One of the things that I’ve become conscious of is that so many people who have an interest in the so called paranormal, are obsessed. I can admit to the fact that so was I once and that to some extent I still am. But what’s different in my life now, is that I’m mindfull of how what I allow myself to think and feel and act and say.

It’s ok to be fascinated by all this stuff and to want to know the cosmos as it really is but never forget that you are the universe. To live a satisfying and honourable life, it’s important to put effort into becoming fully human. That way you’ll feel at one with the universe. But it’s also important to let go of who you think you are. Drop all preconceptions and feel what is. The only way to experience what is, is to create mindfullness. Drop all that would be in your way. Notice the mind. Notice your senses, thoughts, your perceptions, your feelings, your emotions, your behaviours, your speech, your values, your beliefs, your attitudes and your body. Notice what you’re mind creates. Notice where you’re mind prefers to be – past, present or future. Notice your breath. Feel what it is to be alive.

Sometimes it’s easy to get preoccupied with all this otherworldy stuff. And ignore the ordinary.

So take a slow, gentle breath and feel the life that enters your body. Notice the butterflies dancing on the azure blue sky. Notice the mind having conversations with itself. Notice the dirty dishes that need to be done. Notice the laughter of children. Notice the beautifull drab grey of rain clouds. Notice the wonderfull sense of pain in your injuries. See all creatures living their lives. See the Earth as it is. See life as it is. Not as you would like it to be.

Bring it on and thank you for tomorrow goodbye yesterday

Yeah - people are obsessed with the paranormal, ets, etc. and likewise these ghosts, apparitions, and ETs have an unusual obsession with humans. Almost seems like a love affair? Right. Because we are mirroring one another, and on some levels, these things are reflections of aspects of ourselves trying to tell us something...................the question of interest is: what are they trying to tell us?
