View Full Version : Journey of a Lifetime: Rites of Passage and the Ancestral Wisdom

It seems to me that the situation we’re in regarding the threat to the survival of our race has all the hallmarks of an initiatory test as part of a rite of passage.

The rite of passage was a practice – and often still is among those indigenous tribes that remain – going back thousands of years, in which the boys would be taken away, deep into the forest, by the Elders, and there they would be put through their paces by facing natural dangers head on. The adversaries were real – and sometimes, some of them would die. But those that survived to make it back to the tribe, came back men. They could only survive by finding their own natural intelligence which is carried in the race memories of the Rivers of Blood, as it’s known in faery lore, or as we would call it, DNA.

So this was a very real passage from childhood into adulthood. It literally turned boys into men, so that they could go on to protect the tribe and its tribal lands into the future.

The shaman, Malidome Patrice Somé, explains about his rite of passage in the jungle of Burkino Faso in his book Of Water and the Spirit. The children were left alone to face the danger and it was by no means certain that they would overcome it, and make it out of the woods. There were none of the Health and Safety regulations that we're used to now, around this rite. The children were sometimes buried up to their necks in sand, to experience extreme heat, discomfort and restriction in order to force them deeper into visions and into the ancestral wisdom seedbed.

I underwent a similar rite of passage when I was buried in the Earth by my teacher, and had to stay there overnight.

The classic rite of passage was considered to be a pre-requisite to manhood all over the world.

This story of the boy overcoming his adversaries and returning as a man is the key narrative in so many ancient myths, Joseph Campbell referred to it as the Monomyth, and the returning man as The Hero With a Thousand Faces.

According to this model, most of us are currently at 11.00 am – Betrayal – which is the precursor to Spiritual Birth into our power, at noon.

https://ishtarsgate.files.wordpress.com/2015/02/rites-of-passage_2.jpg?w=675&h=543

This is also the story told in the giant geo-engineered effigies of the Glastonbury Temple of the Stars. It mirrors the rite of passage narrative that our earliest ancestors saw depicted in the stars of the sky; as Above, So Below.

An early working sketch of this vision of the Glastonbury Temple of the Stars, by Gerri McLoughlin

My understanding is that the current dangers facing us are not just part of an initiatory test which lasts for a number of weeks or months in a jungle somewhere …. but one in which our whole life is a rite of passage.

Like all such rites of passage, the aim is to get the ‘child’ or the novice in touch with their own holistic being, so that they can tap and activate their natural intelligence. However, it takes a real adversary to act as the catalyst – a pantomime lion would never do.

The lion in our case is going to be the deliberate destruction of our DNA – and thus our ancestral wisdom – by genetic modification.

Those of us under threat from our version of ‘the lions’ will never survive unless we also learn to tap this natural intelligence soon. We have to get to it before they destroy it. It isn’t just about our survival as an individual, but just as importantly, the survival of our race. We have no other means to face the coming onslaught because our parents had no knowledge of it, to teach us, and neither did our grandparents. We all have fathers and grandfathers who marched off willingly to sacrifice themselves in the bankers’ world wars. So like the children of Burkino Faso, we’ve been left alone, like orphans, to face our foes.

Possibly this ignorance about the overall game plan goes back for many generations. But there is a way of contacting the ancestral wisdom earlier than that, through the race memory in the DNA of the Rivers of Blood.

Necessity is the Mother of Invention. So in the rites of passage, the children are forced to go within to ‘wade through’ their own Rivers of Blood in order to get the necessary intelligence to survive and overcome their adversaries. We are in the same situation. Only by being forced to go within, to contact the ancestral wisdom, will our tribe, our race, survive.

Even if the peril in which we currently find ourselves turns out not to be a deliberately arranged rite of passage, the action of contacting our natural intelligence will have the same net outcome. So if nothing else, it’s a useful cognitive model to work with. It also gets out of the treacherous mires and marshes which can bog us down, where we are overcome with emotions like fear, and also grief and betrayal because the ‘good parent’ has suddenly turned into the ‘bad parent’… or has been the ‘bad parent’ all along, the wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Time is also wasted in trying to argue and reason with them and petition them to change their ways. We may win a few small battles – but only the ones which they are prepared to throw, strategically. We will never persuade them to our point of view any more that we can turn a lion vegetarian, when their salaries – their own survival – depends upon them not understanding it.

We’re also squandering this opportunity while the clock is ticking in worrying about when the rest of the tribe is going to wake up. Maybe they won’t. Maybe it is just up to us…

Some of the people leading these discussions are not awake themselves… being politically awake is not the same as being spiritually awake.

