Did a potential new Phoenix Lights happen in Arizona?

This video just popped up in my YouTube feed by someone who usually doesn't post a whole lot of UFO videos.

I'm finding hard to nitpick anything from that video. It seems as impressive as the Phoenix Lights. As the man in the first video shows, there were multiple reports from the area that night. But of course, could always be fantasy! I will follow this and hope more footage shows up. Maybe it's already on mufon! :alien:

It seems very genuine-but its hard to say what the lights really were. Lazer? ballons? lanterns?-it could be lights from a craft but it's so hard to tell the nature of movement from that video.
