Hello Siblings,
Something is happening on Mars.
And it's unlikely to be natural.
First let me tell you that, of all the volcanic features on Mars, the
youngest appears to be over 500 million years old.
The conventional wisdom is that Mars is volcanically dead...
However, the most 'optimistic' estimates of Martian vulcanology
suggest that the last volcanic 'event' could have been as recently
as 20 million years ago.
....there is evidence of geologically recent flows perhaps in the past few tens of millions of years. It is possible that Mars is not yet volcanically dead

The largest, most powerful, volcanic eruption in recorded history (on Earth)
is thought to be the Tambora eruption of 1815. It caused climatic effects
around the world for many years and is thought to have send ejecta up to
.... note this ... up to.... 10 miles into the sky.
In summary:
1. Mars is probably volcanically dead... but perhaps not, perhaps it might
be still capable of a squeak. 'Mars' quakes perhaps...
But no one's expecting an eruption like the ones you see on Iceland.
2. Big, bad and powerful volcanoes.. with the apparent power of multiple
nuclear bombs can send ejecta up to 10 miles into the sky.
So what's sending plumes of 'stuff' over 250 KM (155 miles) into the sky
above Mars?... so high it's beyond any credible height for 'clouds'...
and beyond the credible height for a volcanically powered eruption ?
I'm not kidding. This is going on right now.. on Mars.
This stuff is so high... it's visible with (big) amateur telescopes.
For over 20 years now, going back to Bob Lazar's original revelations,
we've heard rumours that the USA has bases on both Mars and the Moon.
We've heard more recently from Randy Cramer that there's an intermittent
war being waged on Mars.
And right now, there's evidence of something so powerful that it's
able to project 'stuff' .... over 155 miles above the Martian surface.
So what's caused this?
The case for volcanism isn't looking too persuasive.
Where's the lava ?
Where's the ongoing eruption ?
Where's the on-the-ground evidence of a new crater ?

Your speculations are most welcome.