Those who are only politically awake are alerting people to the dangers – but have no solutions to overcome them. Some of those alerting people on the alternative media actually have the danger built into their business models, so to overcome it would mean the end of them too. All they can do is keep pointing out the danger, and the different ways it’s manifesting, over and over again. It’s useful but only up to point. We need to find a way to move the conversation on.

The spiritual awakening, in contrast, carries the seed of the solution in its own awakening. Once there is a tipping point, once enough are awake, all bets are off. But this awakening is at the level of the individual, not the group. And because we’ve been conditioned by religion to think in terms of absolute truth about good and evil which has to be dealt with collectively, this is another hurdle to be got over.

Right now, all our borders are down… and not just in geographical terms, but that too. We need some ‘controlled immigration’ not just into our lands, but also into our cognitive landscapes. The taboos which the Elders of our tribes put in place for our protections have been eroded over time. Many have been deliberately eroded by skilled manipulation of these ambush predators, who have a long game plan and are prepared to wait and strike when the conditions are right.

Controlled immigration is not about racism; it’s simple economics. You can’t have both a welfare state and open borders; it’s about numbers. If we don’t repel invaders, we will be overcome and our welfare will be at risk. It’s much easier to traffic children across open borders than when they have to go through immigration controls; it’s much easier to traffic ideas that are not in our own best interests when our discrimination no longer works because our taboos are down.

If there is a threat to the life of our race, to our tribe, that is ‘live’ backwards, and thus ‘evil’ to us; evil enough for us to act if we are to survive.

In tuning into what our ancestors are advising and what the spirits of the land are showing us, we can bring back the natural intelligence and innate wisdom to our tribes. Its seed bed is our birthright and comes us to us through the DNA in the Rivers of Blood – and now is the time to access it before it is modified out of all existence and Monsanto owns all the seeds.

I wrote the above article on the rite of passage for my blog, at the weekend. Those that follow it are used to hearing about these concepts which come within the faery wisdom, such as the rivers of blood. I was thinking though that readers here might need a bit more clarification... and so this is from a previous article: The Faery Wisdom about Race, Lucifer and the Rivers of Blood.

I carry the memories and stories of my ancestors in the blood of my race, in my DNA; these are unique to the Celts and they form the basis of my spiritual consciousness and my cosmological understanding.

I love my race and will do all I can to preserve it against the riding tide of globalism which would destroy all diversity of blood in the name of diversity, and stifle all freedom of thought in the name of freedom, and cull us all in the name of protecting the Earth, because they want to destroy our inner wisdom.

I honour and respect your race too… and encourage you to do all you can to preserve it, if you are also to develop spiritually by learning from your ancestral spirits.

The rivers of blood

The rivers of blood, as they are known in Faery lore, course through our veins and arteries and the nuclei of our white blood cells carry our DNA. The ancient wisdom teachings call out to us from the memory field of our DNA, like a message in a bottle from our ancestors. Even scientists now recognise that memories are carried in our DNA (see Telegraph article here (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/science/science-news/10486479/Phobias-may-be-memories-passed-down-in-genes-from-ancestors.html)).

Scientists are interested in this DNA memory field because they think it will help to explain certain phobias. But of much more interest to the shaman are the wisdom teachings that are carried in the rivers of blood, because they completely circumnavigate any mis-education or dumbing down which has occurred, over the millennia.

Our race memory in our DNA is our Jacob’s Ladder …. or bridge to other worlds, found in so many ancient myths.

https://ishtarsgate.files.wordpress.com/2015/02/jacobs-ladder.jpg?w=677&h=860

By journeying in trance, into the inter-dimensional worlds, we can dive into the rivers of our blood to learn again everything we need to know about who are are, our place in the universe and our individual destiny.

What is ‘evil’?

I make a point of saying ‘individual destiny’ because it underlines the main difference between real spirituality and fake spirituality, otherwise known as religion. Religions have no interest in individuals becoming empowered with real spiritual wisdom, and so they tend to rely on absolutes in their dogma to better collectivise and control people…for instance, in their teachings about good and evil.

“Evil” is just “live” backwards – meaning that anything that threatens my life, or the life of my race or tribe, is ‘evil’, not because it is necessarily evil in the absolute sense of the word, but because it’s evil to me. We would never accuse a lion of being evil because it brought down and ate an antelope. But to the antelope, that was the ultimate evil act… an act against the life of the antelope. This is what I mean by evil being relative, not absolute.

If the antelope didn’t run from the lion, we would say that it had lost its survival instinct.

Mind programming, like religion, is designed to make us docile, like an antelope that’s too frightened, distracted or tranquilised from a dart to run, so that we’re more easily herded into the trucks which are headed for the slaughter house.

