Avalonians,
A friend takes his ex to court to save his child from vaccination. He is now setting up the case with a lawyer.
Have there been more cases like this in Germany? If not, this could be quite interesting to say the least.
Up against the billion dollar/euro industry, what could help us non-vaccine peeps most, in such a case?
Premium lawyer/experts/... ???
I am not sure. Therefore I throw out this little baitfish. Any suggestions or thoughts?
Love, Orobo.

A friend takes his ex to court
This is the actual key phrase here.
If both parents are not on board, the state will more than likely side with the parent who has actual custody of the child.

I will check if I have stated that correctly. It lingered in my head also...
thanks. O

Ugh! sad that formalities like adult marriage can have any effect on the irreversible damage done to a child's body by vaccines.
That the court can just arbitrarily throw a life away because of the technicalities of who controls it.
thanks OP for trying.

Thanks,
I am surprised by the standard reactions when talking about vaccines, or other stuff for that matter. I feel weird, several paradigms removed from civilization "1".
I said, to my father in law, who is a general practitioner and a great man; "Use a 1000hrs on internet research, and youŽll agree"...but they have been told the internet canŽt be trusted, it's totally texas there... There is no control!
I told him;"Duh....that's the whole point!" : )
Update;
Got a mail from my friend.
It is his ex that takes him to court, to get his 50%parental responsibilities/rights overruled so she can get the child vaccinated.
This changes the case, it will be not easy for her. But, they BOTH have to build their argumentation, why she thinks vaccines will not be damaging, and the opposite for him.
I certainly hope the lawyer is a good one. Or that a knowledgeable and motivated one shows up.
love,
O

In Germany parents have joined custody unless there is a real problem that one parent cannot have custody

Yes, here I am curious if the "conspiracy nut"-dad will be considered sane. He is, for sure, but what about the system in which he is willingly planting his feet. Like a lamb going inside the lion's den to negotiate not to be eaten.
Is the european court system better than the US? I read so much **** is going on there...especially with custody and alimo.
