The chip allows employees to open doors and use the photocopier without a traditional pass card

Want to gain entry to your office, get on a bus, or perhaps buy a sandwich? We're all getting used to swiping a card to do all these things. But at Epicenter, a new hi-tech office block in Sweden, they are trying a different approach - a chip under the skin.
Felicio de Costa, whose company is one of the tenants, arrives at the front door and holds his hand against it to gain entry. Inside he does the same thing to get into the office space he rents, and he can also wave his hand to operate the photocopier.
That's all because he has a tiny RFID (radio-frequency identification) chip, about the size of a grain of rice, implanted in his hand. Soon, others among the 700 people expected to occupy the complex will also be offered the chance to be chipped. Along with access to doors and photocopiers, they're promised further services in the longer run, including the ability to pay in the cafe with a touch of a hand.
On the day of the building's official opening, the developer's chief executive was, himself, chipped live on stage. And I decided that if was to get to grips with this technology, I had to bite the bullet - and get chipped too.
The whole process is being organised by a Swedish bio-hacking group which was profiled by my colleague Jane Wakefield recently. One of its members, a rather fearsome looking tattooist, inserted my chip.
First, he massaged the skin between my thumb and index finger and rubbed in some disinfectant. The he told me to take a deep breath while he inserted the chip. There was a moment of pain - not much worse than any injection - and then he stuck a plaster over my hand.
Before trying my chip out, I wanted to know more about the thinking behind it. Hannes Sjoblad, whose electronic business card is on his own chip and can be accessed with a swipe of a smartphone, has the title chief disruption officer at the development. I asked him whether people really wanted to get this intimate with technology.
"We already interact with technology all the time," he told me. "Today it's a bit messy - we need pin codes and passwords. Wouldn't it be easy to just touch with your hand? That's really intuitive."
When I tested my chip, I found that it was not all that intuitive - I had to twist my hand into an unnatural position to make the photocopier work. And while some of the people around the building were looking forward to being chipped, others were distinctly dubious. "Absolutely not," said one young man when I asked him if he'd sign up. An older woman was more positive about the potential of the technology but saw little point in being chipped just to get through a door.
But Hannes Sjoblad says he and the Swedish Biohacking Group have another objective - preparing us all for the day when others want to chip us. "We want to be able to understand this technology before big corporates and big government come to us and say everyone should get chipped - the tax authority chip, the Google or Facebook chip." Then, he says, we'll all be able to question the way the technology is implemented from a position of much greater knowledge.
I've returned to Britain with a slightly sore hand - and a chip still under my skin which has my contact details on it. Not that useful, but no doubt more sophisticated chips will soon replace wearable technology like fitness bands or payment devices, and we will get used to being augmented. All sorts of things are possible - whether it becomes culturally acceptable to insert technology beneath our skin is another matter.

I was stunned. A chip in the hand to, amongst other things, open a door!

Thats how they get the sheeple.
Today its a optional cool new device that makes your life easier. No more fiddling with keys. Fools rush in.
Tomorrow its mandatory and you need it to buy food and live. Fools are now slaves.

Absolutely no f*cking way. This is how they start it, with one of their lackeys, probably in a suit showing the sheeple that it's no big deal.
When or if it ever becomes mandatory they better have their goons with loaded guns ready to shoot objectors because I'll be the first objector.
Hopefully we will have awakened enough people to stop the bastards. Chipping is a form of slavery. Live free or die!!!!!!!!!

BBC interviewed professor on breakfast show, who advocated being chipped, to get through queues faster at passport control! Control being the operative word! The sycophantic presenters agreed, and said it would be a good thing! :nono:

Although it sounds impossible to many of us on this forum, there are arguments which sound compelling to many in the mainstream.
These are the use of chips for medical records (e.g. blood type and any allergies) as well as building access and security, and possibly personal identification.
There is no point in denying that it could be helpful for emergency doctors to know somebody's blood type and if they were allergic to any medicines in a few seconds, even if they were unconscious.
However... the potential future negative use of such chips is so huge, they absolutely must not be allowed to take hold.
Interestingly, even Wikipedia flags that there is a cancer risk (based on testing on mice) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microchip_implant_%28human%29
... as well as that chips sound an awful lot like the Mark of the Beast:
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
—Revelation 13:16-17, King James Version Bible
I'm not big on Revelation, but I have to say: you can't say it much clearer than that.
It's like so many things in modern society. If you look at it on a very small level, maybe it's a good thing, but as soon as you zoom back and take a broader view, it's obviously very bad.
Perhaps, if I can wear my conspiracy hat for a moment, this is why society encourages everyone to specialise and tries to dissuade us from looking at the "big picture" - too complicated, etc...
Still, I think human chipping, like the development of strong AI, is a litmus test for humanity - if we collectively allow this to happen, it's just total craziness. Sorry not be more articulate about the conclusion, but you get the point.
Edit: Dannion Brinkley was warned about human chipping during his first NDE in 1975, and told us about it a long time ago: http://www.dannion.com/human-chipping-judge-rules-on-mark-of-the-beast/

And then what happens when they change the locks on the doors? Line up, it's time for another chip and an excision of the old one?
And when you change jobs, you get an additional chip?
And the company lunch room changes vendors?
And you change the bank where the lunch room charges are posted?
Was wearing a lanyard with an ID card really that inconvenient that we'll need minor surgery for minor life changes?