Satan and Lucifer

The Christian religion was propagated by those who understood all this, and that’s why they kept their pre-Christian rites going, while spreading a story about a Jesus who died for our sins, and was resurrected. The ‘pagan’ rites were not recognisable to the masses because they were in Latin – which is why those who translated the Biblical texts into English, like Tyndale in Tudor times, were burned at the stake.

Why did they not want the masses to know what these rites meant? Because once you can read Latin, and then listen to their Exultet Paschel candle mass, which is performed publicly, in church, at Easter, you will realise that they are praising Lucifer.

Flammas eius lucifer matutinus inveniat:
ille, inquam, lucifer, qui nescit occasum,
Christus Filius tuus qui,
regressus ab inferis,
humano generi serenus illuxit,
et vivit et regnat in saecula saeculorum.

May this flame be found still burning
by the Morning Star:
the one Morning Star who never sets,
Christ your Son,
who, coming back from death’s domain,
has shed his peaceful light on humanity,
and lives and reigns for ever and ever.

Does this mean that Lucifer is evil? According to my experience, no: just because a cabal of selfish evil people worships Lucifer, it does not make Lucifer evil any more than that cabal of selfish evil people in the Vatican worshipping Jesus makes Jesus evil.

Lucifer is in fact another word for the star we call Venus. Venus is the morning star or first bright star of the morning, seen on the horizon. In the old Faery lore, she is the Faery Queen or the Sleeping Beauty, and “Christ your son” is the Radiant Child whose birth we celebrated at the Winter Solstice.

This is seen much more clearly in the Litany of Loreto from the Latin mass, in which the Virgin Mary is invoked as “Stella matutina” (Morning Star or Venus), and this is from a hymn:

Mary Immaculate, Star of the Morning,
Chosen before the creation began,
Destined to bring, through the Light of your Dawning,
Conquest of Satan, and rescue to Man.

Mary is also Venus, according to my understanding, and she is seen throughout history, going back to the cave art of Palaeolithic times, as the Double Goddess of the morning star and the evening star.

This is the first step to realisation for anyone who wants to see through the mind programming of the Roman Empire which has had us in its grip for the last 1600 years, and still tries to hang on. These guys, whether Catholic or Protestant, never gave up their shamanic practises in the inner echelons: they kept up the honouring of the ancient spirits in secret, while demonising those practises in public and vanquishing all trace of them from the collective memory.

At the highest reaches of the secret societies, like the Freemasons and the Illuminati, they know that the ancient myths were created to carry astrological allegories containing stellar lore and were literalised; that a myth about a sun god was deliberately and falsely turned into a story about a human saviour who lived, and died, on Earth.

Jesus was their good guy, who always turned the other cheek and rendered unto Caesar what was Caesar’s. So they also needed a bad guy for their Divide and Conquer ruse to be effective. Originally they created a false anti-hero out of a good angel from the Old Testament, the satan angel, and turned him into the evil Satan. .

However, in recent centuries, they have created the idea of an astral entity which they call Lucifer … who is nothing to do with the original good Lucifer, and with none of the power. The real powerful spirits are entirely benevolent. The interdimensional entities, known as spirits, that the shaman works with have often given up their own spiritual liberation in order to stay back and help us to evolve. Many have taken a vow that they won’t liberate themselves until that work is done.

And so … hopefully, with a few of those cognitive knots unravelled, we can start to understand what ‘good’ and ‘evil’ really is, and then start to apply that knowledge to our spiritual paths.

In order to be in tune with the realm of Faery, or the spirits, one has to be in tune with the ancestors who we contact again through our own race memory, contained in our own DNA within our own blood.

It is the most vital work of the trainee in shamanism to discover their destiny, and this can only be found through the blood of their ancestors.

I’ve found it immensely valuable and empowering to understand that I have a complete right to defend my race by not allowing political correctness and mind programming to swamp and dilute the wisdom teachings from the rivers of my blood, because that’s my royal, red carpeted road to my ancestors, who are calling out to me.

“What we need is a great big melting pot….” ? No, we really don’t.

I very much would appreciate if you could expand on the above. Much of what you say resonate with me and I get your reasoning about the function of religion and the idea about the initiationprocess and so on but I can´t follow you when it comes to the pre-Christian rites being hidden from the masses by the usage of the latin language. Something doesn´t click here or perhaps I simply missed your point. Sorry if that is so, maybe I should get to bed and get some sleep instead of trying to be logical! Pagan rites must already have been known to people long before Christianity were controlled with the latin language. Or do you mean to say that Christianity is the same thing as pagan rites in new clothing? Or that they hijacked the pagan rites and distorted them? What is it that I don´t get?

