James Swagger (http://www.jamesswagger.com/) with Anthony Peake (http://anthonypeake.com/)
"Anthony Peake (born 1954) grew up on the Wirral, near Liverpool, England. He was educated at Wirral Grammar School, Warwick University and the London School of Economics. He is a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, The Scientific & Medical Network and the Society for Psychic Research" ...
Anthony Peake takes us on an historical, theological and mystical journey through the history of the out-of-body experience in all its varieties and forms, such as Astral Projection and Near Death Experiences. He also discusses the science behind the experience. He reviews some of the latest research in the fields of psychology, neurology and neuro-chemistry. It then attempts a short explanation of why quantum physics may be the unlikely source of answers to the mystery of the out-of-body experience.
An out-of-body experience (OBE or sometimes OOBE) is an experience that typically involves a sensation of floating outside one's body and, in some cases, perceiving one's physical body from a place outside one's body (autoscopy).
The term out-of-body experience was introduced in 1943 by George N. M. Tyrrell in his book Apparitions, and was adopted by researchers such as Celia Green and Robert Monroe as an alternative to belief-centric labels such as "astral projection", "soul travel", or "spirit walking". OBEs can be induced by brain traumas, sensory deprivation, near-death experiences, dissociative and psychedelic drugs, dehydration, sleep, and electrical stimulation of the brain, among others. It can also be deliberately induced by some. One in ten people have an OBE once, or more commonly, several times in their life.
Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in an astral plane. The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife.

I know this is not taken well. Accept it as a theory; fine. If you need to hear every other line end with 'in my opinion-' that's not me. You are sovereign and shouldn't need to be expressly told that you are under no obligation to accept as truth anything you are read or hear.
However: "Even if I am in a minority of one, truth is truth." -Gandhi; probably paraphrased.
The Astral realm is a hologram; the entire process around 'attuning one's being to Astral travel' is about giving enough of your self-conception -as a being- over to the projectors of this hologram- your brain creates the facsimile you experience as a vantage used during OBEs. Chakras are a similarly generated phenomena. Yes, it's all real. And no; no 'work' done there, or with any rays of light [By the By: Look up John Linde, he says The Ashtar Command and All Rays of Light are a Psyop dreamed up by some nazi high up in the Andes. -that fits with my findings.]
It's a "Spiritual" System you are allowed because it is 100% generated by our controllers. Electromagnetically generated and reinforced by out-of-phase technologies. We clearly have the potential and ability to change our realities in a non-local and "indirect way" through meditative discipline and development of intent until it is will then using that will to generate power. The entire thing from chakras; colors of cosmic rays to Astral Travel and even a great deal of entity attachment -what 'makes' entities (my current area of focus) -stems from highly advanced tech. By using this system your 1)contained (all 'non-local' work will only have effect if it is wanted by our controllers and it will be limited especially if positive. 2)the system will have you convinced you're fixing/improving things and yourself and 3) Should you stray far enough into a genuine discipline which lead to an ability to change the world as described above and yet were once involved in anything generated by their tech, you will be dealt with. Psychologically/emotionally attacked- remember how chakras "govern" what energy so much of your inside receive. It is not pretty.
Not to be doom and gloom- the system has been found out and is gradually being dealt with. Look up threads I started if interested. And if you still need to be told you are not required to believe any of this and yet you somehow consider yourself sovereign, maybe look up the word.

Not touching that...
Gio, thx for posting.. I loved it.. Especially the stuff about deja vu and reliving our lives with a daemon...
Manymany OBEs have shown me that accepting and embracing the concept that we are ruled over by controllers is the OPPOSITE of sovereignty... I for one, will not be forcefed a definition of sovereignty... The Astral is our birthright and an untapped potential for everyone.. Integration of different states of being is a personal endeavor... This process can be hijacked,, but only if we let it..

