I don't know if anyone else saw this or not but I thought it might be relevent in the long search for the truth and my first post.

The Congressional Research Service issued a memo to prepare members of Congress to rebut and defuse questions constituents were asking regarding Barack Obama's presidential eligibility under the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution.

CRS staff member Jerry W. Mansfield, an information research specialist in the Knowledge Services Group, confirmed to WND that he authored the June 5, 2009, CRS memo entitled "Qualifications of Barack Obama to Be President of the United States."

WND has posted the CRS memo on Scribd.com for download.

Attached to the memo was an attack piece published by FactCheck.org to dismiss claims that Obama's short-form Certification of Live Birth, or COLB, originally published during the 2008 presidential campaign by DailyKos.com, was a forgery.

The memo was addressed to Rep. Brian Bilbray, R-Calif., and sent to Jeffrey Post, a staff member in the congressman's office.

here is the 14 page document

Hey, am I mistaken, or did I just see a dead horse being flogged?!

I agree.

Just another distraction in a sea already full of distractions.

There has been alot of stuff about Obama lately... I guess I got excited. Just thought someone might enjoy the documents. Did you read them or see them before?
This is my first post... can people cut me some slack. I will get better.

Hi daledo, welcome to Avalon and well done on your first post. (always a bit nerve racking)

Subtle hint: If you want to check if its been discussed before - the search function is a good place to start. (I discovered it a bit late)

Don't worry. Keep posting. Its all good. There is no need to worry overly much about any judgement made by anyone on this forum.

The only judge you really need to worry about is yourself :)

Hey, welcome to Avalon! I'm sure you will get better, and I'll cut you plenty of slack :) It's just I've just about been beaten to death with "obama is an illegal president" posts..... People have to stop this **** and start focussing on the person..... I'm sure he's better than McCain and Palin could have done...

What a waste of time, and there's going to be even more stuff on Obama now that the Republicans are in control of the House it will be investigation after investigation trying to find something, anything to impeach him with. Just like they did with Clinton...aside from a bunch of racist white men who can't stand seeing a black man in the White House, they will do anything it takes to distract the American public. They'll be working on impeaching Obama, while they sneak around raising tax's on the middle class and are stealing every last dime they can...Social Security is the only thing that's left to go for, so that's next.

They all work for the same people, and the fake political leaders never would rise to the top of the septic (I thought septic tank was an excellent analogy for what passes as the US political system as it too is a closed system in which the solids or chosen leaders, rise to the top and the liquids drain out the bottom) unless they had been vetted out and approved before hand. They are made men and women. Speculation about Barak Obama may be old news but his background and parentage sure is interesting.

I understand that the whole political process is evil and there is always people at the top that use their power to their advantage to support the elite and bankers and the real working class of America can't get any jobs that pays for the inflated value of the goods that are produced overseas. I understand that we need a drastic change but how do you go from the extreme that we have now to the true freedom of having no government intervention at all? Exposing Obama and the elites plan might be the best route to go.

It is like the game of risk... Risk is a strategic board game ("The Conquest of the World") played on a board depicting a political map of the Earth, divided into forty-two territories, which are grouped into six continents. The primary object of the game is "world domination," or "to occupy every territory on the board and in so doing, eliminate all other players."[1] Players control armies with which they attempt to capture territories from other players, with results determined by die rolls.

It takes alot of money to make it to this game... a player I would be ashamed to be part of.