Hi Astrid, I think you have got what I'm trying to say. Yes, pagan rites go back thousands of years before Christianity, but those guys in the Vatican, from the Emperor Constantine in the 4th century onwards, just carried on with them, for their own private use, because they know they work, while just superficially using the religion of Christianity for the purposes of cementing together and controlling the diverse peoples of the Roman Empire. Constantine remained a pagan until the day he died, as have others who succeeded him as either emperor or pope.

Rome in one form of another, has never really stopped controlling us ... by which I mean not the Italians, but those who operate the private enclave of Vatican.... the only difference being now that they have spread their area of influence into other private enclaves, such as the City of London and Washington DC.

This is how it all looks to me, anyway!

I mention the Latin because by using that language to carry out their rites, it disguised what they were really were from those who weren't educated in the use of Latin, which was everyone besides the priests and kings.

Hmm...great post...

I have been through many...I see soft disclosure of these instances in life, in those around me. In information mediums such as movies and TV series offering a layer of this as a constant. Your exact process was more or less described in the very brilliant recent series 'Marco Polo' on the Mongolian Khan prince's Rite of Passage for acceptance within his tribe. I know my purpose here and now. I don't offer that as it allows my own discernment of those who enter my reality. I am not personally exclusive to experiencing such things. I am not that naive to believe that i am complete to my potential in any way. But, i have come to a place after many experiences of involvement in others to be able to perceive when another is experiences such a sacred experience. I have learnt to be on the other side of their bank of the waters which test an individual. To witness it occurring as a constant within the human experience framework. To be able to witness another's journey in such a framework is an enormous privilege. Being on the other side and offering a confirmation for the purpose incredible rewarding and powerful. It takes enormous internal fortitude at time to resist the urge to assist. For it is the process that reveals the truth to the individual. You may be the one who prevents that opportunity to being realised. Setting them up for failure when a reference is required. Experience and their truth revealed to themselves are vital as a core foundation or self plateau which offers a newer perspective before moving on. It reveals how strong they truly are to themselves. I call this process 'The Mystery School of Life' and have been gearing up to release a book at some stage in the not too distant alignment. I have other tasks at present though.

In Ancient times when civilization was very much a representation for the truth of the spiritual experience. The institutions that operated within the symbiotic representation of our reality allowed such structures to be in place to create the strongest individual within the society as a whole. In order for our society to be as it is today. They were systematically eliminated for the Domination and Control of this home of ours. As human life is a need for Earth to be alive. What i have come to appreciate on a very deep level is that even though these structures have been eliminated. The core system of Rites of Passage that were a foundation of it are ever present. They are more fluid and uniquely tailored to the individual. There is no instruction manual anymore. We are born into trauma, nutritionally suffocated, technology employed, instilled belief systems and structures who's aim are all about the creation of karma for the individual and much much more we are all aware of being here...the key is to have the courage to observe such a possibility occurring. It is a universal constant in my opinion. The key is we have been playing catch-up for eons and much longer. But we have formed a beach head to see this possibly now. And, those challenges we have all experiences and aspect of this to get us going. If you have explored my 'Conscious Explorer - Ancient Past Present Task' it maybe also the chosen incarnation path was specifically setup to avoid detection by those in control to come to some trigger in your life that society deeps as a negative.....i suggest otherwise. Such as a miss wired crown chakra to limit intuitive perception thus detection. It is in all likelihood a confirmation of your importance now.

Thanks for triggering this offering i couldn't help myself in doing also. It is really vital in these challenging times which will be a catalyst for many around us to go through now. Earth, she needs us now.

Best of luck all

Thanks, Alpha, for your most interesting reply.

Just to add my own thoughts to this bit:

" ....it maybe also the chosen incarnation path was specifically setup to avoid detection by those in control to come to some trigger in your life that society deeps as a negative.....i suggest otherwise. Such as a miss wired crown chakra to limit intuitive perception thus detection. It is in all likelihood a confirmation of your importance now...."

My reply is mostly in metaphor, but I think it will speak to you.

I experience truth as a sword - actually a force of energy that both drives forwards and, at the same time, protects. It is the other meaning of the word 'true'... i.e. aligned, in a straight line... like the straight arrow. The line that is true.

I believe that a straight arrow is its own protection because when the energy is streamlined, aero-dynamically, in such a way, nothing can stop its passage .... because of the velocity at which it travels.

Words spoken in that truth are the real Excalibur, are that sword and that force - and only those who are in line, aligned, with their own truth, their destiny, can pull the s-word from the stone.

