A stunning Federal Security Services (FSB) report on the nearly two million highly classified top-secret documentsobtained from the United States Department of Defense (DOD) run National Security Agency-Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) by the American ex-patriot Edward Snowden states that this information is providing“incontrovertible proof” that an “alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda” is driving US domestic and international policy, and has been doing so since at least 1945.

Edward Snowden is a computer specialist, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee, and former NSA/CSS contractor who disclosed these classified documents to several media outlets in late 2012 and was granted temporary asylum in Russia in 2013 after his designation by the Obama regime as the “most wanted man on earth.”

This FSB report further states that Snowden, in December, 2012, contacted the highly respected American columnist, blogger, and author Glenn Greenwald by an email headed with the subject line stating, “I and others have things you would be interested in.?.?.?.”

In Snowden’s own words, this report continues, he outlined to Greenwald the reason for his highly secretive group obtaining and releasing these documents by warning that that there “were actually two governments in the US: the one that was elected, and the other, secret regime, governing in the dark.”

As to who is running this “secret regime” Snowden and his cohorts were warning about, FSB experts in this report say, was confirmed this past weekend by former Canadian defense minister Paul Hellyer who was given access to all of Snowden’s documents by Russian intelligence services and stated they were, indeed, “accurate.”

Even though Defense Minister Hellyer’s exact statements to the FSB in regards to Snowden’s documents remain classified, shortly after his “extensive electronic interview” by the FSB he was allowed to appear on Russia Today’s program SophieCo this past fortnight [see video HERE] where he shockingly admitted that aliens have “been visiting our planet for thousands of years” and described several types of these extraterrestrials, including “Tall Whites” who are working with the US Air Force in Nevada.

Of the many explosive revelations in this FSB report, the one most concerning to Russian authorities are the Snowden’s documents “confirming” that the “Tall Whites” (further revealed by Defense Minister Hellyer as noted above) are the same extraterrestrial alien race behind the stunning rise of Nazi Germany during the 1930’s.

In just one example of the many outlined in this FSB report, it shows that with this “alien assistance,” at the end of the 1930’s, when Nazi Germany possessed just 57 submarines, over the four years of World War II it built 1,163 modern technologically advanced submarines at its dockyards and even put them into operation.

Snowden’s documents further confirm, this report says, the “Tall Whites” (Nordic) meetings in 1954 with US President Dwight D. Eisenhower where the “secret regime” currently ruling over America was established.

Most disturbingly, this FSB report warns, is that the “Tall White” agenda being implemented by the “secret regime” ruling the United States calls for the creation of a global electronic surveillance system meant to hide all true information about their presence here on earth as they enter into what one of Snowden’s documents calls the “final phase” of their end plan for total assimilation and world rule.

Interesting Stuff.

One thing I've always wondered about was the coverage in the Guardian Newspaper here in the UK. On the one hand you have coverage of the core Snowden documents - which one would think goes against the establishment. On the other hand you have the Guardian coverage of the Ukraine crisis, which shows complete establishment control. I could never quite reconcile the two.

There are lots of whistleblowers who give anecdotal testimony identical to this, that Eisenhower did in fact have encounters with ETs after WW2, as part of ET/US military interactions, and it's not secret that the top Nazis were into occult meetings where they were consulting non-human intelligences. As far as Sorcha Faal and WhatDoesItMean.com. I did some investigation into this site and posted a thread about it in the disinformation forum on PA. I've come to the conclusion that this site is more than a simple "poison the wells" type of disinformation site. The information they post is not really news to the alternative community. Instead it's typically stuff that we already have heard many times from other sources, sometimes adding in a missing piece or two which fits perfectly with the rest, such as howling noises being heard in Florida before the Virginia earthquake being related to the underground vacuum tunnels (for supersonic trains) being filled with air so that they could be bombed by white-hats. That the Virginia and Colorado earthquakes were underground bombings of cabal "escape tunnels" was talked about by a lot of people, and the seismographs are clearly not typical earthquake events. This is what I discussed in the thread I posted elsewhere here.

