Well thank you! I just notice that there is quake & flare activity when I just can't stay asleep. It's been that way for years now. :)

they say when there is a flare , it expands our atmosphere , that pressure can cause quakes , and that pressure can be felt by some people who get all sorts of signals in their body that something is changing in their surroundings ...

Oh boy that explains this , on Saturday I had a frequency change while I was watching a movie that I had never experienced before and was it a major sound that started then drifted away. Looking at the earths quake chart there is a lot of activity today all around more than normal . Will see.
