“What I wouldn’t do to have a meal, load the HK, pick a target, put it in his grill.”

Those are some of the lyrics from the latest album by gangsa’ rapper Brandon Duncan who goes by the stage name Tiny Doo. And if San Diego county has their way, Duncan will soon be spending the rest of his life in prison for violating an obscure law that makes it illegal to benefit from gang-related activities.

You can listen to Doo’s full album online:

But be aware that by listening to it, you may somehow be implicated in nine California shootings for which 14 men are about to stand trial. Tiny Doo himself is one of those men, and even prosecutors admit that the only crime he committed is releasing his music.

According to the San Diego County District Attorney’s office, Tiny Doo—real name Brandon Duncan—is a documented member of the gang that allegedly perpetrated the attempted murders. No one is alleging that Duncan fired a gun himself, bought the weapons, or was at the scene of the crime—that he had anything to do with the shooting at all, really. (Gawker)

It is not clear how Tiny Doo has benefited from the lyrics, other than to promote his album like any other musician in the hopes of garnering a listening audience and some album sales. But despite lyrics that closely resemble those of popular rappers like Snoop Dogg, Doctor Dre and Young Jeezy, the San Diego District Attorney’s office has determined that this particular individual has committed a crime so heinous that he is to spend the rest of his natural life behind bars.

Looks like a spread of dissension in the legal control system (something we see more and more), with a marketing stunt neatly stitched on. Guaranteed he won't see prison, unless it will be a temporary stay to incite tension and a flood of hate towards the system. Although I'm sure on the inside he can twist more minds into following this programme, with plenty of time for the information to really sink in.

Gangsta Rap programming is part of the plan to create friction, the people versus the legal system, gangland versus the legal system, gang versus gang. Two very defined sides, they make sure differences are highlighted. Then here comes the friction, more like FICTION, although those caught up will see it as a real threat.

He pointed out the clearly orchestrated anti-black mindset of the system (a long running programme) to make it racial too - even the legal system's numbers don't lie about that sick little stunt.

Don't get caught up in the story, just watch in disbelief at the constant brainwashing they put people through - let's hope enough people wake up.

Time to stop playing kiddies, our sandpit is full of faecal matter.

I do understand the mind games behind programming. So yes this will be one to follow especially if what you predict comes to pass (that he will spend no time in jail) but should this work in the favor of awakening a few, the stunt I would consider a failure.

There's no such thing as a failure if their intentions were to distract the lost from their true goal. However, as you say, if a few awaken because of the audacity of their actions, I too would consider it a good thing, in part. :)

This is probably the sort of thing that Jury Nullification (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jury_nullification) can be used to deal with (if the Jury know about it - which is rare, for obvious reasons (http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/jury_nullification)!).

I wonder if Snoop Dogg was on the run.

Half the money was taken by authorities

(MILAN)—Snoop Dogg has had another run-in with European authorities.

Italian financial police said they stopped the rapper at the Lamezia Terme airport in Calabria on Saturday with $422,000 in cash, well above the limit that can legally be transported across EU borders undeclared. The incident comes less than a week after Snoop Dogg was briefly stopped in Sweden on suspicion of drug use after a concert near Stockholm.

Bet this is part of why:
"I think we're trying to awake the world and wake everybody up to what's good for you," Snoop said. "You know, it may be weed, it may be just open-mindedness and being aware of the fact that you should wake up. Some of us walk around sleep and don't even know it, so it's really speaking to many minds of those who need to have an awakening."

Yes. The legal system is terrified of Jury Nullification.
