second they are in far greater number than the ones known to the close minded white coats.

I have learned much from listening to John Bergman. He has cures for many diseases that the traditional medical does not provide a remedy. His videos on youtube teach.

Dr Richard Schulze . i forgot about him. Self healer first and foremost.
He tells people that he can recognise the taste and smell of thousands of plants.
On a side note
this a possible explanation of the ""placebo"" and deppression which some cretins on this planet blame on genetics
Dr. Bruce Cunningham . I found him by accident on youtube. small number of views and this single video. But I really loved his empathy and wisdom. He comes from a western point of view and knows how to speak the western language. I got some very good ideas from him and me research further into shamanism.

28618I was just thinking about creating a thread about Healthy Eating and natural medecine yesterday. I started looking at my Diet when I started to train as a cyclist. Basically, processed food should be kept low and natural healthy food should be included more. I've attached a PDF for you, guys.