Anyway, the difference from this source and all the other sources we get the same information from, is that WhatDoesItMean.com attributes this information to sources that are very obviously false, and then it sometimes gets picked up by major media. You could look at this two ways:

1) This is done so that the MSM articles can be easily discredited. But then why use the exact same information as more credible sources, and why put it on MSM in the first place when it's so much easier to just ignore it and not even give the idea any credibility, as they have always done?

2) This is done so that the information can be disseminated in a way that gives plausible deniability to those who have aired the article, protecting real sources.

So there is good info in the article but the website itself obviously attributes it to false sources. This is exactly what I'm talking about. It leads to the two possibilities I posted above, and I don't think it's likely that if someone wanted to do a disinfo job, they'd repeat the exact same credible information that they're trying to distract from. It's too easy to find the real sources.

Years ago I traced the whatdoesitmean website to a street address in Vienna, Virginia. Then I found that the address belonged to a govt agency.

I would be very skeptical of any information from this site or the so called Sorcha Faal.

A quick search on PA will turn up plenty of info that will show the complete lack of legitimacy for whatdoesitmean and Sorcha Faal. I tend to treat both as nonsense and ignore them. A little bit of truth mixed with an enormous amount of disinfo is probably a waste of time for most people.

If you look through "Sorcha Faal's" articles, even though the given sources are obviously false, it'd be interesting to see if you can point out what exactly is disinfo and why you think so. I've read many of the articles from that site and I usually already knew most of it from many other sources. So it would be a fun experiment to see what exactly this site says that other, credible witnesses haven't, and what the significance of these details might be as far as trying to disinform people.

There is disinfo everywhere and frankly I don't 100% trust anyone or anything. But I really don't think this issue is as black-and-white as you're making it. Even the Pentagon has white-hats under its roof.

Remember Gary McKinnon although not mentioning Tall Whites is a significant

Art Campbell Brings with him to this years X-Conference an astounding story backed up with
witness testimony. Manuel Kirklin, was an Air Force Medic and high altitude chamber specialist
stationed at Holloman AFB in 1955. Kirklin details several eye witness reports of President
Eisenhower at Holloman on or about February 11th, 1955 in Ike's third year of his first term.
After Ike's arrival at Holloman, two UFOs flew over the flight line; one landed near Iks's plane,
Columbine III, and Ike went aboard. What was intriguing about the incident was that the
President snuck away from thirty or so reporters while on a bird hunting expedition near
Thomasville, GA during high international tension over Formosa (Taiwan). Campbell's
investigation includes information through guards assigned to the president, the complete
flight records and two additional independent witnesses who give LIVE video taped testimony.
This story and the trail of investigation that followed provide compelling proof that President
Eisenhower did indeed met with beings from another planet at Holloman AFB in 1955.

Thanks for posting. I had so many reactions to this video that ranged from ‘Oh Wow! it’s happened. Disclosure. Then he went down the rabbit hole. Disclosure requires Exposure. We have to expose the cabal before we can move on with open contact and it’s a tremendous hurdle. This convention, what was it? Citizens Disclosure? When, where did this happen? Before May of last year it appears.

I see the msm are not taking much notice of Mr Hellyer despite the ‘formal’ nature of these proceedings wherever they were, covered by what media? When he mentioned who was working with US Government, I took it to mean 2 races, not two individual ETs, so I think the vid title is somewhat erroneous and Mr Hellyer would have done better to refrain from reading from his book and waxing lyrical about the brave new world he envisioned post Berlin Wall, but the first ten minutes are outstanding!

I just can’t believe it’s not mainstream news, as he so rightly pointed out, humanity has a right to know about contact with other races and hundreds of thousands already do, we know it concerns us. To be denied the opportunity to transform our planet for the betterment of all is a crime against humanity and the planet and the perpetrators of that deceit for their own profit must be exposed and made accountable although that’s such a boring trial when there’s so much good to be thinking about, the possibilities of healing the world and the fantastic implications of stepping into the galactic community.

I’ll tweet it, anyway and say here how grateful I am to the very courageous Hon. Paul Hellyer. An open mind and a cool head. Bravo!

May I suggest we put lots of protection around him.

I can't agree with Greer saying that all ETs are good but I'm not particularly worried about the "bad" ones either, and I agree 100% that the energy industry is a major problem in holding us back.