We are sovereign, yes.
I think a main issue here is that while 3D is a place where we can be socially accountable and effect social change (sort of, well at least theoretcially) often we find that the inner realms (astral or whatever) tend to be subjective and provide little to no accountability or resemblance to social 3D life, science, etc.
One thing I wonder about is where do we draw the line between our actions towards social change (which in part means we are influencing or coordinating a collectively shared experience and vision of reality) vs. letting everyone be sovereign and free according to their independent uniqueness of reality?
When I look at the accomplishments, knowledge, power, emotions, life span, etc, of most ALL humans it becomes obvious that they live and die within a relatively close band-width from each other. So arguing over what path or approach is better seems more a farce as long as humans die and limits against their conscious will take precedence.
The ONLY human exception I have ever known about are the Immortal Masters and Siddhas, such as Babaji in the Autobiography of a Yogi http://www.ananda.org/autobiography/#chap33 and the like...

no time to watch the vid yet, BUT
I'll share MY OBE's here. I'll start with the earliest one. It's a pre-birth memory....technically not a true OBE....anyways, I recall lots of gray, shades of gray, no people no buildings but I had an escort, and my memory is as follows, I was shown and recalled, that there would be cameras everywhere, I didn't understand. then I recall hearing a loud noise that startled me and scared me. it was like the reverse of a jake brake [ if you ever were next to a semi the used it, you'd know and never forget that rat-a-tat-tat belched out of the giant mufflers on the rig. so instead of blasting out loud then going softer, is started soft and went loud. it wasn't an explosive/explosion....it was almost like something was opening up or changing. anyways, I was pretty scared the next thing I recall is an opening, I knew I was going to where that noise was and didn't want to go, I was resisting going and tried to grab onto something anything then I got a gentle push from behind and that was the last I remembered. I hated being pushed as a child. I reflected on that as a young boy, but didn't know what to think about it. never told parents, and don't recall having the desire to back then.
as a boy, I seen those monsters under the bed and in the closet...a night light ended seeing them. [ I later figured out, that is another dimension, where the visible world and the invisible intersect . that intersection is depicted in the chalice garden in glastonbury, on the cover of the chalice well, there are two circles that intersect and is represented by a football shape in between ]
I'd also fly in my dreams. not really a dream, like dreaming of a plane, but was out of my body, flying around the neighborhood. I guess my spirit didn't like being couped up, but don't really know why. I stopped that around age 9. I found out later, that the pineal gland is large in children and shrinks upon puberty. and my opinion is they are related, but I cannot prove that.
anyways, after 9 I forgot all about flying around and the prebirth memory and the monsters in the closet without the night light on. and it wasn't until I was watching peter jennings on the news, when he covered a story on closed circuit cameras that would be all over the UK, and BAM the memories I had forgotten all cam flooding back to me and hit me like a ton of bricks. I still never discussed it with a soul.
it wasn't until after losing dad in 2001 then later 911 and the towers, did I start to come out of the fog bank I had lived in for so many years. after initially falling for the b.s. cover story, I soon made a u-turn and was asking lots and lots of questions. I finally started talking about the pre-birth memory to mom and all the rest. I had also finally found a cpl decent teachers, not preachers, of the scriptures and all that info came in handy and is always with me. I already had disdain for the doctors who failed to realize I had a tooth infection for the smell in my sinuses, but had no idea how those antibiotics were gonna eff me up for the next thirty years.....
a cpl years back, I stumbled into oil pulling and FGHP [ food grade peroxide ] and MMS, met a holistic dentist, and a naturopath and another doctor [ open minded about natural healing ] , then about bentonite clay for healing. man, I was on a roll! then I stumbled into the yeast connection book and related books, then most recently, dr daniels and the turp and then the kerosene.
wow...what a trip. I'm enjoying this one, very much. and it was so nice to find project avalon with a huge thread on the turp/kerosene and all the info that is gushing out of that thread and now this thread, on a subject very near and dear to me.
the only thing that will top this is, a fix for moms stroke.