Did you notice the Excalibur sword in the early sketch of the Glastonbury Temple of Stars of the opening post, Alpha?

It is in fact the alignments of the four royal stars which are above the Glastonbury Temple of the Stars - Fomulhaut, Antares, Aldebaran and Regulus. The tip of the blade is at a village called Stone, as shown in the map below.

In my shamanic journeying, and more Earthly research, I’ve found that one of the stories of the Welsh Mabinogian is being played out on this massive round Temple of the Stars. It was discovered by the artist Katherine Maltwood in the 1920s, and is also called the Glastonbury Zodiac by the later researcher, Mary Caine.

I believe that our ancestors left this story to us in the Land, in this way, showing the story of the Monomyth initiatory rite of passage, and this is largely why I've come to believe that the connection to the ancestral spirits is so vital, as explained in the opening posts.

Here is a map of it, and you can the stars of the royal cross here:

https://ishtarsgate.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/zodiac-2.jpg?w=450&h=314

Mary Caine writes in The Glastonbury Zodiac: Key to the Mysteries of Britain.

“The Glastonbury Zodiac is the earthly counterpart of the Caer Sidi of the Celts – a great Star-Temple, reflecting in its natural contours and streams the Zodiac in the heavens. So accurately indeed does it mirror the heavenly pattern that the stars of the Zodiac fit over its earthly effigies when the planisphere is scaled to the map of Avalon.

“That this antiquity has lain so long forgotten is due, paradoxically, to its immense size. It is literally too big to be seen. These giant figures – one of them is five miles across – lie stretched over the Vale of Avalon in a great circle ten miles in diameter. Glastonbury Tor is its northern sighting point; Somerton and Lytes Cary bound it on the south. The effigies are formed and outlined by hills, contours, earthworks, roads, paths, ancient field boundaries, and by natural and artificial waterways.

“Who made it? When? And why? There can be no doubt that this Zodiac in essence, is natural. Its huge figures moulded by hills and lesser contours is partly outlined by rivers and streams whose course is determined by them. The whole complex measures some ten or twelve miles across, thirty miles around and can hardly be the unaided work of man. No, it was modelled by a vaster hand; whether we like to call it Nature, Cosmic Forces, or simply God.

“So the question… it seems has a dual answer; it was made by Nature in the first place, and continued by man. The Zodiac can be seen in 20th century maps perhaps more clearly than in the past. The paths are widening into motor roads and some are becoming dual carriage-ways. Yet this is not to say that the design was unknown, unrecognized. There is indeed much evidence in early writings to show that it was known.

“The second question “When was it made?” must then take us back to the geological ages when the hills were first formed and the streams first began to flow. But this was only the beginning; its continuous development embraces all the ages of man down to the present day.

“The third question, “Why was it made?” has already been answered by Dunstan’s biographer with commendable succinctness. It was prepared, he tells us, “for the salvation of mankind”.

In Dunstan, Mary Caine is referring to one of the most enigmatic characters in Glastonbury’s history, the 10th century Abbot of Glastonbury Abbey who has been described as a sorcerer, alchemist, artist, harpist, blacksmith and womaniser! I reckon Dunstan was actually more a Druid than a Christian.

She writes: “His monkish biographer, writing about 1000 AD, tells us how ‘he loved all the old heathen songs and legends’ carrying his harp on his back wherever he went.”

I personally don’t see this huge circle on the landscape as a traditional zodiac, and actually, it really takes a bit of the stretch of the imagination for that model to work. It’s also made up of 13 huge, landscape effigies, not just 12, and 13 is a ‘faery number’. So I see it another way, as a Faery Ring.

The vision of the landscape circle as a Faery Ring first came to me from the shaman Coleston Brown, which I first read about in The Signs and Secrets of the Glastonbury Zodiac, edited by Yuri Leitch. I then got hold of a couple of Coleston’s books, and then I got in touch with him, in Ireland, to tell him that I’ve been journeying with his geomancy, in and out of the Faery Circle in the Middle World, and receiving guidance on how we can reaffirm the Sovereignty of the Land.

One of the effigies, to the east, is the Faery Stone, situated in the village of Stone and where the tip of the blade of the "Excalibur" rests. I have journeyed into that Stone to receive guidance for shamanic work which we begun in Glastonbury, on the Land, at sunrise on the Winter Solstice last year, and will be continuing on with again on the first full moon, this year, after the Spring Equinox.

We also at that time read out The Glastonbury Declaration, declaring the Sovereignty of the Land.

I think I've been through that all process.
I'd say I'm between the 11th and 12th now.
And I don't think I would wish anybody to go through it as I had to, even though I understand that it's necessary.
