The whole subject on fasting is deeper and more profound then I ever imagined.
Tylers talk is interesting when he talks about how the masters
healed the body with fasting. If you haven't researched this subject
you may be surprised.
Dr. Mercolas has a short overview here. What I find interesting is all animals fast
on occasion. Its the natural way of healing.
Your thoughts and experience welcome.

Yes I can really see how fasting combined with other therapys or treatments could be huge.
One example comes to mind. Turpentine treatment for candidia and parasites.
Let's say you fast for a few days. Parasites would be hungry. Right? Then take the turpentine
with sugar. The buggers wouldn't have a chance. Take the bait and goodbye.
Sounds plausible to me..... Also having a cleared out colon from the fast would provide a fast exit.
Your thoughts........
