Hey Peeps. I have a question concerning the correct mixture solution for MMS. I have two bottles of 120 ML or 4 oz bottles. One bottle is The citric acid solution 1:1 ratio that states on bottle. The other bottle is MMS Authentic 28% sodium chlorite grade A. Where do I start. I'm new to this. Appreciate the help here all. I would like to start it asap.
Purchased it from www.mmsgreenlife.com

So it's basically a 1 to 1 ratio here. For an example. I should use 1 oz of MMS to 1 oz of citric acid.?

Whitefeather, google "MMS protocol 1000", this is the most common way to make/take it.
I made some today, here's what I did:
1. In a 16oz mason jar, I added 12 drops of MMS, then 12 drops activator (I used 4% Hcl). You should start with 8 drops and work up from there, eventually to a max of 24 drops.
2. Swish the drops around for about a minute.
3. Add 16oz of good water (distilled or filtered) and cap jar.
Consume 2 ounces of the solution per hour. In my example that works out to 1.5 drops MMS per hour.
Feel free to message me with any more questions.