Right out of the Enoch prophecies , 9,000 years ago he predicted every human would be chipped , enslaved to a system of control under a one world government , hint - a beast rising out of the sea having seven heads with seven crowns up it's head = a system rising out of the people , a one world system , one government , one money system , one army , one economy , one religion etc ...

this is a pretty simple one folks, they make it out to be a "good option" in an office setting , then tell the employees to make things easier and to stop erroneous theft of copier use, they are going to chip us..... um wait a sec copier use? copier use! good LORD yeh so i got a job at this office dad and they make it so easy to use the copy machine, i just had to get this little implant in my hand and now i just wave it over a pick up area on the machine and presto...copies! im sure no harm will come of this dad, what they want to chip little Billy for school? hmm yeh sure why not hey i got one everyone should just get one, then figure out a way to use these things, man this is going to make life so much better, this is great we are all going to get chips, they say this is the way to make things better got a chip? get a copy, no chip, no copy, no chipy no lunchy i have just about seen it all, the spin is so annoying, but things of this magnitude obviously had to be disguised and a way to stop copier theft or make the office environment better...so they say, get a chip to join/be in the "in" crowd.....hmmmmm

What do they do when you lose your job? They chop your hand? (yes yes, I know, they deactivate a chip that remains in your hand....... I would not trust an employer not to use it to make sure I do not go to his competitor or worse, turn it on to listen to what I am doing in the competitor's office - or yet worse, send a signal to kill me before I give information away))

Yes I have a problem. No one need this, the excuse for the convenience of open doors, operate copy machines , or any other silly thing we use to do with our hands and arms, as HUMANS we've being doing for eons , is out of the reality. Someone is trying to create a necesity and also convince the people that this chips are the solution for the modern life stile . Non of this companies tell you what could happen if you wear a chip: your vital signs could be monitored as well: your position 24/7 ( GPS), your conversations, emotions, and you can ad what ever you want,. So WHO CONTROL THE PEOPLE that watch your status with the chip? Is the total end of your privacy . A chip or implant can deliver, a virus or a manufactured nano desease. I'm talking about OLD TECH ALREADY!. Is the end of the free will and a surrender to a total control over your life!. I do not like the idea.

The microchips, which could be sewn into clothes or even placed under a child’s skin, would send a GPS signal to parents to allow the youngster to be monitored.
Islander Stephen Fern, who has developed another app, called Lost-Kidz, which is used by millions of parents around the world to send alerts to people nearby if their child goes missing, is the man behind the idea.

From Dr. Joseph Farrell:
THE TRANSHUMANIST APOCALYPSE: SWEDISH FIRM BEGINS CHIPPING EMPLOYEES
February 9, 2015 by Joseph P. Farrell in Cosmic War • 2 Comments
Mr. M.N. shared this article with us, and when I read it, I admit, I shivered, because the implications of this are rather obvious for those of us in the "control-the-interpretation-control-the-fulfillment" school of prophecy-watching. The source here, you'll note, is no less than the BBC:
Office puts chips under staff's skin
And it's all being done to "make things easier and more intuitive":
"That's all because he has a tiny RFID (radio-frequency identification) chip, about the size of a grain of rice, implanted in his hand. Soon, others among the 700 people expected to occupy the complex will also be offered the chance to be chipped. Along with access to doors and photocopiers, they're promised further services in the longer run, including the ability to pay in the cafe with a touch of a hand."
...
"Today it's a bit messy - we need pin codes and passwords. Wouldn't it be easy to just touch with your hand? That's really intuitive."
Uh huh... sure. But even the BBC is careful to note that the real goal here is what many have long suspected - since the 1970s if not before in fact - that such chipping will be made mandatory:
"But Hannes Sjoblad says he and the Swedish Biohacking Group have another objective - preparing us all for the day when others want to chip us. "We want to be able to understand this technology before big corporates and big government come to us and say everyone should get chipped - the tax authority chip, the Google or Facebook chip." Then, he says, we'll all be able to question the way the technology is implemented from a position of much greater knowledge."
But this is, of course, precisely the problem. Does one really trust those governments and corporations not to include "other" types of technologies in such chips? After all, the transhumanists are talking about chips to interface directly with the brain, to give "virtual reality" vacations, downloading and uploading individual memories, and there are darker players. Consider only Dr. Jose Delgado's "psychotronically controlled society" first detailed decades ago in his now classic (and horrific) Physical Control of the Mind, where he minces no words: to have a thoroughly controlled society, one will have to implant everyone, and manipulate and control their emotions remotely. Does one really want all one's biometric and financial transactions to be directly interfaced with "the Beast", the huge computer in Brussels handling all the financial clearing for SWIFT?
This is beyond a trial run so "we'll all be able to question the way the technology is implemented from a position of much greater knowledge." Knowledge has nothing to do with it, for the goals have been clearly announced. And like that young man in Sweden, the choice is one between the "convenience" of a dehumanizaing "techno-humanity" and one's own humanity. Of course, there will be the usual blather about "trust" and the usual denunciations of those who refuse such procedures as being "conspiracy theorists." But there's no theory about the goals, for the BBC has been at least honest enough to report them.
Hopefully, there will be enough "absolutely nots!" out there. The transhumanists speak of the "singularity," and Dr.Delgado wanted to reduce entire populations to a mass to be controlled by such implants. That is the real singularity that they seek: the elimination of the individual, and the ultimate in a controlled, docile, "interfaced" population, the "singularity" of the hive.
See you on the flip side...
